But I haven't taken it out in honestly. >> You didn't Okay. All right. I'm just trying to matt [screaming] >> I've been >> So then you know the process then you know I'm killing the consequences. >> What's up everybody? In today's video you're getting two arrests for the price of one. We have a spoiled brat who has a complete temper tantrum after getting busted for a second DUI. But first, I want to show you one of the most embarrassing body cam video I have ever seen. You have two police officers that have multiple weapons available, and they cannot manage to handle a degenerate that is armed with an electrical cord. Because of their inaction, this degenerate slaps a citizen and whips the officers while telling them to go back on a boat. I've never seen anything like this. Without further ado, let's get started. Is she still here? >> Yeah. >> You can come in there with that fake ass Muslim. Buy that. Listen, this my mother school y'all stole from me in Atlanta. I got robbed in Atlanta while I was doing cash rides. Quick trip 247 quick trips. Cash rides Atlanta 247 quick. No. Get him the out of here. >> Take that off your head. I don't buy it. >> The money. >> Take it off. >> The back. >> I think we have a emergency petition. Can I have a 101? Don't [ __ ] trouble me. >> Ma'am, don't [ __ ] trouble me. >> Mad ma'am. Mubble. Mad. >> Lock the door. >> I'm zap. I will smack this. All right. All right. M. M. Hold on, man. Give me the rope, man. >> So, first of all, these two cops are completely terrified of this suspect. And second of all, I don't know if you caught that, but after getting whipped with the rope, it looks like she takes a minute to adjust her nails to make sure her nails aren't broken. As if that's what matters right now. And even if I'm wrong about that, why would you have nails like this as a police officer? It's not going to give you any benefits whatsoever. It's a hindrance and it's just going to make your job a lot harder. >> Get the GET ON THE BOAT. >> GET ON THE BOAT. >> GET ON THE BOAT. GET ON THE BOAT. Get on the boat. >> Get on the boat. GET ON THE [ __ ] BOAT. M. >> Oh yeah. This how y'all going? >> Yeah. >> It's on national. Give me a hand. >> Y'all going to get wet. >> Stand right here. >> Y get wet. >> STAY RIGHT HERE. >> Y'all going to get wet. Get Young Moose down this [ __ ] Get him down here. Get this young noose down this. >> I swear to God. >> Okay, relax. What's wrong? What's wrong? >> Wait, wait, wait. Don't take out. >> No. >> What's wrong, man? What's wrong? Camera. Bring my bag this way. >> Obviously, something's wrong. >> You okay? >> Put your foot down for >> No. And [ __ ] down. Relax. >> Get the out my store. I told y'all [ __ ] get on the boat. Y'all been hearing me my whole life. >> I'm 34 years old. Yes, ma'am. >> Y'all [ __ ] robbed me in Atlanta. I called the police in the project. Put your foot down. I SWEAR >> YOUR FOOT DOWN. >> LISTEN. >> NO, I'M NOT. PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN. Y'ALL GOING TO KILL ME. WE'RE NOT GOING TO KILL ME IN HERE. >> THIS HOW Y'ALL DOING IT? WE'RE NOT DONE. >> THIS HOW Y'ALL DOING IT? >> JUST RELAX. JUST RELAX. >> Get on the boat. >> Just relax. >> Get on the boat. >> Okay. So, what you saying now? What the story? Tell me the story. What's going to happen? >> What? What? What happened today? WHAT HAPPENED TODAY TO YOU? >> YOU GOING TO KILL ME? SO, usually the Baltimore PD has a policy of pepper spray first and ask questions later. At least that's what I've seen from the numerous body cams from Baltimore. And I think that's perfectly fine. Usually, they're dealing with a lot of crowd control, but this was one person and there were two cops armed with two tasers, two pepper sprays, and nothing was done. This is really, really embarrassing. And I think this should be a training video on how not to handle a situation. Imagine if this woman was armed with a real weapon. Those cops would have been cooked. >> No. We're going to get you help. We're not going to kill you. >> Huh? >> Over there. >> I'm glad. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Just relax. What's going on? >> Look at all these scars on me. >> What happened here? Tell me what happened here. What happened? >> Your [ __ ] tried to fight me. >> Who tried to fight you? >> This is on national television. >> Who tried to fight you? >> Y'all faking. What do you think? >> Who tried to fight you, man? Y'all think I'm scarfies? >> Nah. What's your name? >> Who tried to fight you, man? >> Y'all think I'm scarfy? >> No. What's your name, man? >> Y'all think I'm scarfy. I'm not dumb. >> No, you're not dumb at all. What's your name? >> I know. >> What's your name? >> Take me to Sher or get Moose down here. >> Okay. Moose. >> Who is Moose? >> Young Moose. >> You know who the he is. >> No, we going to get Young Moose. >> Stop playing with me. >> Walker. