the right to say they don't want you to COME BACK. THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT. NO. On February 2nd, 2026, Haley's trip to the bar turned into a legal disaster when she refused to take no for an answer. Management reached their limit and called the police after she repeatedly tried to sneak back inside. Instead of walking away, Haley decided to turn the sidewalk into a courtroom arguing with officers until they finally handed her some reality checks. Yeah, hi. Yeah. Uh so they were asked to leave about 9:30 and came back and he was the one that was originally asked to leave for being intoxicated and aggressive with other guests. And now they just keep going every door and harassing all my security guards to get let back in. Okay. Thank you. Yep. All right. No, you're fine. Here's the deal. You cannot come back here. Do you understand? I don't want to go in. Okay. So leave the property. Yeah, no. So I'm going to Haley. No. Leaving. NO. LEAVING NOW. FINE. LET'S GO. HALEY. NO, I want to make a formal >> leaving. I'm ignoring you. >> Let's go. I would like to make a formal complaint. About what? ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT. WHAT? THAT'S NOT WHAT THAT'S NOT WHAT WE DO. PICK UP YOUR STUFF AND LET'S GO. I CAN'T make a formal complaint. No, let's go. Why? Because they are They do not want you here. YOU KEEP COMING BACK AND HARASSING the staff. Okay, no, wait, hold on. You, go away. You're pissing me off. No, no, no, no, no. Everyone shut up. I want to ask you a question. Excuse me. I don't know what else to say. First off, no. That's rude. Haley. You're going to act like a child, you're going to get treated like a child. They are telling you to go. >> No. I am not in their establishment, so they You are You're under THEIR CONVERGENCE, OKAY? LET'S GO. WE'RE GOING HOME. LET ME GO. I'm asking a question. We are walking away. We are going home. I want to ask a question. You're going home. It doesn't [ __ ] matter. You're going home. I just wanted to say that. Let me What if I turn in the police? I WANT TO TALK I WANT TO I SUGGEST YOU LISTEN TO HIM and you go home for the night. My best friend is a cop. Do you want to [ __ ] with I don't care what you're saying. I WANT TO TALK. HEY. HALEY. NO. Go home. No. You get Brian, you get your things, and you can leave. Haley's performance was peak entitlement. She claimed she didn't want to go back in, yet she stood there like she was auditioning for a lead role in a legal drama. Her friend tried to be the voice of reason, but she preferred acting like a child. If you have to be told to leave 10 times, you're the problem. I just want to ask you a question. I will leave if you tell me to leave. That's fine. What I want to ask is why can I not ask questions about the establishment? You said you just wanted to file a formal complaint. We don't do that. >> No. Listen, listen. I've been I've been as nice as possible. Please. You're trespassing here. You're trespassing at the bowling alley. If we get another call, listen, stop [ __ ] interrupting me. I'm not interrupting you. Yes, you are. Go on. If we get called about you one more time, I will take you to jail for public nuisance. I get Do you understand? I understand. Stop trying to yell. Get Do what you got to do. Go home. Can I talk? Can I talk? We're done talking. No. We're done talking. We are done. You got to go home. We're going home. >> a call about you again for any reason, Haley. straight to jail. You go. NO. GO HOME. WHY? You're going home. He's making a sound to us. No, actually you are. So, let's go. Go in, get your things, and go home. I want to know. I was inside the restaurant and I was fine. They can change their mind. I told you earlier. They They don't want you there. They You have to leave. >> want to go inside the establishment. That doesn't matter. You can't stay here. You can't harass the staff. >> want to go inside the establishment. >> telling you you can't stay here. >> I'm not. I have been patient. Do not yell over me. >> haven't. I have actually. >> listened to what I'm actually trying to say. I'm trying to backtrack to understand the reasoning behind the original dispute. And can I exist? Can I go back to negotiate the understanding so this doesn't happen again? >> No. No. They don't want you there. >> me the reasoning behind the understanding of the reasoning that I can't go back in the establishment. Cannot be understood. So I cannot understand why I cannot do this again. I have told you already. >> good policing. I have told you already. >> to know the policing reason as to why I CAN'T OKAY. THEY HAVE THE RIGHT to say if you they don't want you there. I've done that. THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT. >> THAT'S IT. I'm on public ground. That's it. That