One woman was already in handcuffs, but the people around her somehow kept making the scene even harder for the police to control. The yelling, the arguing, non-stop interruptions were only the beginning of this messy night. >> I have a different philosophy. NOBODY TOUCHES ME WITHOUT DYING. YOU KNOW THAT. DO YOU know that? Do you know that? >> I'm not. Welcome to Florida. On August 6th, 2022, officers responded to a call involving a group of people at a property where a disturbance had been reported. When officers arrived, they began speaking with the people involved and try to understand what had happened. Instead of simply leaving when asked, one woman continued arguing with officers and became involved in a physical struggle. Well, let's [music] see how a disturbance involving a group of intoxicated people ended with an arrest and multiple allegations. >> Police right here. Stop. >> Okay, we're leaving. We're leaving. We're leaving. >> We are leaving. >> Stop. >> We are leaving. You're going to calm down. >> No, ma'am. >> I need her to calm down. >> I need her to calm down, but she's coming. She's leaving. >> She hit me first. >> I will deal with her as well. >> I said hello first. >> Okay. But I need you to walk away. That's what I need you to do. Let's go. >> Oh, I'm not going to walk away. >> No. You're going to come with me or you're going to go to jail. You're either going to walk off the property or you're going to jail. >> No, she's leaving. Mother's going to take her home. >> Ma'am, we're going to walk outside. It's that simple. Before you go to jail, just walk. >> Let's go. >> Ma'am, I'm about to arrest you right now. Back up. Everybody back up. >> Ma'am, walk out. She trespassed. >> Tell her she trespassed. >> From now on, you will be trespass. >> You're trespassing. >> Ma'am, you are trespassed. Leave. >> Let's go. Walk. Walk, ma'am. You're going to go to jail. >> Ma'am, STOP. >> LET ME GO. >> STOP. >> Let me go. >> Stop. >> Let me go. I DIDN'T back up, MA'AM. YOU'RE DONE. >> You're done. Put your hands behind your back. >> Now stop. >> Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> You're going to get tased. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Ma'am, you're going to get hurt. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TAILS. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. Hands behind YOUR BACK NOW. >> ARE we really doing this? >> Hands behind your back. Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back now. Thank you. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You better get your hands off. >> Those are some really classy ladies right there. drunk, loud, out of control, and classless. What a great combination, man. Intoxicated people can be so unreasonable and ridiculous and obnoxious, man. [music] And now this one goes from just leave to handcuffs in about 2 minutes. >> You think I'M JOKING? >> YOU THINK I'M JOKING? >> I'M not joking. >> No, no, you're not, are you? >> Let go. Let go. >> Get him off of me. under rush. >> Get him off of me. >> Under rush. >> He's pushing my arm. >> All right, hold on. >> He's pushing my arm. >> I understand cuz YOU'RE RESISTING. >> BUT I'M NOT RESISTING. >> He's pushing my head down. >> I never resisted. >> Welcome to Florida. >> I never resisted. >> Hey, I'm fixing this or I don't get it on your >> I never resisted. >> HEY, GET THE BACK NOW. I WILL chase you. Stay back. I'm not. >> Let's go. Stand up. >> Okay. But don't grab me like that. >> Bring your knees to your chest. >> Hold on. I can't get up. >> Bring your knees to your chest. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Somebody have a shirt or something. >> Fix her top, please. >> She doesn't have a top. >> I didn't do anything. >> I never did. Hi. And I'm a slow told me to welcome to Florida. >> Yeah. I told you to back up and you refused to. >> No. Back up. >> You don't say welcome to Florida. >> Welcome to Florida. You don't say welcome to Florida [ __ ] Racist ass. You don't say welcome to Florida. You don't say welcome to Florida. >> I was trying TO HELP MY FRIEND. YOU DON'T SAY welcome to Florida. >> Back up. >> You walking up for back up. >> Hey, anybody who approaches needs to go. I don't care. >> Turn around. Turn around. Anyone that makes a step is going to jail >> for obstruction. For >> obstruction. >> I'm sorry, I can't do nothing. >> That girl in the pink bathing suit who said, "I'm sorry, I can't do anything." [music] Was probably the smartest one in the group. Never resist an arrest. And definitely don't resist an arrest while wearing a two-piece. And seriously, don't give alcohol to hyenas. >> Florida, you [ __ ] your dumb ass. >> Keep walking. Stop. YOU ALREADY GOING TO JAIL. >> I don't [ __ ] I can make you some dumb [ __ ] Like I got no money. Nobody. >> You decided to do with me. >> That has nothing to do with me. So that had to do with me. What happened, Alex? What happened? >> I UNDERSTAND WOMEN ON THE GROUND. That's illegal to slam women on the ground. >> No, it's not. When we're trying to take somebody into custody and