on August 21st 2024 officers in Ohio responded to a local restaurant after receiving calls reporting a woman yelling at diners here's what the officers did next I'm aand I just recorded it if you like drank a little bit we walked up here but I drank like she have anything to drink I don't like since You' been here I walked off in my scoop went over with her to come up and get food so yeah is I don't really you know she's I don't right she at 40 49 her apartment number is she like 39 or 49 something like that I don't even know her I'm 35 45 headquarters Ohio deal break do you guys arrest her though so we've got her over there was she making thre is that what we're hearing or she was taking care of it so it's going to depend on what she's most likely at the most she'll get a citation and walk is what what I'm assum assuming I mean I got to make sure with him but I'm assuming that's probably going to be what happened did they cancel that I don't know okay can I go and cancel this my conversation and so I just happened to glance over cuz I was like what is going on and my mom thought she was talking to them and she goes yeah I'm talking to you and then she looked at me and I was like what and then she just started like she started nobody said anything to her I just happened to I was real close to a gentle bear crawl just away cuz she was like she so like when we got here she was uh basically talking about conversation she make any threats or anything or just oh yeah yeah well well depends on how you legally Define it what she kept saying was are you going to drop me are you going to drop me which to me is not a direct thread it's a question but well hold on give give him one thing to write now that was a threat what did she say she goes you going to you're going to drop me you're going to drop me so anybody else remember I need something more an active voice you're going to drop me drop me want drop me stand up yeah she has to stand up inv and we just ignored conduct and menacing in court the charge of menacing was dismissed the suspect was found guilty of the remaining charge of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended alongside 2 years of probation she was also ordered to pay $280 fine [Music]
