on February 19th 2023 in Beloit Wisconsin an on duty officer witnessed a vehicle failed to stop at two stop signs due to the two traffic violations a traffic stop was initiated 45 traffic fing for me identified as Joseph was charged with vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer second degree recklessly endangering safety o w 5ifth operating with prohibited alcohol concentration fifth two counts of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct he was found guilty of second degree recklessly endangering safety in ow he was sentenced to 3 years in state prison with four years of extended supervision as well as probation for 5 years [Music]
