on August 25th 2022 in oakair Wisconsin an officer observed a vehicle driving without illuminated tail lights and proceeded to initiate a traffic stop the vehicle continued for several blocks before eventually coming to a stop with WIS 621 the rest is eligible it's going to be on a black Ford hi sorry I'm upol lock small clar pey the reason why I stopped you is your vehicle has no taillights no okay EG for both wo 90 96 1 2 3 4 13 14 15 1596 1596 EMS arrived on scene shortly after to evaluate Howard's well-being he stated did not want to go to the hospital with consent officers searched Howard's car but found nothing illegal he was then taken to jail where he provided a PBT that resulted in a051 Howard was charged with ow wi5th offense operating with prohibited alcohol concentration fifth offense resisting an officer and operation without required lamps lighted he was found guilty of ow and sentenced to onee 6 months in State Prison