you try to approach us and grab us nothing aggressive. I just said let go on my friend. >> All I No, I ain't got nothing on me. You can check. >> You can I said let go of my friend. He come and bum rush me. So all that white girl get to hit us. >> Ma'am, let's go. >> I didn't even move after. Ma'am, you you refused to walk with me. I literally asked you to leave the property. >> Ma'am, I to sit in the car and relax. Okay, it's over. >> It's over now. Okay, but I didn't move. >> Sit down in the car. Put your feet in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> Did I move? >> Thank you. No, you didn't move. And that's why you went to jail. >> Already here for you. >> Thank you. [music] >> All right. So, >> the officers up here. >> Welcome to Florida. Your mama. >> Welcome to Florida. MY DAD'S WHITE. >> You keep your >> talking my dad. Whatever you >> I got I give you a spam. >> Welcome to Florida. He'll >> transfer van in the front [ __ ] My dad's wife, can you make sure transport? >> Welcome to Florida. >> Is that not racist? >> Is that not racist? >> Because I'm trying to make you >> I just want to give back. All right. >> Yeah, it's okay. I mean, >> I didn't want to do it. Every like [ __ ] I'm like she's literally punching me and fighting me, but okay. on. >> Now, everyone has their own version of what happened. Uh, the body cam is important here because it can show exactly what happened before the takedown [music] and during it. You know, everybody has a story. Everybody's got an opinion. And apparently, nobody wants to just go home quietly. >> Racist racist. >> Mike, are you good? >> Yes, sir. We're good, man. Thanks, guys. Appreciate. Thank you so I was way in the dining. I ran everything. >> You was down there. >> I'm tearing up old boulevard. I'm like full. >> I was running on my feet. I was eating in the trade room for my family >> and I could hear I'm like out. I'm like, "Oh crap." >> He held me the whole time. >> Um Taylor's going to get your home your car home safely. Okay. >> Yeah, but the girl hit me first. The officer held me the whole time. >> The girl with the black hair hit me first. the whole time she tried to hit me in front of him and because I'm wrong because I hit her back. Well, I'm with the officer. So, I felt like I was right to hit her back because I thought the officer >> I just got >> Yeah, but the girl with the black hair hit me. I don't even know her. How am I supposed to that know that was her boyfriend? I don't know. I don't know that that's her boyfriend. I don't know that. I don't know that. I don't know that. I didn't know that. I'm with her. I don't know that that's her boyfriend. And I didn't know. >> Racist assoc racist ass. >> I didn't even touch a cop. I didn't do He tackled me. >> Is this you? >> What? >> Is this you? >> Yes, that's me. >> Yes, it's a real ID. No, it's a real ID. >> I'm just asking >> from New Jersey. It's a real ID. >> All right. There's a lot of fake New Jersey IDs. >> But that's a real ID. >> I'm just Okay. >> I ain't got >> That's the game you GUYS WANT TO PLAY. CALL MY LAWYER. CALL MY LAWYER right now. CALL MY LAWYER. CALL MY LAWYER. You guys want to play that? You guys want to play that [ __ ] I didn't know that was her boyfriend. I didn't know that was her boyfriend. You guys want to play that? Call my lawyer. Call my lawyer right now. You guys are refusing to call my lawyer. I'm Mexican. I don't play that white. Call my lawyer. Guess what? You're going to hear from my lawyer right now. >> I could never be an officer, man. These drunk people will be way too much to deal with. This woman should seriously lay off the booze after watching this. She making a complete fool of herself. And honestly, this whole crowd looks pretty trashy. You know, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that place. >> My lawyer right now, I don't care. My name is wrong person. You're playing with the wrong person. And you know damn well she hit me while I was in handcuffs. So you don't know anything. I bet you don't. So when she hit me, was I a handcuff? >> No ma'am. There was nobody else other than deputy sheriff. >> So who hit me when I was >> If you don't identify yourself, >> then I can identify myself. I want to call my lawyer right now. I want to call my lawyer right now. I want to call my lawyer right now. I want to call my lawyer right now. You have to identify yourself. >> I'm not identifying myself. You in handcuffs realize that if you don't identify yourself identify myself. >> You know what you We don't need to I'm not going to disrespect you as a woman. I'm not going to take but you need to listen to what he has to say. I'm not going to disrespect you because they're not doing that as a woman. I'm not going to disrespect me. >> Okay. And I appreciate that. But he's trying to >> at the end of the day, she hit me while I was in K. And they're going to see that. That's very wrong. >> That is fine. >> She hit me and I hit the floor with my knees. >> Can you listen? >> Listen. Yes, ma'am. But that is not right. That is not right. He knows