leaves me on The officer warned Haley that jail was the next stop, but she was too busy acting like a spoiled child to listen. The officer was losing patience. You can't stand in the road and hold a seminar on civil rights while drunk. Spoiler alert, jail was calling her name. >> public ground. Okay? So I can stand here Get out of the roadway. Yeah, that's fine. No, it's not cuz now you're obstructing traffic. Let's go. What traffic? Haley, stop. Ryan. Stop. Stop it. Oh, he's kicking me off. Look. If you want to arrest me, that's absolutely fine and I won't I won't resist. I just really genuinely want to understand as to why. I want to know the reason. What's going on? You're really drunk and you're not making any sense. I am making sense. I've already explained this to you. They don't want you here because you're really drunk and you're acting like an [ __ ] to everyone. Where is your phone? Call your mom. I am now. My phone is dead. Uh, where is your phone? We need to go home. We need to go home. Haley. Haley, your father is tonight. Haley, we are walking away right now. Haley, Haley. You are going to [ __ ] jail if you don't walk away right now. Haley. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Put your hands behind your back. Haley. Haley. All right. Haley, what happened? What happened? Oh my god. I CAN'T HALEY, HALEY, STOP. HALEY, STOP. HALEY, HALEY, let me go. Back him up. BACK UP. TAKE THAT PHONE FROM HER. Take that phone. Haley. What happened? No. Don't resist. All right. Yeah, do that. There you go. Do not hit me. Do you understand? Hey, stop doing that. I'm going to write her up. All right. Let's go. You want me to go? The "I'm not resisting" line is the official slogan for people who are definitely resisting. She kept yapping about wanting to understand why she couldn't stay, despite being told the bar found her aggressive. When your phone is dead and your friend is begging you to leave, just go home. Instead, she chose a free ride to the station. Yeah, I'll take her. All right. Which which one? I'm back there. >> Wow. I don't understand. This is not a game. Do you want to see? You got anything illegal? I have nothing illegal on me. I have nothing illegal on me. You can touch me anywhere you want. I'm not touching you. Not you. Anyone. Can actually grab her passport from him cuz I need an ID for her. All right, you got her ID? I'll give her my old one. Oh, you should have done it with her old one when you actually did. It's fine. I'm happy you took her passport. You guys are chill. I'm here. I got you. Yeah, you guys are chill. I don't know who you guys are cuz they didn't Yeah, they're going to get disinfected anyway. It's fine. There you go. Ryan, just keep on holding my stuff. It's fine. She's my younger cousin. Ryan, it's fine. Let's go. Hey! Ryan, it's Oh my god, it's fine. No, it's not fine because guess what? Now you're going to jail. That's fine. Hollywood. I have no reason to Not right now. I'm not in the mood. I have no reason to be going here unless we're doing money. Watch your head. Oh, good luck with that. Finally, the officers had enough of the screaming matches and moved in for the arrest. Haley's I've got nothing illegal on me" claim was as cute as her behavior. She tried to act like it wasn't a big deal, but her friend Ryan looked like he wanted to vanish into the thin air. >> [sighs] >> She was practically begging for a trip to the station with every move. Can you remember how it felt on my lips? No. Why? I'm good, thanks. Huh? I'm good, thanks. No, you're good. Can you turn on my inner for me? I got it. It's fine. It says it's deeper than that. I got to hold the I got to hold it. Okay. He's going to go. Hold this. That's my plate. Can you pocket that and weigh that for me? Do do do quick little pats on the woman. You're scaring me. No, this come from the store. It's the store? Yeah. He said it was his. He said it was his. I'll be right back. Going out to discuss. I can't get it out. Say that again. You got your gloves off? Yeah. You got it? Yeah. I'm sure. Here. Anyone? Hey, you guys need me to look for it really quick? Yep. Where is she going? Orange County Jail. Wait, where is that? What's that? Orange County Jail. You'll go there. I don't [ __ ] know where that is. All right. All right now. Look, man, I'm just trying to get some [ __ ] details. I got you, bro. I just waited 5 hours ago. I'm just trying to get some details. Go on Google, man. Relax. Watching her try to turn a simple arrest into a debate about the internet was hilarious. She asked the officer to turn on her internet while she was in cuffs. It's a police car, not a Starbucks. She seemed more worried about her digital life than the fact that she was headed to a place with zero Wi-Fi bars. Ryan, it's fine. It's fine. I'm