The phone call? I can't show you that. Well, you can't write that down, so that's non-existent. Okay. Well, you can go down that road if you want to, but it's not going to work out very well for you. You're still running your mouth about oh, we can go down that road. What road? Throwing stuff at cars, you can't be doing that. >> at no car. >> That's not what I'm being told. Oh, you're being told that by who? By the complainant, who's He's about to call and see what's going on. Now, I've offered to give you a ride to La Crosse. I'll offer >> I did. I'm not going to listen to someone tell me, "Oh, I am an ambulance driver." as he covers up his badge, just like you are. So, you're not either. My badge isn't covered. It's right here. What are you covering up that for? Nothing's being covered. >> he has a body cam on me, so he can show how crazy I am. I'm not crazy. It is being recorded. Oh, I'm I hope so. Mhm. You have anything on you that's going to poke stick me anything like that? >> Yeah, I got it in my underwear. >> Well, I still got to ask. You know that's against the law, right? >> Ow. Oh, did you see how they continue to twist that arm? No one's twisting anything. >> THE HELL YOU'RE NOT. YOU KEEP GRABBING IT EVERY TIME. I SAID IT'S broken there. Now he's putting more pressure. He's adjusting your cuffs. >> No, why? To make them tighter? Well, he's got to make sure they're safe so we're all safe. >> Right. So you're safe. Yep. Better to say. Look at the way he keeps doing this. This does not make any sense. You're not a cop. That's why. He's making sure that everything's going good for you. >> don't have to put cuffs on 15 times. Well, if you would have just put your hands behind your back like we had asked in the first place. I shouldn't have had to. I'm not arrestable. Well, you're under arrest right now. >> You can't take me to jail because I'm on oxygen, buddy. So I won't stay long. Now he's taking them off, putting them on, taking them off, putting them on so he can twist me around. There he goes. Now he's got them real tight. They're going to start bleeding. >> to make sure that your wrist is in there right so they're secure. Otherwise, I can just leave it the way it is and get stuck here anyways. But I mean, you twist them around like that cuz you don't know how to put them on. Stop bending my arm. Now they're on me. You know now they're on. Oh. Yeah, this side is that side. All right, Chase. This way. I just Come on. I can't walk. Now they want to drag me through the ditch. You can't walk? You just walked almost 2 miles. I bet I can walk farther than you. Let's go. Stop pulling me. I can walk when I get ready. You're not in a hurry. Actually, you work for me. When are you going to stop jerking me around? You live in Black River Falls. It doesn't matter. You're still a cop. Uh-huh. Oh, you're not? Let's go. Right here. Scoot back. There we go. You're going to want to Yeah, take a step up in there. Why are you worrying about a seatbelt? You're breaking my arm. I'm not I don't This doesn't make any sense. Oh, it's hurting me. Now he just wrapped the seatbelt on and cinched it in as tight as he can. Ow! What is wrong with you? All right, watch your feet. After being placed in the back of the squad car, Teresa became unresponsive, prompting deputies to request medical assistance. She was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation, where she was medically cleared and was later taken to the La Crosse County Jail for booking. Teresa was initially arrested on allegations including disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer, and felony bail jumping. However, all charges were later dismissed on the prosecution's motion, and no convictions resulted from the incident.
