security guard ID and said I need your driver's license he says I'm not going to give it to you and I said if you don't give it to me I'm going to detain you and he said then detain me um that's where that and he's pulling away whatever I can articulate resisting but um I don't know if we're going to be at that point I will say though you did identify yourself as a police officer and he was pulling out when so he came up so whenever he he was over there and I was just like I was sure like I didn't want to make him like obviously I was failing him all the way around the building so he knew I was following him and it was like once he got out over here he was way over there I stayed right here that way it was obvious distance well he comes up and whenever he comes up in front of me he turns on his lights again and so I go to get out whenever I get out is when up the dog window is down just that intimidation Factor he wants the dog to be going off at me m and that's whenever uh he roll down the window I told him hey man stop whatever I don't I can't remember exactly what I said I actually heard you cuz you were still on the phone and uh I I I was I turned on my camera to catch it but uh you can hear right first and then like I told him hey man the Mexico State Police that's whenever I identified myself and he said show me your bad it's in my truck yep I can't get it right now like I'm letting you know verbally I am New Mexico State Police go and stop and said I don't care I don't care and that's whenever I stepped in front of his car yeah and he goes to start backing up a he goes to continue to back up told him just stop I have state police officers on the way they're coming right now and he refused refused refused but the biggest issue is like he's and that was his whole thing I'm on private property the interstate wasn't private property you did that on private on the state highway and that's where I kept telling him and he referred to and he said he owns this like dude I don't care like that was the interesting um and that was the first time so we were at the [ __ ] I can't it was right after do that that that uh was the first time so traffic's backed up he's causing a back up because he was staying in the left hand lane right at like 64 65 is and I go to pass him on the right as soon as I go to pass him he turns on all of his lights and that's whenever I see for the first time he have blue lights uh in his front visor and then so my initial reaction because I was like bumper to bumper pretty much back bumper to front bumper because I hit my brakes and go to Clover but as soon as I do that he shuts them all off like okay this dude isn't legit because he didn't have a plate in the first place yeah it plates in the door if you notice that hang well I'm going to run that in a second I just saw it on the door yeah do that then I back up that's whenever I just stayed behind him the whole way and he once uh he realized I was staying behind him and there was you can't even say I still getting them there was a black vehicle in between of us in between us and he hits the lights again like that's whenever I can clearly see that his back window it's not tinted it's just dirty as hell probably from the dog and that's whenever I see the red lights in the back and then he turned them off like multiple times he's just like using that his lights as like back away from me type things like we do yeah okay anything else there's no camera in [ __ ] I take care of these people here from a guy getting front of me all these people here with cleaning house here that's it I have no warrants I have nothing that's all card the card you presented us what what powers does that give you I'm a PO okay which gives me I'm not a level three security officer I'm above a level three so you're not considered a police officer I am not you understand you understand that by when we were asking for your ID we you're under investigation you were asking for your a stabbing there was a guy yesterday that I busted that went into the into the place of the uh what is it the laundry Mount next to the laundry Mount he went in there then he tried to carjack somebody so that's what I do nothing more so I have my K9 and that's what I do he didn't like he didn't I don't know what his problem is but he followed me he tailgated me and he decided to call you guys it okay so when he started coming up towards me then I went towards him and saw what the problem is because you didn't know he didn't identify himself he didn't show his badge he's shaking that was it nothing more I have nothing to worry about so I backed up so over there I came into here when I'm going to stop my lights on so traffic could go around right here in this poet cuz I was going to go talk to the ladies and let them know that the guy that went in there yesterday I even have a photo of him that uh he went in there in the uh um where that they press the clo the laund M got the laund mat next to it dry cleaner the dry cleaner he went in there with two girls I started knocking [ __ ] over so I always put my lights on here and uh to stop traffic well it took for traffic to go around me and then uh I was going to go talk to him but I made my rounds because there's people