responded to a home in Springfield
Township to arrest Timothy owensby on a
Sauk County warrant for child
pornography charges yeah yep can you get

deputies had information from prior
contacts that Timothy had made threats
that he would not be taken into custody
alive

the defendant Timothy owensby was found
guilty of the following charges first
degree recklessly endangering safety
resist officer causing soft tissue
injury two counts of battery or threat
to an officer failed to comply with an
officer taking person into custody
Timothy owensby was also found guilty of
three counts of possession of child
pornography in a different case and is
currently serving time in prison
