no it's no it's not okay we're gonna get enough you know what I'm saying it's okay to keep saying it's under us or doing something to us without that being okay she's just went ballistic I'm just gonna kick her out of here are you see what she said you wish and don't touch me cause you ain't got no reason one more word out of you guess what I'm recording you I'm ready take it to jail let's go on March 29 2023 officers in Ohio received a call from Embassy Suites Hotel staff to assist with removing a guest the guest was upset and seen yelling about teenagers filming her kids without her permission [Music] down there I'm sure you'll hear their mouth when you get down we've tried everything the parent had previously been an employee of the hotel I used to work here we know she will not shut up these kids out here the one kid was recording the kids were running around all we did was ask them to put the kids inside and be quiet we've got noise complaints and she's been running her mouth and down here confronts them so we just want him out again all right can you go uh let them know and then we'll stand with you I told him you were on your way well yeah you we've got to be the ones that catch and kick them out they're just going to stand behind us yeah we're just keeping the peace yeah they can't they can't evict though correct yeah that's correct that's the kids right there the tall kit she's going to tell you he was saving my child she's only one years old I said well he can take whatever he wants there's no law against that yeah you smell that I do through the lobby and I said I asked him before you got a pet skunk or something here all right just check my respect them kids out for running around wait I've been here I've worked here before I know how that [ __ ] goes all right oh damn cool thank you okay she went out that way I don't know if she went outside or not I ain't even sure come down this way no she had me she went out the I think she might have went down the stairs and went outside that way oh my gosh I don't want to bring the kids out so someone okay that's his own phone and you want to go pull the car up there we didn't have no car oh okay we got dropped off here I got you so you have a ride coming if everything was all her so you got a phone I'm gonna call for a ride or trying to figure out all these Keys that's what I'm saying because and the car I got is not going to be enough okay she's not being very uh Cooperative right now or very reasonable officers stayed in the hotel's lobby with the parent and other guests while they waited for transportation here I got your shoes look something about a lot of things but I ain't gonna pay about myself [Music] oh no you nah I do too because we all gonna make a joke about this year we all gonna make more money we gonna get enough for them it's okay foreign say S I know what the kids did I know what happened it was cool it was cool I'm trying to feel you but I can't feel you right now okay because right now my heart is at these kids foreign [Applause] you think she is [Applause] no it's about time you start stepping up for our nails racist asses and if I feel like I've been a racially poked I got everything profound and that's their job to say something politely to start recording these 10 year old kids running around I'll get them under control and they thought it was okay to keep recording and talking about him and saying this like that it was cool but when I asking them to stop everything wasn't cool but when I said something nothing was cool when I said stop recording these kids when I even came down here and said can y'all sell them and stop recording these kids they are kids they are under the age of 18. you think they care they didn't care they didn't say oh hey can y'all start recording them that kids they gonna do what kids do nothing still let's not recording them they kids I will get them under control I will get them inside my trail they didn't care about that they were still doing what they wanted to do with these kids but I asked them can y'all start recording them they kids they gonna do what they do with their kids no they didn't care they thought it was funny and thought it was a joke because that was black kids and that's not funny for us to be in a place we paid our money in so you don't think it was okay they black kids that's not fair I think they felt as kids to get racially profiled at the age of [ __ ] nice and young girls because some people want to record them when I said I got them they'll start running around when they stop running around no they didn't hey I can still hey I think they feel huh it's not funny right it's nothing that's a joke because they're kids they're gonna do what kids want to do because they're kids I worked here I've been here I know how I feel cause I ain't never run no kids or run away from doing kids stuff they're kids but when they come to you I tell you a white man that says home today face without gonna be a black one that's not no kid jokes [Music] and that's not fun how y'all think it hurt face feelings when white kids running around here saying oh they black kids oh this and that that hurt they feel is when they gotta come to us and tell us about so we can't even do enough we can't do nothing y'all can't do nothing at all no they're not gonna tell y'all what they did as a kid and I'm not gonna score no kids cause I'm a grown ass adults these kids y'all think they came in on us they feel very disrespectful because it hurts is [Applause] racist ass [ __ ] and these words and don't touch me cause you ain't got no reason one more word out of you and I'm gonna take it again right now right now don't touch me I'm telling you oh and I'll record you that's fine let's go let's go and you ain't got no rights to touch me so leave me alone put your stuff let's get your stuff and go get your stuff get your stuff and go oh since I called my mama I will take you to jail okay so take your get your stuff and get out of here I'm become a lawyer that's fine out the door all right no no don't touch me don't touch me I asked you not to touch it [Applause] yes ma'am I asked you to get out together thank you oh boy 32. that was too long that was too long for you come on over here come on come on no you tried though didn't you you tried yeah that's right you [Applause] tired of it yeah off the jail Coco you didn't need to do this tonight you didn't need to not in front of you I told y'all we give you way too many because you were using profanity in a public you were inside the lobby you were all over there too late too late no no you have to play the recording play the recording I got the record it's all on my body camera no you can't tell me what to do and okay Lord have mercy I just told you no you did you're trying to to tell me that after the fact you put me in hand cause you were supposed to tell me that the fact it comes and I think you forgot that so tell me my rights you have the right to remain silent no no no no no no you was going to tell me when you're arresting me so I think you might want to let me go okay I'm gonna not do that you should looks like you got three warrants for your arrest that stinks after placing the suspect in the patrol car officers discovered the suspect had active warrants from a previous incident got some more charges on you don't want to tell me what I rested for they didn't arrest me for anything they didn't say oh man hold your hands behind your head cause you arrested for this they didn't say none of that so I just got one on Blue Ash too well even better it happens you get intoxicated and you get elevated emotions foreign as the manager was trying to tell her to calm down I'm trying to calm down too yeah he is in here exactly like you is intoxicating like just trying to lay down and go to sleep that's it and that's what it's hard to do with people when they get intoxicated but let's see I under I that's me that's what I used to do right when I was young yeah but she has a baby I don't know that terrifies these poor kids so now they don't see what happened I don't know what to do but y'all you guys got it right on yeah she um she's getting her stuff on to come and get us and everything so thank you so much thank you so much okay if um if you guys need anything just give us a call okay okay thank you all right don't come here's the deal we had to wrestle with you to get the handcuffs on that's a resistance can I make it can I can I say something without you interjecting for a minute I am taking you to jail disorderly conducting you got three or four warrants for your arrest yes you are foreign was charged with disorderly conduct