that sleep in the trash cans last week they light up the trash bin here when you're coming down where you coming from Ed iing fromed and then once I hit here Ed's home yeah and then once I hit here I usually go through uh the Smith entrance like coming into there I guess and then so I drive around and he started following me and he you know when people come front of especially here it's a whole different show you know how it is here yeah so you know and that's what we do the com the uh owners hired us to clean house here so last week there was a rape at McDonald's who went to uh PN the the bank there then also there was fentanyl sold behind Verizon so that's what we do that's it I don't need to light anybody up and so when I was when you guys stopped me I I want didn't do [ __ ] wrong it's just that when you ask for my ID I haven't done anything wrong so that's why you're your your entainment we're talking to we're completing an investigation advised you we're completing an investigation right at that point you are obligated to provide am I yes you are stay ared now as a PO officer you should know that I do but that's if I did something wrong though so I had a guy we we didn't accuse anything we we simply we simply stated we were completing an investigation right we just started we need to identify who you are well I apologize then and I so then yeah so then when you refuse my sergeant didn't advise you okay you going cffs right good at which point now you're in cups so that's where we're at right now so this guy so as not saying that he's an officer of any kind and he's shaking really bad he doesn't show his badge he says it's in his vehicle I'm like okay well go get it he's like I refuse I'm not going to get it I'm telling you who I'm I hey you know what he could have he could have easily walked up to his your radio does that can connect to do you guys have your own personal dispatch or okay yeah did you call backup call for reest no because right now there's only me coming in early are you scheduled to work today I am I clock in 2 hours early today okay I usually try to do one okay and then they so is there anybody at your Dispatch Center right now no there's uh um I guess like a lieutenant Duty or whoever it name okay yeah you back up or something man you know what honestly we do there's a list underneath my uh thing but we do we do Eubank and Central we do Louisiana the we do the Schwans we do all of the um days inita in we do all that [ __ ] and we clear house so ask kind of a funny question here so what if this gentleman over here has proof of you on the highway what's that going to mean not going to mean anything I don't have it I do it he has no proof you know no because I wasn't passing him because he was at 75 miles hour how did we know to get over here so fast because he stopped and was following me I'm just that's why I'm trying to give you the benefit of no no I'm getting a benefit of the doubt because I kicked on my lights the minute I get here lights in here is fine this right and this is priv property and that's exactly what happened so I'm just kind of giving you again yeah if we if we're pulling up right as you're turning you've only been in here a couple minutes when he confronts you right right he stopped me so he's just a couple minutes no not really a couple minutes because he follows me into here right and then I do my usual rotations he stops then he starts backing up right I I pull up behind me I look at his license plate so I turn on my lights over here to get some of the people out like those right there and then I [ __ ] and so he was on his phone so I turn around I come back around and he's confronting me right here opens the doors says he State Police if I heard that for every dollar you know as an officer not only is he supposed to show his badge but he refused to go in his car I was like show me I backed up I said show me where the badge is he doesn't go I mean if he's saying his badge is there and even you guys why wouldn't you show your badge he said it's in his no no in civilian clothes and I gave you the opportunity i' back up I said go ahead get in your vehicle okay and show me your badge then everything would have been smooth but he didn't want to do that well I mean you know coming from a a law enforcement standpoint if somebody you don't know who wear a pistol on their hip right we requesting your identification or your badge am I going to take my eyes off of you and that gun knowing I'm a law enforcement officer no but he was shaking so the lot time if you're law enforcement officer you guys de with this daily and you're not going to sh right I'm sorry people are human right does mean we don't I know but I'm not shaky I mean you know everybody does a stress differently right everyone does stress differently correct so you know it a lot of people follow us and that's it okay you understand the issue right and you understand completely who I am until well you didn't show me your badge yeah that's it did make a difference yeah right now is what I'm saying you understand who I am and why I'm talking to right now versus a normal victim would be over there standing there completely so do you understand the quiet now once you show me your badge
