inside the center console like it's called I took the keys off your driver the phone in your wallet that doesn't need okay um your number you gave for your mom was incorrect because I see that she like messaged you so do you know that number that she texted you from the officer located the suspect's phone and helped the suspect contact her mother Mommy that's it it called home okay I'll just I I was wondering would you be able to come pick her up from the station once we finish the paperwork so she doesn't have to stay there all night yes I can okay it's probably gonna be about an hour to do the paperwork so if you wanted to head up whatever it takes you like an hour to get up here so our car it's going to get towed because she is under arrest well so it's going to be going so for her to get it released you would just need the owner and the valid driver if this is her first OVI then she the vehicle could be released to you tonight and then you guys could go pick it up from tonight or tomorrow whenever but you'll be able to get the car release at the station can I be released to hurt even if I can't get my car tonight your mom can come get you yes okay Mom just please come so vehicle while under the influence the suspect's BAC was 0.127 1.5 times over the legal limit the suspect was also cited for having no headlights and driving on the right side of the roadway thank you