that. >> He knows that. That is not right. >> That's not why you're in handcuffs right now, is it? >> That's correct. That's not why you're hand. >> Why are you not looking at her? >> I'm looking right at her. That's why she's not in looking at her. That is not right. You don't do that. >> You ask identify yourself. Her repeated request for a lawyer is important because once someone clearly asks for legal counsel, officers generally have to follow the rules around that request. And at the same time, repeating the same argument over and over is not going to change what the officers are doing. And as a woman, we definitely don't claim her. He tackled me. I'm trying to make sure my friend good cuz she getting tackled by men. Men cuz she drunk and some girl swing on her. Make sure you got my M car so I can make my own bell cuz I ain't a broke ain't one and I ain't do. He tackled me. I that white ass cracker up. He said this is welcome to Florida. You white ass. I'll bring my dad down. He's white. I'll have him his ass up. It has to do with >> I am arguing off of anger. I am arguing off of anger. I am very upset and so and I probably did. >> Okay. >> That is why she gave you while I was in that has nothing to do with why you >> I don't know that well I don't know that well >> I know enough that I have two lawyers. >> So you do understand but it hurt because I didn't do that. I thought that honestly that if I did fall that I had the right >> Do you want him to explain to you why you're in handcuffs right now? >> No. I don't I don't want him to. I want him to call my lawyer. >> Alexandria. I don't want to charge you again. Okay. I just need you cannot charge me. There's too many cameras. No, the reason that you have to identify yourself of the situation. >> All right. She's just going to this Jane do I guess. So she'll get another charge. >> I ain't even do. I was standing there like you ain't got to slam her like that cuz she's a woman getting slammed by a man. >> All right, come on. We're going to walk you to the front. Transport. >> Transport for what? >> You go to jail. Transports to the front. Sorry, but you got my all my stuff cuz I can post my own goddamn video. >> What happened? >> I'm born in America, but I have my papers. You have to call my lawyer because I'm telling you to. What? Then I'm supposed to know that black house was her boyfriend. I didn't even want to dance on him. He danced on me. How am I supposed to know that black was wanted me? I don't even know him. Call my lawyer. He's denying to call my lawyer when that black hit me because I wasn't even dancing on her boyfriend. That's not fair, bro. I didn't do that to you. You know how karma works, bro. I didn't do that. You know damn well that hit me while I was on floor, bro. You're foul, bro. You're weak, bro. >> So drunk people never repeat themselves a million times. [music] She's getting on my bloody nerves. Just shut up already. How does every criminal seem to have a lawyer on speed dial? These ladies were raised by children. You they're the perfect example of children having children. You >> lightkinn ass. That's why you bald ho. I swear to God I will I will whack you on cuz you >> did she not? >> I did not see that. >> The body cam footage ass whack. >> Okay. >> I beg you. Call my lawyers. Call my lawyers. Call my lawyers. Touch me. Whack you. >> You're going to whack me. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I need you to step out for me. Okay. >> Trying my life. >> Can you get nobody touch? >> Don't touch me either. Don't touch me. You're going >> Don't touch me either. Don't touch me either. You trying my life, bro. You know damn well I was a handcuff when that hit me. >> Can you step out of the car? >> I don't give a You want to fight? You want to stay in the car? You want to fight? >> Do you want to threaten a police officer and get another? >> I don't give a God if that's good for Don't touch me if you don't feel like I need you to step out. Okay, ma'am. >> Don't feel it. Don't touch me if you feel like you need to touch me. You know damn well that I was on my hands and knees. >> She won't tell me. So, she's going >> How am I supposed to know if I was her boyfriend? How am I supposed to know? How am I supposed to know? But you know damn well when that hit me, I was on my hands and need a handcuff. That's not even right, bro. I have a different philosophy. I don't care. I DON'T CARE. I'LL DIE BEHIND. Don't touch me. Don't touch. Don't touch me. Don't Don't touch me. >> That's another I bet it is. Pull my Don't [ __ ] touch me. Don't touch me. >> Just to let you know you did this to me. I didn't know that was her boyfriend. You stupid. I'm Mexican. I have a different philosophy. Nobody touching me without dying. YOU KNOW THAT. DO YOU KNOW THAT? Do you know that? I don't play like that. I don't play like that. Just to know you just to know you that just to know you that and on my hands and knees you like that touch me and you let her take me to jail just to let you know you let me on my hands and knees now touch me I don't give a you