learning now. What do you want? Pardon? Oh, I just tried to talk to my cousin. No, that's not how this goes. So, wait, I have a question then. Genuine question. What? What are my rights? Huh? What are my rights? I haven't been told my rights. >> You're detained right now. No, but I haven't been told What are you talking about? >> been told my rights. You have the rights of every US citizen. What are you talking about? Yeah, I don't know that. I'm I live in the UK, so I don't know what my rights are. Thank you. So, your rights are as what? Right now you're being arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct. Okay. You're asked to leave multiple times. So, your your rights right now are to go to jail and bond out in the morning when you see a judge. So, I can't talk to anyone? Nope. Okay. Okay, you're going to go to jail because you've been asked to leave already multiple times. Okay, cool. >> This is the second place you've been trespassed from tonight. You already trespassed from the Bone & Whistle earlier tonight. Okay? Yeah, because I couldn't find my bag. That's a good reason. No, it's not. When you're asked to leave, you leave. Okay? Uh so now you're going to go to jail. You'll get booked in. You'll see a judge in the morning. They'll set your bond, and you'll be able to get out from there. A judge? Yep. A judge, like a magistrate. In the morning? Yep. So I have to stay in jail >> stay in jail all night. Okay. You'll see a judge in the morning. >> get my jacket while I'm in prison? >> Where's your jacket? I I don't have a jacket. They'll They'll probably give you a sweater or something. Okay, cool. Okay? Can I call someone? So just hang tight. Okay. What? Can I ask my cousin for the password to her phone so that I can call her mom? >> No? No? No. Can you just tell my cousin not to worry? >> tell your cousin nothing. Suddenly, Hailey became a legal expert, demanding to know her rights like she was in a courtroom drama. She tried to play the I live in the UK card to excuse her ignorance of basic trespassing laws. The officer had to explain that her right for the night was simply to sit in a cell until morning. Her vacation was officially ruined. Well, he's worrying, and I want him not to worry. Ain't got nothing to do with me. We We was worried about everybody else, and you wouldn't listen to them. Welcome to the United States of America. I'm from here. You kick this door again, we going to have a problem. I'm from here. >> She keep kicking and banging on the door. Did she keep on banging on the door? Did she stop when you told her to stop? Look at her, she's still going. I don't know if that's a foot. Hi. Put your feet down. Did you kick [ __ ] living room? So, here's the deal. Huh? You're under arrest. Okay? You're under arrest. Mhm. If you want to keep showing your ass, I can show my ass. And what that means is I'm going to put you in leg shackles, to where you can't relax and just sit back here. Or you can sit back here like an adult and act like an adult, and then I'll treat you like an adult. But if you want to act like a child, I can treat you like a child. I don't care I don't care where you're from. Okay? So, keep your feet off of my ceiling, off of my windows, quit kicking my door, quit hollering. You can sit here, you'll go to jail, and you'll be done with this. Hailey's main concern shifted to staying warm and getting her jacket, which she had somehow lost in the chaos. She begged to call her mom, but the officer wasn't playing secretary for a trespasser. The reality of the situation was finally starting to sink in, but very slowly. If you want to act out, then I can act out, and I'm going to put you in leg shackles, and it's going to be uncomfortable for you. Understood? I just need her number. I don't have it. Is that understood? I understood that. >> Okay. I think Here's the deal. Your cousin wants the password to your phone. Are you willing to give that to him, so he can contact your mom? Oh, my last is over. I just asked you a question. Well, you can call that from the jail. How about that? >> Yeah, well, just what [ __ ] is this? >> we'll we'll we'll call it from You call it from the jail. Come on. Yeah, miss Ashley. You need anything? There you go. Hey, buddy. All right, you said this was yours, right? I'm just trying to find her. She can't take this stuff. It's legal and everything. What do you mean it's Oh, that's not mine. It's not? That's not mine. Okay. None of that is what me and her bought. That's not What's in her bag? It's not ours. Okay. I mean, it's not It's all this legal. I'll just making sure cuz we're going to destroy it. I didn't destroy it. Do whatever you want. I didn't buy any of it. All right. All I know is wherever my cousin is going >> only jail, right? It's the only college, right? You