It's cuz I don't get high. It's cuz I DON'T GET HIGH. I NEED TO BE HOG-TIED CUZ YOU'RE THE PIG. Why the [ __ ] am I being hog-tied? Cuz you can't act like an adult. >> NO, YOU'RE THE ACTING LIKE AN ADULT. ADULT, break it. Break it. On February 9th, 2025, Stevens Point, Wisconsin. What started as a simple complaint from a landlord turned into a trip to jail. When police arrived, they expected a trespassing report, not a full-on basement brawl. Yeah, I believe is there another landlord? Um Michael. >> Michael? Yeah, he said he's on his way. Oh, yeah. Yeah, he went to get um like plywood and stuff. Okay. Yeah, I think I think it's giving me an idea what's going on. We're kind of a little bit in the dark here. >> Okay, so the last couple weeks um one of my tenants has been complaining about um like loud noises, arguments, um people yelling at each other. And so we've been trying to like hit me. We've been trying to pinpoint Who is set up here now in the basement? Sure. Like who's arguing, where is it coming from? Well, we have pretty good tenants here. You guys probably don't ever come here. >> this is the first. >> Um so I appreciate my tenants, so it's like trying to get to the bottom of it and um and then a coup- a couple recently moved out last week and we had kind of all thought it was them maybe. But it continued and then I reached out to another unit, "Have you heard anything? Have you heard anything?" And they've all said One said yes. Um Seven said they couldn't find but then when Will from nine mentioned it, like he's like, "I can hear it coming from my bedroom." I'm like in the back of my mind I'm like, "What if someone got in the basement?" You know, because it didn't make sense how no one else had heard it. Um The landlord called officers after noticing something off. The basement door lock had been tampered with and neighbors had heard voices. Naturally, she suspected someone had been living down there. And he said he had just talked to Will before he called and because Will said this, they heard people down there right now. Okay. So, I don't know. All right, yeah. Do you have a key? Okay. All right, I'll grab my other officer and we can head down there. Yeah. Um so here's Oh, great. Oh, so they're all labeled. Like this is seven and 10. Okay. Is it just And I don't know. Maybe there's nothing on it. Maybe they kicked in the door. Okay. Maybe it's Is it just like you go down there and there's doors or multiple doors? >> Yeah, there's down the Well, let's go in here. Okay. And you can see the exact setup of the next one with these. Yeah. This one has a lock. Also, he had just called when he called you guys, the tenant said that he heard people down there now. Okay. Stevens Point Police Department, if anyone's in here, make yourself known. Knock the door first. Stevens Point Police Department, if anyone's in here, make yourself known. I'm down here. How many people are down here? Just one. Just one? Put your hands up so we can see them, okay? Over here. All right. What's going on? That's a good question. What is going on? What's supposed to be on? No, no, no. All right, stay right here. Stay right here. How did you get down here? I It was unlocked. Okay, so you Keep your hands where you can see them. There's nothing on me. I'm going to pat you down. So, how did you get down here? The Someone told me that if I needed a place to go, I can come down here. Who is someone? I don't know, another homeless person. Okay. Like the week. The week? Yeah. Is anyone else going to stay in down here at all? >> He told me not to have anybody else down here. That's the maintenance person? Yeah. Okay. All right, so obviously the landlord's already talked to them. They don't want you living down here. >> Yeah, I'll go. I was going to go last time but it was cold out. So, I'll pack up my stuff and I'll go. Have you Have you damaged anything? No. He told me to leave it just like this. He looked around. I don't know if he took a picture. I took a picture. And how did you get in again? It was already unlocked. Unlocked? Mhm. Like how? Like that. It was open. It was open? Yeah. Okay. All right, go ahead and try the other one now. Wait, but that's someone else now. Yeah. Get the what? The landlord. Landlord's first one to walk through. Oh, okay. That's the first one I checked over. So, what? Let's start packing up. You don't have me on this list. However, the officers didn't expect they would have to deal with Elizabeth, who was sitting comfortably among the basement clutter like she'd signed a lease. The officers told Elizabeth politely at first that she had to leave the property. She complied, but not for long. Yeah, we were able to find one female. Okay. Yeah. Can we just charge her with trespassing or not? No, because I think it's not What if it was like someone's apartment and she you know entered in there? Yes, but because it's like a I mean It's one of those gray areas, you know, where probably not until you tell her like you can't be here. Um but we can tell her she's trespassing now. If she ever comes back then Okay. Does she know it's illegal? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um if you guys want to come down and walk through. Okay, let me I didn't see any damage, okay. Okay. Did she leave? No, she's still here. Okay. Um she mentioned that she's been there for about a week. Some maintenance guy was down there and said like just leave it as it is, but I'm not giving you permission. Do you like you guys have a like maintenance people that would be down there besides you guys? Um I don't Not in that unit. Oh. No, I'll reach out to the guy that was here. >> Okay. But Mhm. Okay. Yeah, she said it was already unlocked when we went down there, that like top lock was locked but it's unscrewed on the side. Okay. So, do you know if it was unscrewed before? I don't think so. They would have been all secured just like this one was. Okay. All right, sounds good. If you want to grab Michael and then we can >> Okay. All right, thank you. Yep. All right, she's just packing up. We'll just give her a minute. Hopefully she can get her stuff out in one trip and then we can go down there. She said a maintenance guy saw her. Is it a a black girl? Yes. Okay. I Michael. I did not see her down there. I was out here shoveling one day and I gave her my leftover sandwich from work. Mhm. But at no point is anyone allowed Okay, no one ever said you could go in there or one of anything like that? >> Nope. Okay. Did you see her go in there at that time? No. And how long ago was that? When was that day? I don't even know. What'd