deputies that a stolen vehicle had
passed a trooper in Winnebago County the
trooper was attempting to catch up to
the black Ford Escape which was stolen
out of Green Bay but it was terminated
shortly after due to it entering the
City of Oshkosh at 720 fondel like
deputies located the suspect vehicle
however the vehicle had a different
license plate the deputies initiated a

heroin Thomas was charged with vehicle

concealing stolen property cause injury
operate while under influence and
possession of drug paraphernalia he is
being held on a $100,000 cash Bond
Thomas also had an active felony warrant
through probation and parole jimie was
charged with possession of narcotic
drugs felony bail jumping vehicle flea
elude officer receive stolen property
operate vehicle without consent and has
two warrants she is being held on a
$1,000 cash Bond she also has two open
cases with conditions that include not
to commit crimes or have contact with
drug
dealers this case has not been concluded
