on July 23rd 2022 in the village of Sister Bay Wisconsin officers were dispatched on reports of a car crash with no injuries he's still out there they're both out they're both okay nobody's injured you we're good was anybody in those cars 123 what what's up guys take the now is this your is this your car you driving yeah you were driving where you headed thank God car 12 123 trying to go to road and hit the car and Jordan cried to bring it back on the road and the tire was just gone it just didn't even and then we hit the seconding car it was terrifying okay do you have that passport watch it with your eyes sorry I got to put you in the stance first here I want you to put your feet and H toes and heels together just like this tight together and hands down your sides like this and stand in that position for the whole test okay don't move from that so like I said you're going to be watching a tip when my here yep I want you turn your body a little bit this way there you go I'm going to be going back and forth with the pen and I want you to follow that pen with your eyes and your eyes only don't be turning your head like this at all just be moving your head back and forth or your eyes back and forth okay do you understand all that yes sir all right why don't you tip your head down a little bit would you guess my Pen's about a foot away from your face yeah it sounds great me he was driving oh no he was in the passenger seat when we got out here which is sort of strange that he would say that he's driving because when we got we were sitting right there and we were outside within like 30 seconds 20 seconds and she was she was driving I just confirmed with my wife too and she was just white on the wheel for sure she was driving 100% yeah he was in pass seat I asked her about it she denied driving saying he did which is really strange because I just freaking confirmed my wife like she was driving right she's like yeah 100% yeah the door heading open nothing yet she was just white so I decided to let you know okay yeah that's for sure so yeah damag the right side missing his front right there so Jordan yes how come me line to be while [Music] [Applause] driving that was the witnesses here just said that you were in the passenger seat they must be the same things well I mean why why are you taking the fall for this is what my questions she just got a big new job 12 what nothing she was driving 129 I was driving for sure you were driving yep 100% 100% so when I get a bunch of witnesses that tell me she's driving and I find out you're lying to me after I roll a film from whatever bar you guys just left at now she goes to jail for driving and you go to jail for obstruction cuz you're lying to me I mean is that what we do here is that what we're were the one that got out of the driver SE can't believe that I I'm in shock about that because we were running around the car we couldn't believe what happened they said they saw you heard the crash and we're out here in probably 20 seconds and you got out of the driver's seat and you were like white as a ghost like oh my gosh what just happened no we were both out of the car white as a ghost what happened because we couldn't believe that the wheel came off of the car it came off cuz you guys hit a car no it came no no I've investigated thousands of crashes there's no scratch marks before hitting this car Austin this car is smashed there's scratch marks on the road where you where you fell where the wheel fell off and you came down hit the road and you hit the next car so the wheel was broken off when you hit this car I don't believe that at all I was in the passenger seat and the car made a huge audible lump and pulled hard to the right and I screamed so so what's the reason why you're letting him take the fall for this OD cuz I just arrested him for OD I I'm not taking I'm not letting him take the fall at all the guy who said who said he was driving I'm like you guys should turn off the vehicle and he's the one that went around to the driver's side and turned and took the keys out but 100% there was no doors open she was sitting there white knuckled on a Ste whe KN on a steering wheel oh yeah like just Freak the freak the hell out and then and then you heard her say I'm sorry to him yeah oh yeah it's his vehicle oh yeah she goes she goes I'm so sorry and that's just as they got the vehicle still L we were I mean we were right there and we out within 20 seconds no car doors nothing yeah you want me to go ask him again how crazy he's not going to tell you the truth but no did you mirandizing already no hey man I'm Deputy Austin clch the Sheriff's Office okay I don't think I got I don't think I got to introduce myself to you okay I got some questions for you okay I'll get that for you in a minute Chloe was charged with ow first operating with prohibited alcohol concentration first deviation from designated Lane and resisting or obstructing an officer she was found guilty of ow and resisting or obstructing an officer her driver's license was revoked for 8 months and she was fined around $1,100 for the incident [Music]