bring me there? No, there's no bringing you there. You can't do anything tonight. She's going to stay overnight. No, so my phone's dead. Okay. I need to call her mom. And how old is she? I flew down here to stay with her and her mom. Okay. I don't have the I I just got here 6 hours ago. I don't have the address. I was with her. Does she have her Does she have the I have the phone. I got I got the phone, dude, like You can't call the your mom or her mom? >> My phone's dead. What about her mom? >> don't have the code. You got to get Facebook or whatever it is. You bring me with her. I'll I'll I'll do it. I'll do it I'll do it for you. But, you can't be with her. >> me into her car. Yeah, try. That is my only cousin. The officers tried to help Ryan call her mom, but she didn't trust the police with her digital secrets. Even though they already had her in handcuffs, Ryan was stranded without an address or a dead phone, and she was making his life a living nightmare. All right, my brother. Hey, hey, hey, hey. My best friend is is police. No, I know. My mom was parole. So, I get I get I get I Whatever the [ __ ] this is. All right. Don't come over here, all right? Can I just go to prison? My god, taking your time. Actually, This is so boring. Excuse me. Can you just tell my cousin to relax? Oh, this is so [ __ ] ridiculous. You guys have nothing better to do with your time. It's good that you guys don't have much to do ever. It's a nice thing for this island. Yeah, it's in here. Yeah, give it to him, please. Ryan, it's okay. Okay, so here's the deal. I'm going to talk to her. If she lets us in the phone, Hayley, please let him in the phone. Hayley, All right, they can go now. I'll sit him right here. All right, best friend is stand at the front, okay? Ryan, All right, here's the deal. Your cousin needs into your phone. Are you willing to give him the password? I'm willing to give him the password, I don't really want to give you the password though. Well, he's not going to come back and talk here, no. He needs He needs to call your mom. Do you know your mom's phone number then? Okay. No, my mom's phone number is a UK phone number, and what I would like to know is who is going to be on my phone? Is it going to be you? He's going to be on your phone. He needs to figure out where he's going. She sat there calling the whole process so boring and telling the cops they had nothing better to do. She even declared she hated the country and wanted to renounce her citizenship. Apparently the UK is a magical land where you can harass bar staff without any consequences. It was a very dramatic farewell to her American dreams. Okay. So I understand that. I want to make sure it's him on the on my phone and not you on my phone. >> I don't care to be on I don't need to be on your phone. >> Thank you Mr. Christina. I would like my cousin to be holding my phone. >> It's not going to happen. You're in custody. I'm going to unlock it for him. Hand him the phone so he can call your mom. >> Okay, can he stand next to you while I watch this? Why? Because I don't trust you and the way you're acting it's not going to happen. Had you been Had you been more Okay, then we just won't let him on the phone. And he'll sleep on the street tonight. >> next to you while I watch it happen? Why? No, because that's not the You don't control the situation. I do. >> so ridiculous. But it's my phone. >> one under arrest. Okay, then he I'm fine. Fine, you can have my password. Help. 5 5 6 >> There you go. All right. Home staying open. Go and grab the phone and call her mom. Jesus Christ. She probably won't even answer. Oh Ryan, you're so ridiculous. Get back up. Oh my god. >> [laughter] >> Oh my god, go arrest someone doing something illegal. I haven't done anything illegal, you [ __ ] [ __ ] This is so boring. I only spoke to you cuz I thought you were protecting me. You [ __ ] I'm so disappointed this [ __ ] country. I [ __ ] hate this country. I will I will renounce my citizenship and and give it to someone for another one. But never I would never have this happen at home. This would never happen in the UK, you all [ __ ] No. Yeah, no, we didn't slam her at all. I literally was grabbing her, gently putting her on the ground. She began a long, rambling lecture about how she didn't know state or county law, only federal law. It was impressive how much she talked without actually saying anything useful. In her mind, she was a hero for being a loud nuisance in the middle of the night. Yeah, and I did nothing. Yeah. You just ask one of the guards her her or ask one of the bouncers or something. It's good for the Airbnb because you know there's not much happening out there. Do you ever have more important crimes? No, of course not. Cuz this is [ __ ] boring. So, what actually happens when you go to jail? Thank you. She said no, but Uh It doesn't matter. Yeah, thank you. I'm not sure what 50 states' laws uh apply to this situation. I don't know, but I will um I'll go with what I think should be right and go with that. