right now no there's no nothing the amount of alcohol and smelling coming from you is more than just a beer so did you have any shots of any liquor no no shot did you have any wine no any mixtures no agree okay I'm going to leave another car to you okay oh my God all right I cannot force you to take our test but if you refuse you will lose your New Mexico driving license if your non resid operating privilege for one year if you're convicted in cour of driving while under the inflence you may receive a greater sentence because you refuse to be tested do you understand yeah okay all
