He's not going to sit still in there. We can't take him with handcuffs on him and I'll be 238 as well. Yeah. Did I get dropped off by the crew? Nope. No. Justin was taken to Mayo Hospital and was read Miranda rights, but he refused to speak, refused a blood test, and even attempted to bite a deputy. Deputies obtained a warrant and were informed that Justin had one prior owi and one pending. He then became disorderly at the hospital, yelling and causing a loud disturbance. Justin was transported to the Baron County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing, operating while intoxicated, second offense, attempted battery or threat to officer, bail jumping, and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration, second offense. Justin also had an open case out of Oaklair County and was on bond for OWI second offense. He was given a $250 cash bond. Did he actually get it out of there or did someone pull him up? I don't know. He obviously went in though. It's pretty evident. He was driving every other time I've stopped him or had contact with him. I mean, which is really relevant to this, but he wed away when I asked him if he's been driving. Yeah. And then I went into more questions and he's like shut it down. He was found guilty on all charges and was ordered to one and a half years in prison, stayed and imposed, 6 months in jail, and over $3,500 in fines. Since this arrest, Justin has racked up seven more bail jumping charges, two resisting charges, and a disorderly conduct charge. Every bail jumping charge was dismissed, but he was ordered to 6 months in jail for the other charges.
