on January 8th 2024 officers in Florida received a call reporting a collision between two vehicles at a local Walmart officers quickly arrive at the parking lot to begin investigating the incident here's what the officers did next how's it going what is it not to good officer all right you broke your hand how shopping my right tire below lock all right hang tire from me where how did you blow your tire did you hit a curb or something or is this your truck yeah yes okay let's see we hit me here this there's my step thing that was here okay and we're from Canada so I'm not sure how this looks how this works it's never happened to me before so it's not a so traffic crashes are uh civil they're not criminal so there's a few different ways we go we can go go about it pretty much is drivers exchange information everyone exchanges information all together um but what if he's yeah no that's that's what I was thinking Al so I'm about to actually see if a recruit car wants to come and possibly work that is that is this your car yes yeah okay is and who's she that's my wife oh okay it can be a few different ways there you can do it civil amongst yourselves through a driver's exchange of information I can do a report for you guys where I put it into a report and it goes up and attaches with the DMV okay I'm going to phone my insurance girl here uh the Third Way is go about it amongst your day I don't think that's uh a good choice in this matter considering that there's decent Damage Done to all vehicles um they kind of given this cuz I'm going to get let me get another him he came came out because she was getting too crazy so I went after her and she just said nope please oh my God I I'm going to [ __ ] Hospital what what do you need to go to H heart disease all driving he was behind the wheel when I got here allegedly doing no no no I actually saw him V rocking so and then she just kept getting in the way so yeah yeah I got you she's got obstruction I it's see like he definitely he hit the curb or something cuz you got a perfect blowout on his tire yeah but at this point it sounds like there's enough going on yeah that's I just I mean that's trash in all lessons yeah this is what I'm really concerned with let's just you know what let's just let's just do this for the paraphernal cuz that's a felony right there and then all this we just put in for and and you were arrested for domestic battery and guess what that was dropped and that was my husband outside and guess what it's pres called New York it was a bunch of [ __ ] okay yeah well I don't I don't want to talk with you I don't like you I don't like you either the suspect was charged with a resisting an officer with violence possession of drug paralia and possession of drug without
