and he stopped a man a man gave him whatever he was giving him and he went back to the car yeah and then what did he come back out and told him he was going somewhere and he called one I think you I was already here yeah and then what did the man that we stopped to the man that we stopped what did he do I don't know you didn't see him pulling back from us and running away from us awesome backing up plus y'all was trying to grab him because he was under arrest so you witnessed all of that yeah okay well that's that's what happened if a police officer tells you you're under arrest five of your five different cars to to stop this is what people have been complaining about okay and I saw you down there wrestling with him and you got your arm all scratched up I was holding him secure until we had another officer there as soon as one more person got there we handcuffed him okay but that's totally unnecessary okay well I'm sorry you feel that way man I do I strongly feel that way all right struggle with somebody we send as many people as we can because we because why not okay what's the purpose of stopping well I can't explain to you the reason that he stopped him but he broke along that's why he was stopped because something developed because of that that caused him to be under arrest he resisted our commands and told us and started backing away from us which you witnessed and when somebody does that that's another crime of itself we begged and pleaded with him don't make this worse he was backing up towards the road but he chose to try to run away from us foreign Barbara
