And then they start hanging out the window and stuff and then we get scared, so we keep start trying to drive away from them. There's a ton of people down there that saw it and they were like she's crazy cuz like they were both screaming at us. And then they just kept following us to here and we were trying to like wave cops down. And then he starts yelling up here trying to get in our car fighting to get in here. Right. Cops here. Runs up to your son's van. Wants to fight everybody. Refuses to listen to me. So, I grab a hold of him. He breaks away. Takes off. Jumps in the van that I stopped him in. Um flees from Van Brussel. We got him in custody now. Um Sounds like either your son cut him off and he was trying to get away from the guy cuz he was obviously confrontational. But I didn't know that time guy said he's got a gun. Um there's no gun in the car. Um So, he was detained and put in handcuffs. I told him he was just being detained. We were real cool with him, so. But it's all on video just so you know, but said give Dad a call. Let him know exactly what's going on, so. He's going to be free here in just a second. Just got to get a statement from him, so. Yeah, R&O, fleeing and eluding. Um and I don't know what else right now. So. Um Yeah. Yep. And he's like I'm not even sure I did, so. But that's what the original call came in was that these teenagers cut this guy off, but you're all good. I hate that stuff. I don't know if he had anything or not. Cuz it's like speeding up behind us, stopping, like speeding up. And as we took that turn, he was like out the window yelling all kinds of stuff, right? >> saying, do you know? So, then we ended up coming in this way and we took a right down there right by Marathon. And we ended up going down by the beach like that real steep hill, that first steep hill. Like coming down this way, you know how the beach goes this way? That first steep hill we turned on and we stopped right there. And we were looking at everybody out the windows like, "What is this dude doing?" Cuz he's still meanwhile yelling at us out the window, making a scene. And everybody's like this, you know? And then they And then all of a sudden we hear clink and a He threw some glass at us. Do you know where it came from? I don't think it even did anything, but it we heard it. Like he was like this coming up to the And I grabbed Noah's arm and I'm like, "Get in. Get in. Like he We got to go." So, then we race up the hill and we're right at the like beach hill right there. They're just trying to start ruckus. So, we were going to go to McDonald's. So, we had to turn at that light right there to go to McDonald's and [ __ ] Well, they were flaunting a [ __ ] pistol. A gold or yellow pistol of some sort. They're flaunting it at us and [ __ ] You know what I mean? And then so we were trying to get a video of them, but we couldn't get a video of it, of course. And [ __ ] we get down there by the beach and they I don't know what it was. A pop, a 2-liter bottle, something with liquid in it. They get out of their car and they go right at her brand new [ __ ] van at the windshield, you know what I mean? So, then I called the cops and I'm like, "There's some kids down here flaunting a pistol at us, this that and the other thing. Can you hurry up because my boyfriend's going to fight him because he's crazy, you know? Like obviously if somebody's going to want like They wanted us to They tried We're trying to get us to stop, you know what I mean? So, he's going to be like, "Okay." You know, he's not scared of them. Well, anyways [ __ ] yeah, they were [ __ ] just acting reckless the whole [ __ ] way. And flaunting a pistol at us and I tried to tell the officers they're flaunting a pistol Can you hurry up? This that and the other thing, you know what I mean? And So, you called the cops? I called the cops and I told them So, you were talking to a dispatcher? I was talking to somebody. I don't know. So, then anyways, we got there and we pulled up behind them and I told her I was like, "We're pulling up at Lakeside um pool place or some [ __ ] like that. You know what I mean?" And I said, "I think they're about to get out of the car and fight my boyfriend or whatever." Well, they didn't end up getting out, but he went up there and [ __ ] and the cops got there and [ __ ] the officer came up behind him and he was like, "I'm detaining you. You're being detained." And he started being a super prick to him and I was like trying to just talk to him. Like to be genuine to him. Like trying to talk to him and tell him what was going on and he was just like totally ignoring me. He wasn't even paying no attention to me. They left me at the scene with no officers. And I told them there was a pistol in the van. They left that van right there in that parking lot with no officers at it. Well, I can tell you what the problem was with that. They took off after my boyfriend. Dispatch gave us some bad info. They made it sound like the pistol was in your your vehicle. So, that's why that happened. Why Why did he take off running from from the officer? Cuz he didn't want to be detained. He's like, "Why am I going to jail?" Okay. I think in his head In his head he was just like In his head he was just like >> Okay. you know? "They're going to take me for no reason." I tried TO TELL HER THEY'RE TAKING HIM FOR NO REASON. take over and What was his de- I wasn't on scene where you were. What was his demeanor? Was he acting a little belligerent or crazy? I mean, he was up at their window, you know what Yeah. I mean? And he was telling the officer like, "I'm going to fight him and shit." Okay, well, that's probably why he he grabbed onto him and was detaining him. Right, but he You can't You can't threaten somebody with physical right right in front of a cop. But they can threaten me with a pistol? He didn't get that first, but you wouldn't THINK HE WOULD GET IN THE CAR with the pistol first? He didn't know that information.
