On September 20th, 2023, officers responded to a residence for a call of a domestic dispute. Hi. She does not live here. Okay. So, what's what's She just got off work. My suggestion for you though is, you know, to prevent her from establishing residency here, you know, I I understand you don't want you want to take care of your daughter and help her out. So, you know, giving her a place to stay a couple nights a week. Um I would just caution you, you know, not to make it so frequent that it where she gains residency here. Yeah, because when someone like is living here on a regular basis, they get to establish residency. And so, when we have like Right. It It But, it doesn't matter like if she's on the lease or not. It's if she's living here consistently and even though it's not consistent like, you know, all the days through the week, it sounds to me like it's been a pattern where, you know, Monday she drive She gets driven down from Okay. Okay. But, she don't come here often. She goes to my brother's house. He lives right down the street. She can't She not I don't want to hear that. I don't WANT TO HEAR NOBODY DISRESPECTING my mom. STILL BEING A LITTLE NUT LIKE I said I told her last time. You disrespect my mom one more time, we going to be up in here fighting. I'm not We just moved from a crib that we shouldn't have to go through that. You see what I'm saying? I'm the one that got to live here and hear that. SHE CAN GO. But, now she has to find somewhere for her So, when you talk to her, please let her know she needs to get a U-Haul to come get her bed and the rest of her clothes because she can no longer come back in there. If I When I find me a ride to Iowa City today, I When I find my keys, I'm taking them with me. So, nobody can be in my house. Let's walk back here. Where is your stuff in the house?
