that's not pass or fail this is this is this is one of these very cool no you didn't you dropped the id so i got it i've seen her ask for this talk to me okay i knew that phone wasn't i wasn't worried about you using the using the id i wasn't worried about you uh you like hearing her what was it you know you know you know the run reason i played college football was that videos and focused yeah well absolutely sir was one of the top state people um you didn't about that you didn't fare well in the walking turn and you didn't fare well on the one leg stand what's her i mean you should fight i mean we're not arguing no no no dude i play cards for 22 seconds and if you don't mind can you can you lift my ankle real quick the wrinkle just like this this foot why i had a swallow that was you you know i'm not lying no no i don't think you're wondering is there something i could work out please so as like i said as as far as tonight goes there's nothing there's nothing that you could do not me you what does it could do either but in court in court like i said i'll i'll i'll let that i would like to let the judge know that you were being very compliant you've heard everything [Music] and chris marcus to the mountain union i guarantee he did all business okay colorado yeah almost i promise you look my dad up and everyone man just so you know i'm not a man he said she said tough guy he could have backed up like an idiot and what is her name maria maria yeah that's so so that's her car yeah i'll let you call her man yeah i'm gonna i'm gonna put you in the cell in the holy stone temporarily i will outfit paperwork on you you know it'll just be you yeah yeah from my phone love hurts love hurts oh man you rested some of the night i spit on you yeah you'd have to get like my dad would like get home and he'd be so stressed dude and i remember my mama give us like coffee i told you those boys don't get coffee because he's a mp2 mom and actually if you look at my other brother too he's one of the main er doctors out here tony salazar but obviously you guys have been going through trying to fix my relationship you know with your with your fiancee so we're trying to rekindle so we met at the library if you don't know what we're doing library well that's where we met dude three years ago so we were trying to kind of rekindle it broke up for like three weeks you know and then here we are hi how long were you guys together before total how much like three and a half but i have got uh divorced so that was a mess too and like i said so i had found out uh about two months ago that the daughter had been raising she's turned nine on the tenth oh nice october huh found out like she's biologically not mine it's a tough one but i said well i'm going to quarter this mind you know man that's mine yeah and she's 9 you said yes siri thanks and then watch all you show your textures like i think you should pay her today i love that girl it doesn't mean i need to but no sticks in my head exactly but i don't think this will bring my life to you no i mean hope and hopefully help it'll make you learn what are you crying about with my life just now man okay so this tells us i am so i am still going to run the machine no matter what i understand that you understand that you want to give me a breath sample um the machine is going to say please vote until tone stops if you don't give me a breath sample it's automatically aggravated it's fine um if you do get your best sample and you're under 0.16 it's just simple you're unlocked don't stay on if i'm under that and then i get to go if you're on a point zero eight if okay so if you're an appointment if you're in a point zero four i will call my sergeant zero zero so you still be arrested for point o five to point zero seven how about point porno and i get it on lofties and go home because i know it would be point already you're at the legal limit but i know i i know i'd be under okay and then can i go home well like i can't bargain well what i can do is if you're under the let me get it here we go here we go if you are under if if if you are on the legal limit i'll actually call my sergeant when i was there i'll say hey sarge this is this is this what we have um this is his breath score what do you want to do with him can i just can i just release him and then sends him into court or i don't know claudia take me back to my girlfriend oh well because because because that's what i'm saying i know i'd be andre okay so but i want something in writing saying between you and me i know i'd be under it well i know i know i know exactly what i had so i i'd be completely honest so again like like i can't make it do with you the only i can do is tell you if you are under the legal limit i would actually call the sergeant for you because right now says please go until tone steps can we have a deal for 100.08 i know definitely okay i mean like i mean again again if you're under points early i will call that sergeant and ask him what he wants me to do if but again can mean you shake hands on this somehow well everything's being recorded that would be recorded i'm way under it i guarantee that okay but then you said 0.04 you know i said a point i know i said well i just disappointed i didn't say 0.4 but points here we go there you go i think enough to where i'd be 0.0.05 to 0.07 you could still be arrested for dwi even though you're under the per se so here it's going to time out here pretty soon let me know if you want to give me a simple no i i i guess i better follow my intuition i know i'm way under i i mean i'm good i'm good i'm innocent i promise what if you and i could hand you you would let me walk out of here once i pissed this because i will pass it i told you what i would do okay i told you i'll call my sergeant i really would but i know you're not i know you and i have had a degree nation brother we have a bond that i know and i know you know what i'm just worried that you really wouldn't let me just go home to my wife oh i told you i'm i'm i'm in my word i told you that i would i would i would call my sergeant and say hey this is what he blew what i'm gonna do yeah but then if he says no then it's no yeah it's true but i want your specific record that well because i'm going to pass it trust me because i'm not a sergeant i can't say you know because my body you know you know i have i have i have i have somebody to answer to you but i'm gonna pass it down well it's gonna tie my hip resume yeah well can you call him and ask him once i pass this i get to go home to my wife i i already told you what would happen he said baby yeah but i mean i'm telling you i'm going to pass it i promise you i'm going to pass it bro it'll take you downtown central yes yes the jail downtown i love you bro central i [Music] this is my worst sport ever okay go set up come with me right this way i'm gonna put you here temporarily i'll go get your phone okay and you'll let me climb yeah yeah i'll let you call here [Music] [Music] yeah you have been pretty cool and you you you answered me right i did hang shaking that let me go quarter this is locked without a good unlock it you said we may go to court [Music] recording you
