well my boyfriend I was feared for my boyfriend's safety my dad told me he was going to my boyfriend's throat open you guys got three you're not you're talking about Sam on April 22nd 2024 in Lacrosse County Wisconsin officer Derek and Sergeant Walker were dispatched to a parking lot after a dispatch call by Jada who reported a fight between her father Justin and her boyfriend Adam as officers arrived on the scene Justin was immediately [Music] [Applause] apprehended your hands off to the side stay back hey stay back sir get back I'm good your hands out to the side oh yeah stay right here stop stay no I'm fine now step out and sit at the front of your car what2 what the in the front of your car please is this your car yes not registered I don't know why I got it from the dealership okay sit down yeah you can sit down what's going on my girlfriend called me so they were drunk come in his friend are you Adam yeah okay as you see when you guys seen he banging on my window he was bent out I thought he broke it and I thought one of those hats was my mirror so I came over to him near him and thought I grab grabbing my mirror and I got out and so I got soda all over my car because he leaped in my car his friend was like grasping around me trying to trap me and now I have I'm feel like I'm have to throw up so if I throw up so what what was going on in the parking lot here obviously Farm fleet's closed so why why are you guys all here huh so what's going on in the parking lot here tonight were you guys all in this car together last car yeah huh just take a second man okay somebody may have I think my phone might be on you don't know whose phone that is he's just he's just fine is he okay he is fine he might he might not be I have no clue honestly he he got cuffed he window so open put on just put on the top of the car your we're not going back in the car right now man not until we figure out what's going on tight as [ __ ] I can't do that and I got offended and honestly got this is Robert Justin's drink buddy who was with them at the time of the altercation and a key reason to why it happened you are what's your name man [ __ ] [ __ ] if you're not if you're going to play this game you're just going to go to jail with you can sit there till we figure out where you are fing swing it and have fun fighting I went to jail before I don't care if you went to jail before man why do I care about your history I'm here to figure out what the hell's going on why people are punching cars why people are getting run over by cars we have no nothing to do nobody punching car ever I walked up and your buddy here was punching the car and he was got was taking out a taser point cuz he's punching the car and not listening commands Jos you hear the car so what's his name no clue all right well we're just going to take you to jail then all right figure it out all right you can sit down there and figure it out it'll be fine oh I'm sure you'll be fine I'll fine tomorrow no I'll be out in l 10 minutes what do you mean we're St on the ground here I'm just making sure oh you got anything on you you going touch me some more Yep come here FIA be good it's F be good [ __ ] I know want Touch come get come get come get St don't move around what do you mean get some cigarettes you want again stop stop moving man oh who's got who what you got what you got what your dad's got we got your idea oh and you're not your daddy show it sounded pretty yeah he was punched in the car the one guy that's in the back back of the ambulance was in the car he was actually driver's side window trying to get into the car when we pulled up he was just walking around here listening to commands was taking down a taser Point by 612 even know your daddy is I know she was laying in the middle of the road like over there crying when we showed up I have no clue no right ins right in front of the entrance there good good I tried talking to him but then he just started I'm not W for nothing piss off you're job no I'm not hey is he is he on is he on bond oh yeah you are oh yeah you are you are just found out not I'm driving just because you can't commit another crime I can't drive uh you can't drive or could have been another crime right I can't drive but you have a car you don't have a car or a do you really realize what you got that you're I know what I got right now that you're on bond I have no car and I know that for fact car this guy is stupid as like I said we we showed up and your buddy over there was punching the car and obviously the kid was in there and he got out now he's puking he's in the back of the ambulance so we're just we got calls from multiple people saying there's a fight over here and then someone got ran over by a car so that's why we're here I'm not being did you get hit by the car no who got hit by the car probably that guy probably him I don't anyway you good did you guys all start fighting over here no we might okay while Robert continued to be uncooperative officer Derek then went to Jada for answers am I to grab a vape out of the car uh we're not going to let anyone go in the car right now um there's a lot of stuff in the car I'm not sure what's in the car so and people were fighting so I don't want anyone going in there right now can I okay can I ask another thing I know my dad's physical health is not okay and I'm I'm afraid he might have like I know his heart is not okay like he should go no um obviously he's heavily intoxicated yeah he's he's honestly just falling asleep right now is what he's