on September 16th 2024 officers in Oklahoma responded to a residence after a woman hit her 67-year-old father with a shovel the woman had become angry with her father after he refused to let her drive his car because of her suspended driver's license here's what the officers did next what's going on Ed well I got hit with a okay I I piced I picked a crowbar up because she was getting violent with me and I was trying to protect myself I got you and she hit me uh I don't know what I need I can't tell you want an ambulance elbow's broke or not okay how what what kind of shovel was it a fulls siize digging shovel or what uh uh little uh shovel that was uh uh like scoop I've been scooping dog or up it or whatever okay like a little flat blade of shovel and you think your elbow's broke I don't know what do you want to do pretty damn strong what do you want to do well she didn't think I could do anything you know what pisses me off is I was over here working yeah over here in timberidge doing a customer job yeah and Josh is going to come up here in a minute with some firewood okay and uh so she calls me and you know and I and I get mad because she's uh found a keys to the car which car at Tahoe okay she found and I I figured she lost him and never was going to be able to find him again mhm and so U where's she at right now huh where is she at in the house okay all right so go ahead sorry she found the keys of the Tahoe so she found the keys to the Tahoe she called me and she started talking about having to go over to some damn Motel over on 122nd yeah and she said uh that it's my fault because her clothes are missing now okay she left him over there she left him over there and said it was my fault okay and so anyway uh she keeps trying to I told her you getting that you getting that T Dog yeah you you getting that Tahoe I'm calling the police on her okay and she just got back she's driving without a suspended license again yep and I told her I said you get in that Tahoe and drive off I'm calling the cops on you I'm have you Ro and so she got mad at me and started swinging at me you think it's broken I don't know you an ambulance come check you out no I don't know so she grab was this did she swing in the shovel at you before you even had the Crowbar yeah yeah she uh yeah yep all right are you Jessica come out here and have a seat on this [Music] chaired crowbar around at me huh he's swinging a crowbar around is that because you hit him with a shovel no it was because he had a crowbar man so he had a crowbar one that had the Crowbar the whole time we were out here he's like swinging around how how close was he to you when close he hit me with it I picked up the show I'm not going to lie I don't have any reason to lie I'm a lot of can arrest her immediately when she St over here is going is going through that get that protective order while she's in jail how often do you let her stay here maybe four days a week or something okay so she's pretty much calling this home so you're going to have to have her evicted well when my wife died but I understand four years ago yep but it wasn't even it wasn't if I die I I mean I time and that's what Gilbert was telling you and you got mad at him for bringing that up it's tough love you can't go down there and bond her out you need to go to County Courthouse I'm not going to and it was her you need to have her evicted Ed you got get an eviction understand are you looking at me you got to get her evicted and then you got to get a VP so she can't be coming and going in this
