WOW! THAT'S NOT ALLOWED. I'm not I'm not I'm not resisting arrest. No. No. You're all slippery, too. So, put your hands behind your back. Yeah. How can someone be so incredibly stupid that they think poking a cop's vest and poking their body cam is a winning strategy? That exactly happened on May 31st, 2024. After a physical altercation at Sway Nightclub, this woman decided to test her luck by poking a [music] police officer's vest and body cam like she was checking for ripe fruit. She thought the nightclub was her personal stage, but the officer was ready to close the curtains on her act. Grab your popcorn and watch the video because it will [music] definitely make your day. Says that you I bet you it's not even [ __ ] on. Guys, is it on? So, it shows you're not doing [ __ ] What's your name? What's your name? No. No. No. No. No. As a as a citizen, it's my right to know your full name. No. Nick what? Nick what? Nick Miller. Thank you for that. Rick Rick R I C K Miller? Miller? All right. Rick Miller. So, you I didn't do nothing to you. You're just choosing to do this. You're just choosing You're just choosing to do this. Can you have 14-30 make their way or walk the female Hey. Hey. Hey, guess what? I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. Hey. From the start, it was clear the night was headed for a disaster. [music] Her brain was obviously running on a backup battery. Watching her get tossed like a ragdoll when she wouldn't stop poking the officer was peak [music] entertainment. She kept shouting that she didn't do anything while being physically [music] restrained, proving that liquid courage usually leads to total failure. Hey. Can you guys show I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I'm not I'm not I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I I'm not resisting. All I said was that I saw All I said was I I saw I saw Yeah, NOW NOW I'M RESISTING. All right, you can stand right there. >> Yeah, I can I can see. Come on. I would like to have my shoes on. I would like to have my shoes on. I'd like for this not to go further. Okay. But I would just I would like No. No. You're all slippery, too. So, put your hands behind your back. Yeah. Like you should have done before. There we go. >> Oh, you didn't ask me to do it. Hey, can we put on statement that he never asked me to put my arms behind my back? Yeah, he did. Really? NO, HE DIDN'T. YEAH. WOW! SHE KEPT repeating over and over that she was not resisting, >> [music] >> acting like everyone was out to get her. Every word she said was a mix of excuses and confusion. She yelled about rights, phones, and cameras, all while refusing simple commands. It was clear she was on something and couldn't stay calm. Watching her try to act cooperative while arguing was both frustrating and ridiculous. The officer stayed calm, almost like he knew chaos burns itself out if you don't feed it. Wow! Swat up. Nobody knows. He didn't. I would have put but he never asked me to begin with to put Can you grab my stuff? >> Yes, about an hour and a half ago >> I'm I'm already I'm relaxed. I'm relaxed. Can you grab my stuff? Can you grab my stuff? I'm already calm. He never Did you hear him say put your arms behind your back? All I hear is you and I did Babe. Calm down. >> I need you to answer the questions. You're not doing what I Yeah, are you doing what I I'm asking you? Just calm down and relax. Okay? Calm down and relax. Can I ask you to do me a favor? Can you go grab my stuff? Hey. Hey. Hey, ask ask Look. Go grab my stuff on the Is that why you're acting ridiculous? I THAT'S NOT MINE. Please don't do that. I'm from Broward County. Of course I know what it is. I live in Lauderdale Lakes. I live in Lauderdale Lakes. I know what a cop looks like, too. But did I have it? No. Where did he Oh my god. That's not even Can somebody pull down my shirt? Somebody pull down No, we're not pulling down your shirt. Do not pull it down. >> to pull down my shirt. Cuz you guys are some weirdos. You guys are some weirdos. >> The drama shifted gears when she started accusing the officers of being corrupt. Why? Because they found something on the ground that she suddenly recognized as illegal. She even transformed into a fake law student, acting like the victim of a grand conspiracy. [music] It was clear she overreacted and got herself deeper into trouble. Her lies were falling apart in real time. This is stuff. This is stuff. This is stuff. This is stuff. It's stuff. It's stuff. I know what's stuff. It's I have never been arrested in my whole life. Please. I was even trying to argue with him. I was like, "You're a different guy." I was like, "You're a different guy." And the guy And the guy pulls over at the cop. And I told the cop I never had anything on me. I promise when he goes through my whole purse. Please go through my whole I swear you go through my purse. I promise my purse has nothing in it. I promise my purse has nothing. Please. I have nothing. How old are you? I'm 23. Please. Please go through my purse. I I had no reason. You know what? I don't even want to cry. About an hour and a half ago, you and I was talking. >> An hour and a half ago. Exactly. >> I was with the security guard. So, why do you think Remember? >> So, why do you think I would change the story? >> whole behavior Why do you think I would change the >> Your whole behavior from that point till now Yeah. >> From here all the way up to here now. >> Okay, because I had something. Why do you think I would want to I don't want to [ __ ] with him. I don't. I promise. I promise I don't want to [ __ ] with him. But the people who were with me left me. That's it. >> you walking around. Who are you talking about? >> No, you saw me walking around with people. You know, you was walking with one other female. No. And And guess what? That female left me and she's over at the end of the street Suddenly she claimed I've never been arrested defense [music] as if that was a get out of jail free card. She begged the officers to go through her purse swearing on her life it was empty. It's funny how drunks always want a deep dive search once the handcuffs are already locked on. She even blamed [music] some random guy claiming he