doing um he's just sitting there with his eyes closed falling asleep the Cuffs are not too tight on him right now anything like that so um we're just we're just trying to Fig what's going what's your name first okay can I ask is my boyfriend going to jail we don't even know what's going on why would your boyfriend go to jail I don't know I and the George Street Pub can't confirm very well that my dad was heavily talk to K before he left awful so whenever I went home me and my boyfriend hung out like for an hour and a half and then we went home at like 10:30 to go to bed cuz he works at 4: or he works at 6 and I work at 7 and um so we went home and then my dad follows me at like 11 I can tell you the exact time my right now my dad follows me and he's like hey can you come pick me up and take me back home I'll gave you money so okay sure I will um I need to talk to my boyfriend he's going to the hospital he want no I need to go with him please no I I need to be with my boyfriend at all times I need to be with him you going to ask you're going to talk to them okay I can't just she was told the was going to tell me the gist and then the boyfriend's going to get boyfriend's going to get transported so then she stopped talking to me but he said that he's B what do you want what what's up with anything happen with them likeu so 612 when he first got here and I pulled up he was pounding on the I mean you can see the smudge mark all over the car the kid was in the driver's seat vehicle was I think it was running still um and he was pounding on the driver's seat told him to stop get on the ground he wouldn't so he drew his taser took him down a taser Point hey ma'am ma'am just father I understand that but we're trying to sort all this stuff out so if you want to go buy one of the squad cards and how we figure this out thank you take them to jail so did they do anything you fear for your safety like they going to H tell us my boyfriend I was feared for my boyfriend's safety my dad told me he was going to my boyfriend's throat open he told me he was going to as you guys were around him he said he was going to my boyfriend did you guys not hear that so I talk to your boy he doesn't want to press charges what he told me I'm sorry but this is traumatic for me so felt like a very good story about what happened I have a very jumbled and disoriented story of what happened I can't really take them to jail when I have zero information what happened was is I picked Robbie and Justin my father my boyfri was driving me in the passenger seat we picked them up okay and we came to go drop them off in West at my grandma's house my Robbie Wasing me my boyfriend said please stop please stop and my dad was like you know calm down like stop being little punk ass [ __ ] like talking his [ __ ] and my boyfriend got mad and my dad got out um my dad my boyfriend in between the car door and the car my boyfriend's screaming out like you know and my dad beating him up I'm having to pull my father off my boyfriend I lost my nose ring somehow my dad swung at me and and then you know my boyfriend got back in his car go around blah blah blah and they fighting again it's a lot dude I don't know yeah so see these extra details are important so I didn't know your dad took a swing at you yeah but I fine did is it Robert orer he was holding my dad back did your dad hit him in on you yeah he was like grabbing on my shoulders and I was like I like screw in my seat all and I was like please don't touch me I don't want to be touched right now I don't like people make me UNC my know how did your dad get hit by the car okay so my dad was my dad was squeezing my boyfriend against the door for like the second time I think and like punching it him I pulled him off my boyfriend like got in and drove off and around and he parked and like quickly open the door to get let me in and then my dad like jump like jumped out wait where are they going they're going on to Gunderson you can follow them down they they need to they they're on a time schedule yeah you can go you're just taking we'll give you the address you'll just take the car okay we'll give you the address to Gunderson once you get down there you just have to ask his name they'll give you the room but they they have to get going I need to go soon oh yeah your boyfriend drove away yeah so he drove away came back and then he was like letting me in but my dad was like jumping out the car like I'm going to I'm going to cut your throat like and start like get out his hood so my boyfriend like like went and like my dad got hit but it was like from like as he was coming at his car he got hit yes so your boyfriend didn't deviate and purposely hit him no okay my dad was like they were both like he was driving off you know type of thing so but can I please go I I'm willing to talk to an officer like somewhere else but like I want can I grab your phone number for me at least yeah hold on look at the Rob do you know who you would be able to come pick you up you got three have no time do do you know who would be able to come pick you up no we had three you where were you going tonight boyfriend threatening to him causing a disturbance I'm not sure what the actual charges are cuz I'm not the arresting party but the anolas officer is the one that's arresting so either I can I can drop you off somewhere or like if you want to be dropped off a quick trip or you want to be dropped off elsewhere I I just need a place to go be somebody that's not your little [ __ ] ass and you're
