on March 17th 2024 officers in New Mexico responded to a residence after a woman assaulted her mother before running to the backyard the woman had broken items inside her parents home here's what the property of a household member okay well you'll have your day in court for that okay we got two witnesses stating otherwise okay so we want to get you to the hospital but I can't take you over there safely if you're going to be fighting in combative all right are you going to be calm huh okay we'll get you down there okay don't be kicking the doors or nothing no more you're going to hurt yourself go get you a wheelchair okay hey 29 I'm going to grab her a wheelchair all right girl when you step out [Applause] okay want put your feet up right goodness the suspect was charged with battery on a household member criminal damage and two CC resisting an officer the suspect suspect was issued a $5,000 bond which she later posted the court dismissed one count of resisting arrest and the charge of criminal damage she pleaded no contest to battery on household member and resisting arrest and was found guilty the suspect took a plea deal was sentenced to probation which she later violated and was resentenced to 664 days in jail with 654 days suspended [Music]
