mean it's obvious to me okay uh I did get out like when I first came up to the uh to the uh I just left my girlfriend house I was on my way home to Earl and I got I had to pee real bad and let's get out step down to pee that's a switch uh the little exclusive paper that you yeah we build up a Web of Lies no because they're just there all right look listen when I got to the stick to the light I felt that IP and then I had rolled you know joint uh okay so we're joint it is I have put it um if you're not smoking why'd you put it under the seat because I wasn't I'm gonna wait till I get home so yeah I wasn't gonna smoke something like that because so while you're sitting at the stoplight you decide to roll a joint and stick it under your seat do you see where most of it does not make sense yeah just to be an honest with you no I've been I've been completely I wasn't gonna smoke like on the way home because I wasn't gonna do that but I was gonna wait till I get to my mom's house I don't had wrote a drunk and and you're you're saying and I stayed myself you stayed here for 30 minutes but it was a little minute now well you told me 30 minutes how long you've been here well I don't know what time I gotta stop like if I wasn't looking at me you kind of give me an idea but you said 30 minutes when I stopped when I asked you first time rolling papers or did you choose the Swisher to do it and then you just have the marijuana lower the Rolling Papers no bag just the joint that you rolled because I could I'm going to look yes uh okay his own adjustable just a little the little joint up but I never said you know because I looked before I backed up okay and I know I ain't seen him until I got up I don't know okay all right pull that out for me and I'll get with you in just a second and the door is unlocked the joint is or you said jar is there a whole jar of marijuana no no no no it's like it's in a the joint is with the drugs is it that deal up there just tell him to send me you yeah just listen for me there was a lot of lies that led up to where we were okay correct you know I'm telling the truth I was but what I'm telling you there there were some false stuff that you told me before we really got it out okay because you said you don't smoke marijuana and then no no no no you know I told you I I smoke last night I know I don't do it like everybody else do I don't I'm not a smoker I just do it every year every once in a while every once I didn't never say identity I don't do it like right everybody and it was Sunday the last time you smoked yeah it was Sunday yeah but it still smells like marijuana in your truck you've got marijuana with you yeah because I just right but yes sir right I told the Hat remember I told you yeah I mean you didn't have to tell me I was gonna look anyway because we I could sit here like I said I can smell it coming from you my last time smoking was Sunday because I had a film to get together in my uh film the house uh Sunday and I never got it I never sprayed my check out and I just opened a jar like when I was dead when I was got a little bit of marijuana from the jar uh yes sir okay and I yes sir so where did where did you where'd you come from now let me ask you that right down the road on uh it's in the housing Edition down here yes sir okay and I was almost I was in my girlfriend's house and I was on my way home uh tomorrow so just where'd you get where'd you get the marijuana from your house uh no son I got it in in West Memphis in West Memphis but I've been had it before but where did you get it because you said you got it out of a jar so you got it from somewhere today no it wasn't I've been had it I know I like I said I don't smoke like it will but you obviously got the marijuana to roll the joint that's with you is what I'm saying yes okay so where did you get that Maryland did you get it at your house before you come over here did you get it at this house before you went home because you've got the marijuana at some point because you said you got it out of a jar you don't have a jar of marijuana in the vehicle with you it's on it's underneath the seat The Joint not the joint like cannot tell you I like children but I've looked underneath your seat unless you're putting somewhere else no thank you when I always thought that was back here with all this stuff and there was no jar man that's what I'm telling you hello [Applause] how big was the jar they won about about this big but I just had the joints the back like all the way in the back did you ever get back in the rear of your vehicle sir unless I'm blind it ain't there there we go that's out of the other seat yeah I know I threw it underneath let's see yeah okay 16. right and then I voted and I stayed there for a Louisiana
