on March 26 2024 officers in Ohio got a call from staff at a local Hilton Hotel reporting a woman was refusing to leave the property arriving at the hotel the officer quickly located the woman sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle here's what the officer did next you're going to go to jail okay you're right now can I get a different officer or no you cannot let's go come on what I itch ma'am I need my phone or I can't leave nobody has your phone I need the GPS on it no nobody has your phone they have my phone in there on the desk will you please just go check it's not in there I've already checked okay well then I can't leave if I don't have you're going to go to jail okay I'm going to arrest you you're going to spend the weekend you're jail look and see if it's on there I already did okay I got [Music] [Music] do they want to pursue charges of criminal trespass he just the PO woman huh well she sitting in her car now playing music car yeah she's got an idea and everything mhm you'll sign in affidavit for charges yeah yeah okay I'll be right back start me another vehicle when you have a one available break this female was loed herself in her vehicle she was refusing to leave turned up her music and I'm getting a signed charge of trespass from the hotel [Music] now ma'am ma'am [Music] a lot of you it's not something that's hackable a lot of these olds simply isn't take her down there County Jail we're already taking one uncooperative see this one's being uncooperative as well okay you guys do the original trespass report I'll do a sub to my involvement and you wouldn't leave here she just kept insisting she wanted 211 211 I'm like d sorry we don't have it and she's like well I'm not leaving until I get it stood here stood here stood here I'm like wow yeah unbelievable okay well was that her is that her name see her yeah she was giv her I mean everything she was given was you know like I said all she had to do is leave I mean I even gave her one last thing after I told her she was under arrested I gave you one last chance I'm not leaving without my phone I'm like well I think I smelled a whiff of alcohol on her when we're in here but as soon as we went out to her car she took her took her perfume and DED herself so I think she's probably on some meds and probably drinking probably you know working for her so but oh not much we can do yeah all right thanks folks all right the suspect was charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespassing the suspect was issued a $11,000 bond which he later posted the suspect initially pleaded not guilty to both charges but failed to appear at her next court hearing the court issued the suspect a $2,500 warrant and she was detained 7 months later for failing to appear in court at this time the suspect's court case is ongoing [Music] [Music]