stupid okay don't pray >> please put your foot down >> if an officer was kicked during the arrest that could lead to additional charges depending on the facts and local law and at this point repeating the same story about being attacked earlier is not going to change what happens next. You know, whatever started this mess, she's now creating a whole new problem for herself. >> Put your foot down. >> It's not fair. You know how strong I am when it's not right. You know how strong I am when it's not right. When it's not right, you know how strong I am when my other cruisers not. >> You let me. And I believe that you were going to help me. I believe that you were going to help me. I believe that you were going to help me. And you did it. And you did it. And you did it. And you did it. No, that's my cousin. She died on her birthday. >> I'm sorry to hear that. >> Yeah, I'm not sorry. She lived and she lived her life. >> Why would I be sorry? You're sorry because you Oh, that's how you interpret life. That's how you interpret life. That's how you interpret life. Because when people leave, they don't leave sorry and they don't leave sad. When they're gone, they're dead. He let her hit me. He let her hit me. I don't give a what you think sentences is. You think sentencing is in this life? You think sentencing is in this life? >> Are you on drugs? Do you take something? >> Yeah. What's wrong? >> I don't even take drugs. I only drink. >> Oh, you drank way too much. >> No, I didn't. Because you don't perceive life. You perceive life as dying. >> You stupid. And that [ __ ] let that hoe hit me while I was in handcuff. >> Why she's >> I have no idea. Okay, so I came here earlier with her. Um, I was her designated driver. She had been drinking. We probably got here at like 1:00. And she had had a couple drinks, nothing crazy, probably like two or three drinks at the most. >> Okay. >> I left. I We were supposed to leave together cuz I had to get my daughter by 4:00. >> Okay. >> So, she was like, "No, leave me here. Come and get me back in 3 hours." But then was trying to call her. Her phone was dead. >> So, I was like, like, I'm not going to leave her there. Like, whatever. I'm I'm going just drive there. I don't care if I can't find her. I'll search the whole. >> And I found her for a second. Turned around. She was flying. Will you check the glove compartment and see maybe if she has uh her registration? I just need something with her name and date of birth and stuff like that. Oh, perfect. >> Thank you. Yeah, she that's okay. Well, here's the deal, right? So, when you're detained, you have to identify herself and she won't. So, that's actually an extra misdemeanor. However, she's already going for two felony. She just kicked my buddy in the face while we're trying to get her out of the car. >> I saw that video though why you guys had to shove her face into the ground and have her take. >> She just wasn't listening. She just wasn't listening. I can't control if her breasts come out. You know, she's wearing bin clothing. All I'm trying to do I'm I'm honestly being very light-handed with her. >> Getting arrested in a bikini while drunk sounds like a total fail. When people learn that being held accountable for bad behavior isn't racist, it's got nothing to do with race and everything to do with the behavior >> and I don't give a because the only person I do and I contest to is God. You stupid. You don't understand a like me cuz I am I am holy. I am pure and I do I do contest. You let that hole hit me when I was on my knees. That's the only time I will bow down. And I and I trusted him. >> You know who you're hurting? >> Do you know who you're hurting? >> No. Not God. Your sister. >> Nonsense. Daily nonsense. >> I literally just >> How did that happen? What was she fighting someone else? >> So yeah, I had her by her I had her hands or her left arm and I'm like, "Hey, listen. I want to figure everything out, but I need you to leave the property because you're getting you're getting kind of crazy. >> So, well, her other friend, it's a black lady. She was trying to calm her down. And then I was like, "You need to come with me." And the security guard said, "Hey, you're trespassed, so you need to leave the property." And she's like, "No, you." So, I'm like, "Okay." I go to grab her. She pulls away from me. And then she she hit me in the chest. So, I didn't even do anything other than redirect her to the ground. Yeah. Yeah. She was like, "Get the off me." She just kicked my buddy in the face. And when we were like, "Hey, we need to get you out of the car and get you into the van." And she's like, "I don't care. You touch me, I'm going to update you." >> Yeah. So, she's out of control. You know, I don't know her like that. You I don't know her at all. So, >> two batteries, >> two bad two felonies. Yeah. So, the issue is that >> I feel so bad. Her child's father just passed away in a motorcycle accident >> and that's tragic. You know what I'm saying? >> You know, it could can have completely been avoided if she would have just walked out