again so i'm in the car my you know when you're getting in your legs hanging out through getting in 85 right yeah we're working through it yeah don't worry about it just keep telling me your story something stupid it it wasn't even that big of a deal and then he'd gone we've dealt with a lot today the cars were vandalized today okay so you guys are arguing cars happened earlier and then and then what and then i was just leaving i mean it was i calmly left and he was sitting he was sitting at the desk and then i go outside he goes to the car and he's like what do you do you can't leave with my car so at that point was it his car is it your car it's his car okay so i i go to the car i'm opening i'm opening it up i get in the seat and as i'm i'm i didn't even reach for it the door the door is this a car that you guys like share though no it's that's a car he didn't get it okay he you use the car okay so then i didn't even have a chance to reach through the door he'd already come up and like send it with your foot out which you saw right so i started the ignition because i'm trying to i don't know get away i don't know get away and then take the keys out of the ignition and then we're just sitting there talking and i'm telling him that you just let me you know my and then that's when he starts recording me and i told him he said and this is after he already slammed your foot in the door okay so he says give me the keys i said so he's hey he still has the key so don't give me give me back my house keys you take the car keys off just take them off so he gives me about the keys i take i take it off the ring and then i grab my bag and then i'm i'm i'm out the vehicle i'm headed this way and he's still following me and that's when i called number one okay he didn't try to like take your phone or anything like that no okay he just slammed your foot in the door and then he kept following you because he because why right um i don't because he saw me on the phone okay he saw me on the phone and he asked me if i was calling everyone i didn't answer and then he just kept falling okay did he say anything when you didn't answer that like well he would say the same stuff he's saying no why are you doing this to me why are you okay i don't i don't know what to do [Music] yeah and they're already on their way because like you said you think it might be broken so rather the problem is that an officer was giving giving him commands and he refused to follow this for me at this point um here photo apartment here all right let me talk to him um i guess i'll read him and okay so what what happened from the beginning she just got angry because somebody called me i don't it was my bae okay because it was a female that called me she heard an email talking over the phone okay she just started freaking out she's like why are you taking a phone call from a female i was like i didn't know who they were so then she started arguing and i was like but you don't have to be here so she just grabbed her stuff and went outside but then she went to get in the car i that's like you can't if you're quitting you can't take our cruiser home you can't take our car if you're quitting you gotta i'm sorry i'll give you a ride i'll you can get an uber this is the car she frequently uses it's a company car okay so if she's quitting she's no longer part of the company just like if you get terminated you can't take your car home so she was going on and on and on and then she opened the door and slammed the door open the door slam the door i didn't touch the door so then i said i need the keys she opened the door slammed the door i wasn't blocking the car i wasn't standing near the car i was just a little further back than you because the door kept opening and closing and she had the window so that she opened the door the door kind of bumped me but it didn't hit me and so she got shut the door when she shut the door that time it hit her foot i didn't touch the door okay so she shut the door you didn't shut the door well she was pulling on it and pulled and hit her door her her bag was in the way and then her bag moved out of the way and it hit her foot because she had her back she had that big bag wherever that is in her hand okay so then she gets out of the car and she's like why are we arguing why are we fighting she's going on and on i was like okay so i was like you can't take the car though so she takes the key and throws it at me when she does that i start recording right away and she starts walking away and this is after the whole car door slam fiasco yeah yeah okay um then she walked away and while she's walking away i hear her call 9-1-1 so i start recording immediately with my phone and she's on the phone with the police but i can hear her talk talking to i can tell what she's saying to opd or to 9-1-1 i don't know what she's saying exactly if you know what i'm trying to say i can just tell by the excitement in the i was like okay so i came over and i was like what are you doing why are you doing this why are you calling i didn't touch you i didn't come near you and she's like then she was over here and this guy was here i never crossed the street i never went near her i never went after her i never i only walked here because i could hear her talking on the phone and this guy was here so i don't know who he was i thought she he was her friend or something or her uber i didn't really know who he was so i i thought that's who i thought it was was it because there's a car right there so i thought he was the uber and she was waiting to talk to me so we're talking while she's on the phone going to jail because nobody's listening i videotaped everything okay but this is after the whole car door slam you videotaped yeah i walked me through that again so she walked me through the whole she threw the keys and then she yeah she got out of the car she took the key off the the car ring and threw it at me turned around and started walking away and this is after she got her her foot slammed in the door regardless of how that happened or was it before yeah that was after okay she she got out of the car and she can't let you take the call what's your guys's relationship besides co-workers she's just a co-worker oh you guys have never had any type of intimate relationship no she we talked about it she said we have but we never really have okay what do you mean you never really have we never have okay you've never had any type of like intimate relationship with her gone on dates no nothing of that sort okay is there a reason that she would think that you have i mean she rides around with me and stuff like that we go places we go to the mall we go to the to the store like we just went to best buy you know what i'm saying but we're not dating she's a co a contractor but you guys go on dates we go out to have food and stuff like that but it's not dating alone no like with other people and [ __ ] like it's a weird looking like print bag wherever that is and she was pulling on the door and then she pulled the bag at the same time because the door couldn't shut and the door then hit her
