County jail and charged with resisting
an officer possession of drug
paraphernalia possession with intent to
deliver schedule one or two narcotics
possession with intent to deliver
methamphetamine possession of THC
disorderly conduct in a Perl
warrant on March 15th 2023 Devon was
federally indicted for possessing 50
grams of methamphetamine with intent to
distribute if convicted he faces a
mandatory minimum penalty of 5 years and
a maximum of 40 years in federal prison
