on March 9th 2024 officers in Ohio were conducting a check at a local bar when a fight broke out in the crowd officers quickly intervene as the fight begins to escalate here's what the officers did get off back up she didn't know what's going on hey I don't give a [ __ ] back up can't just you know but you're not listening you're seconds back up y should arrest SE what happened I saw no but she didn't even do nothing on her first I never been to jail bro she has no reason to go to jail me first I don't know I don't know I'm not doing nothing I'm sitting here trying to explain back three her I the let's go outside you start walking outside some else SW I don't know who's SW they you have no idea who started no but he I know she got but that's not her she she has arrest for Something Completely yeah but that's not the girl she wasn't fighting it was someone else I don't know what who she is his girlfriend is the [ __ ] what's your name you have no idea who started this though no I don't know who SW with who but that guy I was telling him to get out that's how it was he get out he was smoking I told him you cannot smoke any she walked out I don't know her name I don't know she looks like her but I don't know her name yeah I don't know I don't know these from my apologies for coming after you the way that guy was saying she started maybe because I told him to get out now if y'all come in here toight smoking what yall going to do I don't know some people oh when I got hir here she said like police come here and people are smoking that's not allow I you're not allow to smoke Mar right so why would I risk my employment place getting started because I'm sitting here looking at to smoke so I told him you're not allowed to Vape in here you work here yes you're the bartender yes I don't what get out that's that's what it was get out she walked up Dr his headline [ __ ] he can all right [ __ ] I'm going to take you outside I ain't going to fight take your ass outside she start walking out in someone's pH I don't know who it was somehow they got fight and I turned around and fight so I went to break it up because that's my job I went to break it up but sh wasn't fighting you good yeah I'm good you going try to tell it's my fault you should have got out like I said right right we we were talking about something else and we happen to look over andly it's going all right like I said again my apologies didn't mean to come after you sideways just that guy said hey she started it so got bring you up talk to you you Happ to see you started [Applause] it we're going to step in when I give you a law FL you have to do what we tell you to do I understood that you don't make the rules I know I understood that but you're not acting on that understand right I was trying to explain what's going on the bartender swung on her came to me her and her sister just baby okay I said all I said is are you the bartender she said yes and she started like what the how we getting arrested when we didn't even please don't arrest her bro I arrest I arrested her I know I was just trying to explain to that cop that she she's already arrested you didn't I didn't okay okay well just explaining to the cop that the bartender just swung her and her sister you had at least four warnings to stay back from three different cops and you didn't listen do you hear me though yeah I hear what you're saying that's why you weren't arrested inside of the bar when I had list did you see what happened no I was in my car right there and then the officers called for help and then I came running in okay that's my involvement the case and when I came running in I saw them dragging your friend out because they hit me list I wasn't she got hit I got hit L listen I saw the officers dragging your friend out and then I saw one of my officers have to push you back and say stay back now now she got swung on she didn't know what was going on I understand that that's why you were not putting handcuffs inside the bar right cuz I get it but then you continue to try to push past officers get a couple more warnings I didn't mean it gave you a warning to stay back and you tried to push past me while they were putting her in handcuffs that is called resisting arrest I understand being involved cuz you don't want your friend to get beat up no okay I but when we're outside and she's got four cops around her ain't nobody going to beat her up I know but I'm I was explaining to the cop that she didn't start fighting the bartender and her sister literally pushed us and hit us both y'all can go watch the camera bro literally I'm she's not under arrest for whatever for what she did after we were involved he trying to say but I didn't I was trying to that doesn't mean that you can break the law because you're young I didn't break it you did I would understand if I to walk away two two laws I did not try to walk away from you at all I still all she was trying to do is break a fight between her and her best friend I get it that's why she wasn't putting handcuffs out in the bar cuz I understand that did you see who she was fighting with no I just heard screaming when I came in you were already grabing out okay that the only thing I saw was she was on like this thr hay maker so somebody had a hold hair when I came in I had a CP of it in my hand there's so many people and so much grabbing okay the the female that he saying started it is a bartender and she said she was trying to get him out and it was somebody else that started it so who was it like an older or a younger girl that was it was a younger girl she was like I'm a b you can't VAP here I was like all right that's fine he just baked one time and she was like no he needs and I was like I was like girl chill she started fighting me I was like so then I start fighting back I didus tonight we're talking to a bartender over there I don't know if it's was in a fight like a week AG go here I'll go listen I'll go watch the video and if you's throw punch she can go too that ain't the girl that swung on your sister man who's the girl that swung that's the bartender telling you guys to get out they're saying they're saying the bartender is she told me she was the bartender cuz she said there's no vaping in here I said okay I said are you the bartender she said yes and then she started swinging on old girl the uh she started swinging on her out of nowhere someone saw and I don't even know them I don't even that's my little sister but that's your best friend but I barely even correct that mistake I'm just we're just trying to entertain the fact that se is the one that started this everybody from that crowd that just got arrested said the bartender is the one she said she you're not going to jail you're being issued a summons for DLC fighting okay po date and it is what it is okay the video shows you two going at it it doesn't matter who swung first you engage in a mutual fight okay wow when I was telling her they cannot smoke you're not even working no right but that's the thing it's not your responsibility but if she tells me that she well obviously whoever I just talked to in there right Chris I'm assuming she's a supervisor she says you're not to be doing employee business when you're not working right okay whatever okay so let's walk out here to my cruiser real quick so I can get your information and give you the summons and you can go back inside okay over here on the other side of the street I'm in [Music] walk up to the left side of that door while I smoke telling you like I'd love to stand here all night but we got we got to leave if I need you back thank you guys thank you the suspect was charged with disorderly intoxication failure to identify and resisting arrest the court dismissed the suspect's charge of disorderly intoxication the suspect pleed no contest to the remaining charges and was found guilty the suspect was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended alongside 2 years of probation the suspect was also ordered to pay a total of $300 in fines and $139 in court cost