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Record all this is on national television. I know. Okay, >> I'mma zap out >> and I'mma kill y'all hoes if y'all get me in Shepherd Pratt. >> I'mma kill all y'all. >> Okay, check this out. We going to put you in the vehicle now. Let's put in the vehicle. >> No. Um >> Yeah, we going to put in the vehicle. Okay. >> Okay. Hey, >> we going to put you in the vehicle. Okay. >> No, you're not. >> You're not putting me in [ __ ] >> You said you >> I'm a strangle. >> Get on THE BOAT. >> GET ON the >> All right. >> All right. All right. Y'all won't play this game. I'mma kill y'all. >> WHICH CAR WE GOING TO? >> I SWEAR TO GOD. >> I'mma kill y'all. >> I'mmaing kill y'all. Watch me. Y'all better get on the boat. I got in order. >> No, you good. You good? >> No, I ain't good. I ain'ting good. >> Y'ALL BEEN FOLLOWING ME FOR 34 YEARS. >> I'M TAKING YOU DOWN. >> WATCH YOUR HEAD. I'M TAKING YOU DOWN. >> LET'S GET >> I SWEAR TO GOD I'm a zap out and I'm a demon. >> All right, let's go. I'mma say >> y'all know every business I got, ho. Hey y'all, getit in order around here. >> They ain't bring moose down there. Get the off me, [ __ ] You go in the car. >> No, I'm Get down from here. That's a weapon. Get down here. What? This? >> Get Let go of the rope, man. >> Get the off me. Get on the boat. Get on the boat, ho. >> Y'all know this on national television, right? >> I got this. >> CIA mother. I'm a snitch. Say I'm a snitch. work. >> I swear to God. >> I swear to God. >> Thank you, sir. >> I swear to God, >> ma'am, >> I'mma burn your mother house down. >> I mean, this woman is pretty damn strong. We're 8 minutes into the video and she's still hanging on to the electrical cord. So, yeah, I don't know what she's on or if it's giving her some type of superhuman strength or maybe she's just been working out a lot. But yeah, these two lady officers were completely outmatched over here, which is really stupid of the amount of tools that they had at their disposition. They could have double tased her. They could have pepper- sprrayed her ass. They could have used their batons, but no. I guess they decided to bring their fists to a whip fight. If you don't let me go >> on the ground, >> we need to get a rope on the ground. >> On the ground. >> Watch the rope. >> Put it on the ground. Ball. Get balls. >> Come out here. this way. Don't worry about that's all right. >> No, I ain't no It ain't no art. >> Oh, >> let's go up the road. >> Oh. Oh, >> no. You're going to >> broke nails. >> Oh, y'all going to jail. I love this. >> I'm a savage. >> I love it. >> Welcome. Hi. You know me. >> You know my voice. That's why y'all scared to come down this >> and that's why >> your face has a lot of cuts and stuff. >> No problem. I'm [ __ ] no. >> They ain't coming. >> I'm aing demon. Take that. I don't buy that. >> Y'all going to kill me in jail. And I'mma kill you. I know how. That's why y'all want to break my nails. Y'all know who I am. Y'all know the nail shops I go to. Y'all know where I live out. Y'all put a bomb in my house. Y'all put a bomb in at 22 16 street. the issue with >> y'all. Y'all follow me right here on Broadway. >> She's talking to you. >> Y'all spit the bin. I spit the bin on y'all. >> Who you talking about? YOU'RE NOT PLAYING with me. >> I whack you. >> You talking about >> I'm not going in there. Take me to Shepher. >> Oh yeah. They not coming. Y'all scared and [ __ ] >> This on national television. >> You got >> You got injured also. >> Look at my freaking hand. >> Y'all thought you had a trick, man. >> Yeah, it's not exactly on national television, but you are on YouTube, so if your goal was to be famous, you are going to be successful to some extent. Now, you might not get millions of views, but trust me, you're entertaining quite a few people. So, at least you did that right. And maybe you taught these officers a lesson they won't soon forget. The pepper spray and the taser are there for a reason. They're non-lethal. You can use them and you should use them for your own protection. I know that hurts >> cuz if I die by holding her I don't know if she thought cuz I was like holding her cuz she had a rope trying to hit us with a rope. >> She's a treasure. What? What was her deal? >> She started whooping us with the extension cord and we had to run in. >> No, she didn't need the store. She was saying she owns the store. >> What? She started whooping you with the extension cord. But she started whooping me with it too. But not >> Oh, with the corn. >> Yeah. But you you get it like you know by the like pot. >> So she was whooping me by the regular pass. I cannot take it. >> I haven't I haven't fought in in how many years? Since I was a kid. >> Okay. So apparently she hasn't fought since she was a kid. But she's not a kid anymore. She's a cop and she's in Baltimore. So, she's going to have to get used