On March 1st, 2024, an officer in Florida was out on patrol when he spotted a white Chevy driving erratically in the opposite lane. Her breath sample read 0.221 BAC, 2.7 times over the legal limit. The suspect was issued a $5,500 bond, which she later posted. In court, the suspect pleaded not guilty to all charges, later amending her plea to no contest. She was found guilty of all charges and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with one year of probation. The court also suspended her driver's license and ordered her to install an ignition interlock device in her vehicle for 1 year. [Music]
