on October 27 2023 officers in Ohio receive a call from a local gas station reporting a woman had shoplifted and was fleeing on foot the officers Patrol the surrounding area quickly spotting the identity resisting arrest OB strucking official business and possession of drug instruments in court the suspect's charges of misrepresenting identity resisting arrest in possession of drug instruments were dismissed the suspect pleaded guilty to the remaining charges and was sentenced to a total of 270 days in jail with 244 days suspended as well as paying $48 in court cost