to it and a little bit better at it. Now, obviously, the lady was charged with a battery of charges, no pun intended, multiple felony assault on law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, trespassing, and so on. But let's move on to the next body cam. We have a drunk, spoiled brat who is already on her second DUI arrest. And let me just say that she puts on a whole show. Take a look at this. Whoa. Oh, stay in the car. Stay in the car. Good evening. I'm Officer Simons of the Boulevard Park Police Department. >> Hello. >> Hi. There were a couple reasons why I stopped you. Okay. So, >> I I know I was on my phone. Okay. >> I was on my phone. >> You were on your phone. Okay. Your license plates are also expired and you have one pen light. Okay. Um, do you have your driver's license proof insurance with you? >> Yes. So why would you just abruptly say that you were on your phone? >> It was a dumb decision. >> I'm sorry. I'm like I'm horse. I'm like sick. >> But um I was sending a voice message somebody. It's not like I was like being like [ __ ] Like I was like, >> "Well, what do you mean by that?" >> Being [ __ ] is like being [ __ ] Like I don't know what to say. Um but no, I mean I was sent like a voice message to somebody and like I probably shouldn't have done that. >> Okay. >> Well, I was like >> probably not probably a bad idea. >> Probably a bad idea. Yeah. So I won't fully admit to that. So, why did why did you try to jump out of the car immediately? What? That's not a good idea. Why would you try to do that? >> Why would I jump out of the car to me? Because >> Have you ever been pulled over before? >> I've been pulled over before. And >> have you ever jumped out of the car like that before? >> No, but I wanted to show like respect. >> That's not That seems to me that's kind of an act of aggression towards law enforcement when somebody jumps out of the car like that. >> Really, >> that's not a good thing. >> And this is why I like body cams. They're really good for education because I don't blame her for thinking that. Before I started watching body cam videos, I would think that getting out of the car is to show a sign that you're not intending to drive away. But after watching thousands of body cam videos, I now know that getting out of the car at the beginning of a traffic stop is probably the worst thing you can do and will put the officers on high alert immediately. >> Okay. I was just trying to like get out of my car to like show you like respect. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license with you? >> Yeah. No, I was actually at 3GS cuz I actually >> Where where's that at? >> 3GS is in Benville. >> Okay. And do you have insurance for your car, Miss Spencer? >> Correct. >> Do you have it? Can I see it? >> Yes. Yeah. Um I have a DUI on my record. >> Okay. >> I don't know if that will like show up because like somebody pulled me over like 3 months ago texting him and driving >> and he said that he didn't see anything, but it's there. Okay, that's fine. Is your driver's license suspended for DUI? >> No. >> Okay. Okay, then that's not a big deal then. >> Okay. >> Well, I just want to like >> be honest like >> I appreciate it. >> Okay. >> All right. Jess, have you consumed any alcoholic crab desserts this evening at all? >> I have. >> Okay. How many did you consume? >> Um, I had probably two quarters. >> Two quarters. Okay. How big were they? Were they pints? Were they tall boys? Were they 12 oz? >> No, they were like regular or regular. >> Okay. What time did you consume those at or roughly? Do you remember? >> What time was it? >> Right now it's 1:00 a.m. >> Probably it really hasn't been a lot. >> I'm sorry. >> It really hasn't been a lot. Um >> so when do you remember what time you did that or you were drinking? Not not enough to like make me not >> Do you remember what time it was when you were drinking? >> No, I I generally don't. But I can tell you this. I can tell you this. Like like I wouldn't have driven because I've been pulled over before as like an [ __ ] I would have never driven home as an [ __ ] >> So this is really good to know because she doesn't deny that she's going to drive drunk, but she's just saying she's not going to drive drunk as an [ __ ] Well, I am so reassured. I'm so relieved. And I'm glad that she clarified that. Now, I think we should just let her go because clearly she's not an [ __ ] I mean, what is this woman smoking? Holy [ __ ] >> Was I talking while I was driving home? Yes. >> I didn't even know you were on your phone. I had no idea. >> I I was on my phone. I will fully admit that. You can like prosecute me for that. Like I like I will fully own that. Like I will fully own that. And I probably shouldn't have been doing that. Um, I actually went to that place tonight because I thought it was 9:00 a.m. and I was working. >> Okay. So, what time