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I'll I'll learn in the process. At the end of the day, this is why I'm not upset about this, cuz I think, you know, I think if I've done something wrong, then fair enough. Um if I haven't done anything wrong, then there's no reason to be upset, which is why I'm not upset. You know, I'm okay. My hair's not in my mouth anymore. That was annoying. I have a very, like, keen sense of justice, and I think I haven't really done enough wrong to justify this, so therefore I'm not upset. But I appreciate you do your job, and I respect that. And I think it's very good that you're in the job that you are. So, thank you for being a woman in in authority. That's a great thing. I don't do that. I probably should, but I don't think I don't think I'd be good at it. >> [laughter] >> I'm not even sure if I could. I'm not a UK citizen. I don't know if you have to be a UK citizen to be a police officer. Probably. Um maybe. I know at home that you have to do a lot worse to get arrested, but it's a much smaller place, so makes sense. I think speaking your mind isn't enough to get arrested in the US in the UK, sorry. In the US it is, apparently. She thanked the officer for being a woman in authority [music] while being arrested by her. It was a bizarre attempt at bonding that absolutely failed. She claimed she has a keen sense of justice, but her version of justice apparently involves trespassing and yelling at staff. The officer just kept driving, probably dreaming of a quiet shift. >> Sorry, my Fitbit fell off. I'm just putting it back on. Difficult, like with a lot of difficulty. It's my fault fiddling with it. There we go. It's back on now. It's upside down, but it's fine. Come on. Am I going back to the um I don't know, like the police officer, I guess. Don't know what that was. It's bouncing. This is it. I'm sorry, why are we the are we here? The Fitbit struggle was real. She spent several minutes trying to put her watch back on while handcuffed, which is an Olympic-level feat of pointless effort. She blamed her fiddling for the trouble. Maybe if she put that much energy into leaving the bar earlier, she wouldn't be counting her steps in the back of a police cruiser. >> are we here? Are you actually joking me? This is a bit ridiculous. I'm only sitting here because I don't give a [ __ ] The US is [ __ ] corrupt. This is actually so ridiculous. You want to play games? Thanks. Ow. Get out. Ow. I can't. She's Ow. Ow. Let go of the cuff. Ow. Don't try to act like you're innocent there. We both know you're not. Turn around. Ow. You're both double locked. What did you pop in your mouth? I didn't put anything in my mouth. >> Yes, you did. I saw you on camera. I'm going to pull this one off. I didn't put anything in my mouth. What is this? >> No, you're extra. Thank you. Not as bad as I thought. All right, just lay her forward for a minute. She suddenly decided the US was corrupt all over again. The shift from polite conversation to yelling was like a light switch. Her logic made zero sense. The officers were clearly done with her rotating moods and ready to throw her to jail cell. It's chilly. Maybe I should have kept your drugs on. Thank you. Okay. Back in. Can you check the rest of that? Is there anything else you'd like to do? Take a seat. Let's go. Should I strip? We'll check her uh grill. I don't really care if I want orange juice. Ah, look at that tie. The right one is. Yeah. So, what happened to you? Pull them off. Well, the right one never came off. Doesn't matter. Can I still feel my legs though? I'm actually going to have to talk to the same person. All right. Thank you. I couldn't freaking get in here. All the The officers were busy checking her for any other presence she might be hiding. She even offered to strip, which was an offer the officers very quickly ignored. She continued to insult them, calling them bored and claiming they had nothing better to do than their jobs. [ __ ] You're all [ __ ] and you have nothing better to do. You're [ __ ] bored. This would never happen at home. Because you would have better things to be doing. Like dealing with actual criminals. I don't care because I haven't done anything wrong. I'm sad because the [ __ ] justice system is all [ __ ] wrong. I'm not even mad that I got arrested. I'm mad because you're all [ __ ] [ __ ] Is your thing still recording? I take your silence as a yes. I'm not even like upset or mad. Sorry, am I not allowed to talk or No, I think I am. I'm not even sad or mad that I got arrested. I'm