Well, like my partner said, >> like my partner said, regardless, though, >> doesn't matter if you were trying to or not, he's bloody, so >> Okay, hold on. This leg is cramped, bro. >> This left leg is cramped, right? >> You can sit there for now. Did you not? >> He was injured as a result of you fleeing. >> So, it doesn't really matter if you actually bit him or not. >> Ain't nothing wrong with him. Want me to bring him over here and show him? >> Yeah. Show him cuz there ain't nothing wrong with him. I ain't do nothing to him. >> He put his hands on my face. >> Oh yeah. >> And we fell together on my I fell on his hand cuz he put his hands on my face cuz he dropped me. >> He tackled me. >> Back part of this leg. >> Yeah, but on the other side >> in here. >> Yeah. That's is what he's asking. >> Yeah, I can't put no pressure on my leg. >> Getting old, I guess. >> Unless you're going to give me a couple steps to walk before you cram me back in there. Maybe I can walk. I can't. Right now, I can't put any >> If you want to walk, that's fine. >> Right now, I can't put any pressure on. >> I mean, you going to the hospital just delay you going to jail? >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if some something goes, >> I'll let them know. >> You feel like you want to go slow. >> All right. Let's walk. Does it help to have your legs straight or no? >> When I bend it, I want to bend it. >> Okay. Well, if you want to keep your legs straight here for the time being. >> All right. >> That's fine. I'm just going to have this officer stand by with you while you do that. I'm going to start just a door open. Just let his gonna He said it helps if his leg is straight. Okay. I for real wasn't trying to bite that guy, man. I I don't I don't I'm not even I'm not That's not me. He for real put when we ran I ran. He put his he he literally wrapped his hand around my face in my mouth. And when we fell, I just I just fell. >> Luis, go ahead and look at me real quick. >> That's me, bro. You said my name. I'm I'm I'm not saying that's not me. >> I know. I just have to verify that's you with some sort of photo. >> You just got to ask me and I'mma tell you that's me. I for real didn't bite him, man. I really didn't bite him. You know you fall. >> You got warrants though. >> That's fine. Yeah. You know when you fall, right? You don't just leave your mouth open, right? You almost kind of like just like kind of brace yourself to fall. >> Yeah. >> That's all I did, bro. I I did not try to bite him. If he look If >> I did not try to bite him, man. I wouldn't bite a cop, bro. Why would I bite a cop? That's not gonna do nothing. >> People do that. People do that. >> Yeah, that's not Yeah, people do stuff like that, bro. I've never done nothing to a cop, bro. I don't I'm not That's stupid like you up. Yeah, I didn't do I didn't bite him, bro. >> He's bleeding pretty good. >> He's not bleeding from his finger. He's not bleeding from his finger. >> I haven't actually looked at him, >> man. I know he's not bleeding from his finger. That's a fact, bro. I did not bite him. If I bite him, it's gonna take a lot of pressure for me to bite and make some blood. You know what I'm saying? I didn't do that. I did not do that. >> No, I don't live anywhere right now. I don't even know how he why he pulled us over like where he was coming right there. He just >> He saw you. He knows you got warrants. >> So, he just seen me in the car and just >> All you need you got warrants. Not only that, I already ran from the city once, so that was pretty obvious. >> You said I ran from the city once. >> Away from >> who? We were running, right? I was running. He's behind me. When he when he when he grabbed me, he grabbed my face. >> I'm 39. >> I don't got one. when he's running, he grabbed my face from behind like like my mouth literally and and and and I fell. That's what made me fall cuz he grabbed my mouth. He grabbed my face singing and when we fell that we fell down, we fell forward and I just like clinched. I didn't like like I just embraced myself really. I just was bracing myself to to fall on cement. You know what I mean? That's all. Then he said his finger did go go on my mouth. I I I I just let go, bro. I didn't try to like crunch or I didn't try to like No, I just bracing the fall face first. That's it. If I was trying to bite him, bro, I would have sat there and like try to like sit there and bite him. You know what I mean? I didn't I didn't do that. If he was here, if he was here, I explained it to him. He'd probably be like, "Yeah, that that that that is what happened. I did grab him from the mouth, from the fa from behind. I grabbed his face and we both fell forward. >> Despite this claim, Sergeant Dutter would actually go on to report that he had placed his hand behind Lu's right ear, after which then Luis turned his head to bite him, for which he was promptly decentralized. >> Just how you just how you had your hand right there. That's how he came from behind >> like this. >> Just like that. an interesting way to take you down. >> Yeah, he took me down. >> Well, yeah. How else we supposed to get you to stop? >> I'm not I'm not saying that's not what he did. >> I know. I'm not I'm not saying that that's not what he did. I'm saying that that's what he did. He took me down and that was just the way he put his hands on me and and that's the way his his hand landed on my mouth. I didn't like try to go for his hand like with my mouth or my face like that. We he he grabbed me from behind but put his hands right there just how you just had George. And we fell. I lost battles. I had already fell once and then we just fell and he he said I bit him. I did not try to bite him. I actually pulled I actually yanked away from him putting his hands in my mouth, his fingers in my mouth. That's just the way he grabbed me. I'm I'm not I know he didn't try to stick his fingers in my mouth on purpose. That's just the way he did it. It was just a just what happens. A quick reaction. >> Are these yours? No. >> No. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Those are uh I think those are Nadia's, right? >> I have no idea. They're in the middle of the road. >> Oh yeah, those are hers. >> Sit all the way in. We're going to get going. Luis was then transported in the officer's squad car to be booked into Kenosha County Jail. Luis was ultimately found guilty on the charges of misdemeanor resisting and obstructing an officer as well as a bail jumping felony.