with me because at that point, she had already, >> right? She already committed trespass after warning. Once we say, "Hey, you're trespassing. You need to leave." But she didn't, then she can go for misdemeanor. So, the issue is that she hit me and then she's also sweaty. >> I'll follow along. >> Yeah. Yeah. She's also sweaty and she fell to the ground and obviously I have to take her in her custody. So, I just got on top of her. I didn't strike her. Nothing like that. >> My friends that were over there as soon as I were out there. >> It was it was quite it was quite bad, you know, especially. So, but um you know, it's unfortunate. She >> is too late. I'm getting arrested. And I asked him about 6 months ago for a >> D. Uh maybe. No. No. She She'll have a She will have a bond. >> How much is that? >> It will be high cuz she has two felony. >> 10,000. >> It never ceases to amaze me how people will walk right up to the police while they're making an arrest. There's a lot of behavior that makes no sense, but this one's a real banger. These two never shut up long enough to let the officers speak. They keep talking over the cops, [music] yelling non-stop, and refusing to listen. Drunk with zero class. >> Probably maybe 15. >> 3500. It's 10% of it. So, she'll be able to call you from the jail. Okay. >> You gave my number or whoever I gave my number to you. >> Yep. So, all righty. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right, ma'am. No worries. Do you remember with me? >> Yes. You told me to calm down. They said yes. And when I hit this step with you, do you remember? Do you remember? Then me and you, I was like, "Okay, I'm going to I'm going to relax." You were trying to relax me. I'm not showing it either. >> I know you're not, but you were you were you were >> I was upset. You were hyped. You were like you were like you. I'm not leaving. I'm not doing anything. >> Cuz she hit me in my face. >> I know. But listen, imagine this, right? Imagine if me and you walked out. Okay, >> I'm not even mad at you when I'm mad that you let her hit me and I was with you. >> So, here's the deal though, right? Okay. If you would have calmed down and just said, "Let me walk out here." Listen. And then and then I go, "What happened? You told me that girl right there punched me in my [ __ ] I would have walked up there." But I knew you were mad because I didn't chill. I didn't chill. I didn't chill because I was relaxed. >> So, here's the deal. Okay. >> He's a nice guy. Let it go. >> It is. I It's water under the bridge at this point. Okay. >> I don't even care. >> All right. There you go. >> I was coming. >> We're going to get you up there so you can get out of the handcuffs, sober up, and go from there. your girl, the white girl with the blue top. She already said, "Give her a call when you get there. She'll postpone for you to get you out." Okay. >> All right. >> I'm sorry. >> I I accept her apology. >> Honestly, he's a nice guy. You didn't treat him very well. >> I just want to say that honestly, I was really I was more upset because she hit me while I was >> Okay. >> All right. And I would make sure I review my body camera footage and make sure if I capture that I'll document my amount. >> All right. So, um, we'll get you up there. You understand though, you're trespassing from postcard. You can't come back. If you come back, you will go to jail. Okay. All right. All right. Alexandria. Sorry. I just can't imagine my family seeing a video of me drunk, topless, and being held down by cops. God, that would be horrifying. Like, all she had to do was leave. But she chose the hard way. I could never imagine acting like this at her age. The defiant and disrespectful attitude is honestly sad. And under statutory criminal trespass and battery standards, refusing to leave private property after a formal law enforcement warning immediately converts a simple civil exit [music] order into criminal trespassing and felony battery on an officer. Enacted across jurisdictions to preserve public order and protect property rights. State law dictates that remaining on private premises after receiving direct lawful command from officers or property owners satisfies all elements of criminal trespass. Alexander was charged with battering a law enforcement officer and trespassing after a warning. Based on the information provided, it was not clear whether her friend was charged. Once officers tell someone to leave private property, refusing to leave can create a trespassing issue depending on the circumstances and local law. And if someone fights with an officer during an arrest, that can lead to an additional charge. The exact charge depends on what happened and the evidence available. Well, the simple lesson is this. When officers tell you to leave, leaving is usually a lot easier than fighting, yelling, and ending up in handcuffs. Right? Alcohol may explain some behavior, but it doesn't erase the consequences. Do you think Alexander could have avoided this arrest if she had simply left when officers told her to? Let us know in the comments.
