On September 7th, 2025, officers responded to Orlando International Airport after receiving reports of a battery incident. >> She said, "Do you have anything in your pocket?" I said, "Yes, I do have pie. I had my my um ID and my uh this is my phone in my pocket." >> Me right out in front of TSA on the beach. >> When I went through the um the thing, she told me >> West checkpoint. >> Go ahead. >> When I went through the little uh bubble thing, she told me to put my hands up. I went like this. She checked me. So, go through when I go through in the line. She like, "You can't have the phone in your pocket." And I hand the phone off to the guy or whoever was standing there like, "Mom, you going to have the phone?" She ran over there and said, "I hit her with the phone." I came back right there to go my phone through. My girl had my wife had yelled and said, "She just told them that you hit her with a phone." I said, "I hit her with a phone." >> How did I hit her with a phone? Was it be on camera? I said, "You want to become my lawyer? If I hit her with a phone, it should be on camera. You should be able to sit on camera right now and see that I hit this lady with a phone right now. You should be able to see it, sir. Me, you should be able to sit on the camera right now. If I if I physically assaulted her, I know how this go. You see, I know I'm important person. I know how to go. I have a lawyer. If I hit you with a camera, we should be go right down the stairs right now and be able to look at that and see me hitting you, hitting you, hitting you, hitting you, putting hands on you. He pulled the phone and the wallet and then he just like put it on the edge right to me. >> So, yeah. So, just write that down. >> Write down, you know, exactly what happened and then just put down that you want to press charges at the end. So, you understand how it all works, right, with pressing charges. >> Okay. So, um you want to press charges for is a battery struck you with the phone. He'll be going to jail. Um, and then there would be a court date um, where he would have to go to court and he would possibly have to show up to provide your testimony. >> And then if I don't press charges, what will be >> If you don't press charges, he doesn't go to jail. >> Let it go. >> He doesn't go to jail. Um, and then he go about a day. So, it just depends. Yeah, it depends if you want him to go to jail today or not.
