on April 23rd 2024 deputies in Florida returned to a residence after a fight broke out again between a couple they had dealt with here's what the deputies did next hey she tried to lock me out how you doing what's it yeah I did what's your name again man I've been here playing times how you do so uh today's the day she's drinking so she went down to the bar at about 2:30 just give us a minute all right could you come talk to me I will talk to you yes thank you let's talk over here so what's going on uh she she was upset this morning we got in a fight she's told me threaten me all day that she's going to go drink if I don't cut my [ __ ] and then she went to the bar I told her if she goes to the bar it's over uh she went to the bar she came back I um I went for a walk so I took a walk I went down the bike path a little bit I came back I came back to the house all the doors are locked she locked that front screen door so I couldn't use my key to get in the house and then I um I got in the garage door yeah kicked the door in so she slammed she went outside she slammed the door so hard that the door went inside the gy and got stuck and then she said she came back 15 minutes later and started to get in the door and she's like you locked me out and obviously I didn't lock her out she jammed the door and it wouldn't work so she kicked the door door in with the baby on the other side after I told her repeatedly the baby's on the other side of the door kicked it in so baby hurt she is a danger to the baby and herself right now is the baby Hurt No not not yet she was sleeping when I got home so I came back from my walk I got in the house and she's passed out drunk in the room and the baby's running around the house yeah so that's a problem yeah so I I don't know what to do but I'm trying to take control of my child and she won't give it to me all right are you are you going to be present to keep eyes on the baby yeah I want her to be in my care and custody right now and I want her to stay away from the baby until she's not intoxicated anymore cuz last time that she was intoxicated she locked the baby in the truck and she almost killed it that was 2 weeks ago okay are you going to be here still yeah until I can find a way out yeah are you staying here today though with the child yes unless I can get some you're not intox and I go talk to her she I would like someone sober here with child yeah I'm trying to take care I wasn't sure if you were leaving cuz you got a backpack I I take this so she can't steal the [ __ ] that's out of there that's okay that's all I want yeah so if he's okay and he can be calm coming back in the house and not have it in front of my daughter that's all I'm asking so I'm going to talk to him before I leave so you guys are understand that so that's just going to delay the whole process a little bit longer yeah and then what happens after that intoxicated okay no I'm not I'm upset you can leave it on the road for now leaving stop hurting me not I'm sh you up the suspect was charged with battery two counts of battery on an officer and resisting an officer with violence in court the prosecutor dropped the suspect's charges of resisting an officer with violence and two camps of battery on an officer the suspect pleaded no contest to the remaining charges of battery and was found guilty the court sentenced the suspect to one year pration and ordered her to pay a total of $672 in fines and Court cause [Music]
