on August 5th 2024 officers in Ohio got a call from a local football practice reporting that a woman was seen stumbling and had almost fallen over the woman was last seen leaving the football practice with young children in a red minivan here's what the officers did next sorry you owner off um yeah I'm the owner I don't have any of this stuff in car though okay you're suspended yeah suspended and expired but it shouldn't have been expired is there any meth crack her of cocaine in the vehicle no okay so for no reason my narcotics certified canine would alert to the presence of any one of those things no uh I we just got football practice understand that I just live right down the street and we couldn't find Mar my phone where live we live on studville Pike Road okay we just moved there like 2 months ago okay I'm going to have you hop out that was me okay you don't have any firearms in the vehicle anything like that obviously you got kids in there just leave everything that's a lighter that's a lighter yeah set everything down in the vehicle for me just leave everything in the vehicle for me yeah I would do including whatever you're not we're not lighting a cigarette right now just leave everything in the vehicle leave everything in the vehicle I don't understand what so put everything back in the vehicle except you everything in your hands put it in the vehicle okay and then have scottb te so I could go to she said well you know because of the safety plan you're not supposed to do that and I said well dakot I haven't seen you in three months you know they were getting so bombarded with cases because we did want to continue it for programs or whatever they they'll they'll get a hold of you and go from there okay any questions just contact us okay yeah tell her I love suspension booster seat violation expired registration expired license seat belt violation and expired license plates in court the suspect pleaded no contest to the seat belt violation but pleaded not guilty to all the remaining charges the case was later transferred to a different court and the suspect was issued a $50,000 Bond her charges were amended to DUI resisting arrest endangering children obstructing official business possession of cocaine tempering with evidence and driving under suspension at this time the suspect's court case is still ongoing