just very upset with the justice system and the fact that you can't ask or explain yourself without getting arrested. It's just a bit ridiculous. I feel like I have a right to talk and explain myself. I really thought you guys would back me up, but I just got rejected and then arrested for some weird reason. Which is why I'm not upset like I think nine times out of 10 I would be very very upset right now. And I'm on the verge of tears, but not because of the situation, more because like I'm upset with the fact that I wasn't listened to. That's that's really upsetting to me. She went on a long rant about how she had a right to talk and explain herself. She felt rejected by the police because they didn't take her side against the bar. It was a touching story except for the part where she broke the law. She was on the verge of tears because she wasn't being listened to by her audience. The final destination was just a mile away. I've done nothing wrong to deserve you know, not being listened to. I feel like everyone deserves the right to be listened to. And I wasn't. I was very reasonable. No, I don't know where I've to be still. It's a nice learning experience. I've learned a lot from this. Where is the prison? College Road. College Road? Yes. Cool. I don't actually know where that is, but >> [laughter] >> It's the only jail within the next 20 miles. Not very hard to find. How far is it from here? Less than a mile. Oh, cool. Okay, thank you. Is it closer to Stockton? Yes, right across the bridge. Cool. Thank you. I I you answering my question. Would I get a jacket in prison? Probably not. A bedding. Oh, nice. It's probably just as comfortable as a boat. Well, I don't know what comfortable like. Boats aren't very comfortable. I'm not sure what you said on the boat, but I I sleep in the bow, which can be snug. We'll put it that way. I like it. I mean, I'm not very I'm not very big, so it's a lovely island though. I do like it here. Have you grown up here? I don't think that You don't have to say. It's okay. Yeah, I don't know about that. Okay, that's fine. Or like what's going on. Well, regardless, it's nice. I like I like Key West and I like all the islands down here. I only briefly drove um with my mom from Key West all the way up to like mainland Florida um about 6 months ago. It was longer than I was expecting it to. I thought it'd only be like an hour. It was like three. It was so long. He continued to babble about how much better the UK is compared to the US. It's a shame she didn't just stay there if the bars are so much more tolerant of screaming. She kept claiming she did nothing wrong despite the mountain of evidence on the body cam. Nice experience though. I'm hoping I can um visit some of the other islands, you know, like Marathon and places like that. But we'll see. I've only been here like 2 days now. My passport has only arrived today. Feel quite bad for him, but he'll be fine. I've never been arrested in my life, so today's the first time. It's amazing it's in the US. I really wouldn't have thought. Wow, is this where the prison is? It's really nice. I know these are just like condos, but are Are They're not prisons. If so, they're very nice. Oh, that's bright. Oh, so close. So, at what point do I get told what my rights are? At what point do I get told what my rights are? Can I still I haven't been told. Thank you, Mr. Camera. I haven't been told. And I'm really quite upset about it because I don't actually feel like I've done anything wrong. I mean, I'm grateful that the island doesn't have any other crime going on other than me being a bit annoying. Like I should go steal something because that's a better use of my time. I mean, I wouldn't, but Oh. Oh, it's so annoying. Oh my god, let me out of here. You're all so [ __ ] boring. Get lives. Where's prison? Let me in prison. I want to get away from you people. Oh. >> [screaming] >> I mean, this is something. I'm just tired now. Can I leave? Excuse me, I'm tired. I want to go to bed. Hello. Hello. Are you put down? This lady really thought that being from the UK gave her a get-out-of-jail-free card. She spent the entire night talking in circles and trying to convince the officers that her behavior was perfectly normal, but fighting the police on the sidewalk rarely ends with a formal apology and a taxi home. She was booked into the county jail and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer without violence. Her total bond was set at $2,000. She remained in custody for approximately 24 hours before posting bond. As of this video, the case remains open with a follow-up court hearing scheduled for early April. Was she just a misunderstood traveler, or did she deserve those shiny new bracelets for her behavior? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
