familiar with the situation yeah officers had previously been to the residence in a separate incident involving her son resulting in an assault charge in two years probation are you on court monitored or reporting probation Court monitored I looked it up on the way here okay no I'm recording okay how much time's over here 89 days so a an arrest for theft of your daughter's car keys to then impose an interesting additional 89 days you are not correct you are not I'm not what I'm not doing anything yeah great I got arrested last time because I decided that he wanted to pull some wrestling moves every baby there ever was oh my God I swear to God the suspect was charged with theft misdemeanor obstructing official business and resisting arrest in court they suspect he did not guilty to all three charges the court amended the charge of theft misdemeanor to unauthorized use of property and sent into the suspect to 30 days in jail with 17 days suspended the court dismissed the charge of obstructing official business however the suspect was found guilty of resisting arrest and sentence to 90 days in jail with 77 days suspended the court also issued a hundred dollar fine for both charges and gave the suspect to additional years of probation all right