did you what time did you drive there at? >> Did I drive there at? Probably like I got there like 10:00 a.m. >> You got there 10:00 a.m. this morning? >> No, 10:00 p.m. because I thought it was No. Okay. So, you go to 3G is at 10 p.m. cuz you thought it was 10. Generally, like I genuinely woke up. >> So, what have you been doing for the for the last 3 hours? >> Because it's now 1:00 a.m. >> Hold on. Don't get up. >> I would like to. >> Okay, sure. >> So, what have you been doing for the last 3 hours? >> What have I been doing? >> Mhm. >> Um, I was there. >> Okay. >> Um, I mean, and genuinely that was that. >> Okay. So, were you drinking when you were there? >> 100%. But I was drinking like Coronas. Like I wasn't drinking like >> [ __ ] like Cosmos. >> How many How many Coronas did you drink? >> Probably like two. >> Genuine. >> Did you have any shots? >> Genuinely. >> So, if you're at home and you don't plan on driving today, you can do this drinking game. You can take a shot every time she says the word genuinely or literally. Now, in all seriousness, I don't recommend this because you would probably end up in the hospital very quick because this lady has a very limited vocabulary. >> I have one tequila rose. >> One tequila rose. Okay. Anything else in addition to that? >> That's it. >> Okay. Do you take any prescription medications? >> I I I I take ADHD medication, >> but I haven't taken that. And honestly, >> so you didn't Okay. All right. I'm just trying to make it a good thing. >> Um >> cuz I am not having a job that stresses me out. Are you under the care? >> Are you under the care of a doctor or a dentist right now? >> Technically, yes. >> For what? If you don't mind me asking. >> For that medication. >> Aside from that, anything else? So, no physical problems or anything like that? Okay. You don't have any problems with your back, knees, legs, feet, or anything like that? >> I have Hashimoto's and that's it. I was diagnosed with that when I was 14. >> What is that? I'm not familiar with that. >> Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disorder. Okay. >> Where my antibodies like fight my thyroid. >> Okay. Do you wear glasses or contacts at all? >> No. >> Okay. How's your general health other than that? than what you honestly. Okay. >> Honestly, God, I'm very >> B. So, Jessica, based on some of the driving behaviors I've I've seen from you tonight and your admission to consuming a little bit of alcohol, before I let you drive off, I want to make sure that you're okay to drive. >> Okay. So, uh just hang out right here for a second. You mind staying with her for a second? >> Yeah. >> Hey, Jessica, I'm going to have you come right to the front of your car over here. Okay. >> Just face me just like you're doing. It's not that I don't trust you, but I have to verify >> you don't trust me. >> Here, Jessica, you made a couple lane, by the way. You said you were texting and I don't it's not that I don't believe you, but you've also made a couple admissions to drinking tonight. Okay. So, I before I let you go to quash my suspicions, I need to make sure that you're okay to drive. Okay. So, the first thing I need you to have you do is stand with your feet together in your hands at your sides just like this. Okay. Can you see the tip of my finger right there? As usual, we will skip past the FSTs. If you've seen one, you've seen a thousand. And these one weren't really noteworthy. But the arrest is very entertaining because she turns on the waterwork. So, let's take a look at that instead. Let's go turn around. Put your hands behind your back, please. Rest where you are. >> No. No. No. Please. >> Okay. Just relax. Okay. The more you cooperate and the the cooler Jessica, the more you relax, the easier this is going to go. >> All right. So, right. >> I promise you, as long as you cooperate with us, okay, you'll be in and out of our station inside of 45 minutes. Okay. You're going to go home. I've been I've been >> So then you know the process then you >> Jessica, you are going to make this process a lot longer if you don't cooperate with us. Please, for your sake, I would love for you to cooperate with us so we can make sure you get home safely. Jessica, >> all we're going to do is process you like you've done before and then this will go smooth. You'll be on your way home. But you have to cooperate. Okay. >> You have to be. >> Okay. There's no other way around. [laughter] So come on. >> Nobody's saying you're a bad person. >> I'm like somebody died. and I'm going to their rap and they're not a good person and I'm being prosecuted. >> Okay. Well, complaining decisions have to be better made. Okay. >> Just because this happen Westmore just mean you're a bad person at all. Okay. It does not mean that. Okay. I promise you that we've arrested bad people. >> You are not a bad person. I don't think you're a bad