Sheriff's Department terminated a
Pursuit as it entered the city of Eau
Claire I know clear officer located the
suspect vehicle driving on a flat tire
which was spiked by a deputy and
attempted to stop the vehicle
the vehicle fled again from the officers
the vehicle lost control and crashed
into a snow bank but continued to flee

Jeremiah had minor injuries from the
incident but refused medical treatment

County jail and charged with two counts
of vehicle operator flea or loot officer
reckless driving and danger safety
second offense resisting an officer and
possession of synthetic cannabinoid he
was issued a one thousand dollar cash
Bond Jeremiah was also issued 15 traffic
citations totaling
2957 in fines
yeah what I tried to spike him by the
secret heart for my you did one of my
one of my uh
previous time I try to respect him and
then the string I've wrapped in my foot
because I didn't have a chance
girl yeah no I uh they hadn't they
didn't put a vehicle description or the
plate in the notes and so I was at like
Claremont Patton and all I hear is
someone did it right but I wasn't sure I
was like I'm gonna guess that's him and
then I flipped around he was going like
45 and I flipped around and he just
on Industrial where Craig comes straight
down and starts to bend into the
industrial park he was going too fast he
hit the snow bank but then he just did a
360. and then I had parked it just
giving him literally a car length like
angled so and he went around opposite
side of traffic rolled up onto the snow
bank and then went back
yeah I saw that
this is going to come to an end at some
point yeah yeah I'm out of the city so
we're just gonna keep going whoever yeah
right but he had at that point you know
your justification continuing is that he
you know had almost hit me on and did
industrial and then while we were
pursuing he hit him
um and then was every time that they
tried to do a box
that's her justification off continuing
because he's clearly demonstrated his