you come here for? To shovel. Or there was something else I had to come here for. That was the Well, that makes me feel better that it wasn't one of the other maintenance guys that we have cuz I'm going to go chew someone in the ass right now. I'll just dog house like a passive husband. Remember I did mention that? Well Well, it sounds like she's making some of this up. Uh I don't even know. Couple weeks ago, month ago. It was that day I had that work shop. It I don't know. Couple weeks maybe, whatever. >> Yeah. Um No, I was shoveling. She was out here. Said she was coming from Subway or something. Yeah. Obviously homeless and I had a sandwich leftover from work and I said, "You can have this." Yeah. But uh nobody's allowed. Nobody has any permission to be down there. >> Yeah. Period. So, is it in There's only one person? Yeah. Okay. So, we don't know what key There's only one person right now. It doesn't mean she doesn't have friends coming over. >> My Yeah, my only concern is if there's talking, who is she talking to unless she's crazy, which I wouldn't doubt. Yeah, but the Wills have heard multiple people. And last night it was they were arguing. They were saying that they were going to be hiding from police. Talking about robbery. Well, Will said it stinks down there. Does it stink down there like she's been on the floor? It did but this one kind of did to me, too, so Could be coming over at you. Okay. Can you get them for anything like that? >> Yeah. Yeah, if I have to clean up someone's Yep. Yes. But what do you Maybe I can have her clean up. Yeah, throw it back all of it. Yes, all of it. The food and the animal litter. Okay. Moments later, Elizabeth was back inside the building. The officers confronted her again. This time with less patience and more authority. When told she needed to leave or face arrest, she snapped. Elizabeth, you need to vacate the property. You're trespassing. Do you want your popcorn bucket? Yeah. All right, thank you. Out of here. Do you want to go to jail? Start walking. ELIZABETH, PLEASE STOP. DO NOT MOVE. RIGHT. YOU GUYS, THIS IS NOT FAIR. GET OFF ME. OH, OH. ELIZABETH, STOP RESISTING. HELP. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. STOP ME. 238, COPY. I'm not resisting. Please let go of my arm, please. >> No. We have one pinned on the ground. Officers are tending to Ow. Can you arrest me? Not at this time. Get off of me, then. Like you sick mother Like get off of me. Stop resisting. No, my arm is going to break, YOU LIKE WHERE'S THE HANDCUFFS? YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THOSE, do you? Where did you get this off of? Spanish just punched me in my face, you stupid coward. Police brutality is real. Yeah, now you're out of breath, huh? I'm going to pick her up. He's going to Hey, you want to take her arm? HE DID NOT EVEN RESISTING. YEAH, break my wrist. BREAK IT. COME ON, BREAK IT. YOU ALREADY PUNCHED THE GIRL IN the face. She became verbally aggressive, shouting profanities and making threats at the officers. They tried to de-escalate, but she was far past that point. She kicked, screamed, and threw punches. The situation spiraled fast. It took multiple officers to finally restrain her. Even then, she kept fighting. So, that's how we got to treat people that don't act like adults. So, this is good. I don't care if you don't like it. That's what's going to happen. So, you can cross your feet. Cross them. Put put one foot over the other. >> Stop kicking. Just Just relax. No, you're breaking my wrist. I don't even have pressure on your wrist. This doesn't have anything on her. >> I don't have any pressure on your wrist. See? Good. You're going to be placing on the ground. Just cooperate. >> to be placing me on the ground? I've never had a For your own safety. For my safety? This is not fair. All right, right back here. Just slide over. GET OFF OF ME. WHAT IS IN THE IS THIS? IT'S A RESTRAINT device for people that can't act like an adult. >> You punched him in the face. And it's Act like an adult cuz I didn't right away and I told that go yourself. I'm going to pull that close. It's the police. >> All right, we're good. You guys are brutal. Stand you up. Officers later discovered human waste in a popcorn bucket. Yes, you heard that right, and a sink full of filth. I literally hate you. I literally hate you. [Music] Like go yourself, Kendra. I hate you. They can't even say that it was me. hog-tie me like I'm getting lifted in a helicopter. Dude punches me in the face and says almost my face bleeding while his camera is off. And oh, look at that, he just switched. It's not even the same cop. And look at that. Officer Reiker, right? I literally trusted the wrong people. And look at them just standing around, just kicking it, right? You're lying. You pig. The cops didn't come in swinging. They literally gave her two chances to walk away, but instead she doubled down, picked a fight, and left in restraints. Whether it was anger, desperation, or just bad judgment, one thing's clear. The basement wasn't the only thing that blew up that night. Her freedom did, too. Yeah, cuz you know damn well you're crooked as Yep, sounds like a plan, right? That's not part of the plan. That's not part of the plan. Who's Elizabeth? Who is Elizabeth? Huh? I'm sure this wasn't part of your plan going to jail today, huh? I don't give a I know you don't. I know you don't. That's the problem. You're the problem. You don't care You are the problem. This whole town is the problem. Take that, booger. Elizabeth was hauled off to Portage County Jail, facing a list of charges that reads like a checklist of bad decisions. Battery or threats to a law enforcement officer, criminal trespass to a dwelling, and resisting or obstructing an officer. The most serious charge, the felony count of battery or threat to an officer, was ultimately dismissed but read in. For the remaining two misdemeanor charges, trespassing and resisting arrest, entered no contest pleas. On August 28th, 2025, the court sentenced her to two years of probation, and she was required to pay $352 in court costs and surcharges, complete a mental health assessment, comply with all recommended treatment, and take prescribed medications as directed. She was also required to submit a DNA sample, and is prohibited from contacting the property owner. So, what do you think? Was this an act of desperation gone wrong, or did she just push it way too far? Hit like, subscribe, and drop your thoughts below, because sometimes the wildest police footage doesn't happen in the streets. It happens in someone's basement.
