I just want my son to be better on September 30th 2023 in wallworth County Wisconsin officer Hackett and Lieutenant rungi were dispatched to the home of two parents after the following 911 call 911 where's your emergency our son is just out of jail and he drank today and he's drunk and he's threatening to themselves and triy to fight my husband he punched out our screen door he punched our bed and cracked it Police Department what's going on he is on probation um he's drunk he's sat here drinking all off you just admitted it okay you're being detained right now for your safety and mind he doesn't need to go I mean I would love for him to do anything but go we're just trying to figure things out because I I don't know like my friend is his friendo we're just trying to deal with okay I'm trying to get through this I don't feel like they care because my and do we care we do care you guys know I'm I was gone all day I came home about a half hour ago and he's supposed to be at 1661 one detained I just don't feel like they understand where I'm okay are you wanting to hurt yourself or want to no I just want can you show them your knuckles Evan yeah I just want them to understand that won't do an emergency detention on them with him being intoxicated all right what about if he's on probation well the thing is he may end up going to jail yeah he was just got of jail he sat there for a week yeah and uh this is just are you guys looking to press charges for the damage I just want my son to be better okay he needs help so to jail have you guys talked to health and human services at all in the past he just no not she was just getting him set up because his PO is like 100% behind him that she thinks he can push through this thing um and he had an excellent day yesterday he was in a great mood he brought I took him over to his girlfriends today to bring presents and I left to go shopping with my daughter I came back and he was drunk and he knew he had to go to work I tried taking him work and on the way to work he just got real agressive with me and stuff and he lives here he just he hasn't been living here okay but is he living here now when he was in jail he would call I wanted he send notes to his PE like he acts like he's all hard when he was drunk but when he was in jail he kept sending her not I want to move back home she called me to say Can Evan evans's asking me if he can move back home cuz he wants structure and rules can he move back home and I said he's always been welcome to come home he's year yeah he's been living with another kid on the other side of M let come and go as they want I'm like so is his creation agent out of Ky okay so I if you guys aren't wanting to press charges or anything like that the plan will be one I got a contact his what is happening probation Pro agent just I'm sure he so drunk I know I I don't know that's why I don't know if he's on something else because there's not that much missing okay I'll contact his pration Pearl agent see what her wishes are um and the next step may just be um holding them for disorderly conduct or a PC if nobody's willing to take care of always willing to watch after him in on Route he managed to hit one of the health workers on her forehead with his knee adding to his long list of charges till they arrived at the hospitaly let me let meare hello you have a phone for you of the people in the room with his knee sergant skiba leading to an additional charge of battery Evan was then medically cleared and was transported across the street to wallworth County Jail Evan was