set her up. Her whole behavior was shifting faster than Florida weather. She's at the den right there. Her name is She's right there at the den right there. I promise. No, she did leave me. She left me. I promise you it was something that I would have wanted to do. I'm not I've never had You did it already, so you can't take it back. What did I What did I do? What did I do? What did I do? Can you tell me what I'm getting arrested for? Yeah, I'm sure I'm sorry. Can you Can you please please help? I promise you I did not do anything wrong. All I wanted to do was make sure my homegirl went home safe. All I wanted to do was make sure my homegirl got home safe. Please. You saw me earlier. All I wanted to do was make sure I could find her. Do me a favor. >> Remember You don't got to talk anymore. I've never been arrested a day in my life. Please. Please, I've never been arrested a day in my life. I don't want to act like this. I just want to make sure she got home safe. And she left me. I just wanted to make sure she got home safe and she left me. And then And then I don't even understand what is It hurts. I don't give a Give a [ __ ] if it's embarrassing. This is so embar It's like torture. I don't I don't want to be here. I don't I don't care about the people around here. I I'm sorry. I just wanted to help I was trying to calm down somebody else. Nobody understands how I'm trying to calm down somebody else. She kept crying and begging like the world had done her wrong claiming all she wanted was to make sure everyone was safe. It's amazing how a pair of handcuffs can turn a nightclub brawler into a concerned social worker in seconds. She called the situation torture and embarrassing, but the only thing truly embarrassing was her inability [music] to stop talking. >> I was just trying to calm down and help this friend. And my other friend And I have to feel We're going to stand you up and you're going to walk to the patrol car, okay? I was just trying to go home. Can I go home? You can't go home right now. I don't even have shoes. Can I have shoes? I want to make sure he's calming down. We're going to get you inside of the car. Don't worry about that, okay? No, can we Can we go in that door? Can we go in that door? >> [music] >> No, they pushed me down. They pushed me down. They They knocked me down. Please don't delete that. I want to call I want I want everybody to see that. Please don't delete that. I want everybody to see that. Please don't delete that. I want everybody to see that. I want everybody to see that they knocked me over. >> [laughter] >> Please take me home. I've never done anything wrong. Please take me home. Please take me home. Please just take me home. Please. I was just going to Please take me Please take me home. I would never do anything wrong. I I definitely know something. Please just take me home. And I I said that I don't even know like how I even got it. She kept begging to be taken home like a toddler at the end of a long day. She insisted the officers deleted footage of them knocking her over not realizing the body cam caught everything including her own aggression. The officer remained a total professional while she snorted and begged for mercy after [music] acting like a complete menace all night. Please just take me home. Please. Please take me home. I've never been arrested in my life. Please just take me home. Please. >> [snorts] >> Please take me home. Get up. Please take me I will literally never come downtown again. Please just take me home. Please take me home. This hurts. This hurts and I've never I've never been handcuffed. Please take me home. Please take me home. I did a criminal justice one and two. I did EMT one and firefighting one and two. Please take me home. Please take me I don't believe in in Excuse my language. I don't believe in in like illegal stuff. I don't believe in that. I just want to go home. Please Can I go home? Can I go home? Please. Please go home. One person got mad at me and other than that no one I have it. Please Can I go home? Please I just want to go home. I mean I've never ever ever been arrested in my life. Please just go home. I went to Orlando High School. I did criminal justice one and two. I did EMT one and two and I did firefighting one and two. Now came the desperate resume dump to impress the law. She claimed she did criminal justice one and two [music] and was basically a firefighting EMT in training. Hearing her list her high school electives to try and get out of a felony arrest was peak comedy. Apparently her education didn't include the chapter about not attacking police officers in front of a crowded nightclub. I just want to go home. I just want to go home. Can I just go home? Please. We got to let you out. We got to let you out. We got to search you really quick, all right? You know what? We got to check your bra and all that. You got nothing You got nothing else on you, right? I got my watch and my bag. I want to throw up in the bathroom. Can I go? >> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> All right, so you can go back in, okay? >> [music] >> Oh. I promise I didn't No, okay. At the end of the day, the lesson was clear. >> [music] >> Poking a cop is a great way to end a night in a cell. Her transition from aggressive nightclub citizen to a sobbing firefighting student was a wild ride for everyone watching. She tried every trick in the book blaming friends, claiming corruption, and listing her grades, but the law doesn't care about a GPA when hands are being thrown. She came for the party, but left with a record. The suspect was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, [music] battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer without violence. Conviction on these counts could lead to 6 years in prison and heavy fines. It turns out those high school criminal justice classes failed to mention that shoving [music] a cop's chest is a one-way ticket to the county jail. This is exactly how you handle a drunk who thinks they're above the rules. Do you think the cop was too hard on her? Or was she just a massive pain? [music] Drop a comment below and let everyone know. Don't forget to like and subscribe for more wild recaps.