person. >> Okay. >> All right. But unfortunately, we have to deal with the circumstances of people. So I would love to get you to the station as soon as we can so we can get you home as soon as we can. I don't I'm not going to take >> you me home is being a nice person. >> You taking me to the station is not being unfortunately some actions have consequences. Okay. So right now you have to deal with the actions of those consequences. >> Actions have consequences. >> Yes. >> I was being [ __ ] nice. >> I know we said >> that is too funny. Actions have consequences. Yes they do. And you should know that because this is not your first DUI. Now, hopefully you'll learn your lesson this time, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see you again on the channel in the next few months. Sometimes people just refuse to learn their lesson, no matter how many times they go to jail. >> You weren't. However, I believe that you're under behind the wheel. >> I don't want you anymore. [ __ ] >> I learned that I was fine. >> Okay. >> Go on. >> People make mistakes. Okay. >> Right now, based on what I've seen, I don't think that you're okay to drive and we have to deal with that. Okay. >> And you acting this way doesn't show it either. Okay. The more mature you act and the more of an adult that you act looks better on camera when there's actually [ __ ] >> You said I was fine. >> Can you uh search her? >> Said no. >> I just said no. I can't. >> She's in her boulevard. I saw her making trouble in violation. She hit the [ __ ] curb. >> Okay. When I called you, it's all good. All right. >> You guys are >> here. We're going to have a seat in the car. Okay. >> Yes. For real. You're under arrest. Please have a seat. Excuse me. >> Yes. >> What's up? >> Excuse me. >> I'm sorry. >> Is there any way? Is there any way I can give literally give you my keys? >> I'm sorry. I have your key. >> Exactly. >> Yes. Is there any way I can You have my key. Mhm. >> Is there any way I can just walk home because I live two blocks away? >> You can. >> Really? You only live two blocks away? Why don't you try to come up with something a little bit more original? Let me guess. You're on your period. You only had two drinks. You have to pee. We've heard all these excuses before. Come up with something new. >> I literally live two blocks away. >> 911 Lane, Illinois. Lombard, Illinois. for you. You know where you're at right now? >> Yes, I am. I'm on Washington. We're in um um >> Well, now you're looking, so that kind of defeats the purpose of me asking the question. >> Okay. Well, it's like Washington and Westmore Avenue. I know exactly where I'm at. And I know we're at like Ardmore right there. If you take Ardmore to um um Jesus Christ, I drive that drive the place. You drive art to like Aaron Circle and Aaron Circle leads to Lombard Circle and Lombard Circle literally leads to Lila Lane and Lila Lane is my house. >> So, unfortunately, I've already made the decision to arrest you for DUI. Okay? So, we can't I can't unarrest you now. So, like I said, as long as you're cooperative and you're cool with us, I'm going to be cool with you. I'm not hiding anything. I'm going to tell you the truth. >> There is nothing cooperative about being arrested for DUI. >> 100% there is. I can promise you that. I've had cooperative people that have made this process very easy on themselves and it's helped with them in court. And I've had people that are very uncooperative that makes this process very long and very difficult for >> I know, but I've already been arrested for DUI. So, how bad could this look for being arrested for another DUI? >> Do you only have one DUI? >> Yes. I I like >> I ask the question because the third DUI becomes a felony. I I I'm right now I'm supposed to go to um I'm supposed to go to um education >> for like sex weeds and then I'm also supposed to go to um like Mothers Against Drivers and take a class for that and those are um the two things I need to do. >> So I already know I already know and I know exactly where I'm at. >> Okay, so here's what's going to happen. Okay, so we're going to go back to the station. We're going to go through the same probably the same process you went through the first time, but I can't guarantee cuz I was the one who arrested. >> No, you're you're you're you're you think I I'm worth 500 [ __ ] million dollars. I'm not. I'm just like you. I'm literally just like you. I have to tell my parents about this. I'm just like you. >> So, that's it for the video. She was charged with DUI and improper lane change. Now, if you want to watch more body cams, click on any of the links on the screen right now. I have a pepper spray playlist, a window smash playlist, and a taze playlist for you guys. So, I'm sure you'll find a lot of quality entertainment over there. Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you guys on the next
