Is he on the bus? On the bus, on the [screaming] bus. Is he on the bus? Squash, he's on the bus, on the bus. >> All right, everybody, welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Code Blue Cam, and it is why hijacking a school bus became his worst mistake ever. Yeah, that tracks. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> Is he on the bus? On the bus, on the [screaming] bus. Squash, he's on the bus, on the bus. >> This would suck. Like if a suspect you were looking for, and I don't know what they're looking for him for, but if all of a sudden you got on the bus, especially if there was kids on the bus, that's a problem. At least you know he's not going anywhere, but the last thing you want are children on that bus in harm's way. Um so, LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS. >> GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. >> WHAT STARTS AS A simple restraining order violation quickly takes a turn when officers realize the suspect has been involved in much more than just one call, changing the entire case. >> What's in your pants? >> So, a restraining order Restraining order is going to be clearly domestic violence, something involving somebody familiar with you, a family member or a significant other. Uh an order of injunction is somebody like you're having a problem with your neighbor, you're not going to get a restraining order because there's no There's no relationship there. You would get an order of injunction. At least that's how it is here in Arizona. So, this guy has a restraining order, which means he can't come around to a certain spot, and he did, so now this is where we're at. >> You all good, sir? You all good? >> What's in your pants? >> What's in your pants? >> Nothing. Don't worry. It won't hurt you guys. >> It's 3:13 p.m. on January 2nd, 2025 in Milwaukee police officers are waiting outside a suspect's residence in Wisconsin after he violated a restraining order an hour ago. But suddenly, he takes off at high speed in his silver Mercedes-Benz kicking off a pursuit that's about to end in a way he never sees coming. >> So a lot of times you may ask yourself why did they let him get in the car. So a lot of times what we do is we actually will um let somebody leave a residence, get in a car, and then take him down on a traffic stop because a traffic stop is a contained environment. Even though we don't know necessarily know what they have in the car, at least it doesn't involve other people. We know that he's alone in the car. We don't anticipate they may I mean it's always a possibility, but in this particular case it looks like this guy's now running from them. >> What type of Mercedes? Where are they at? Where? >> Obviously, you're probably already tracking, but good sticks means they got some good um stop sticks deployed on him, so they're going to pop the tires. >> The first incident happened around 2:15 p.m. at a Popeyes restaurant in the area, where the suspect, [music] 23-year-old Kevin, violated a restraining order by contacting his ex-girlfriend. He pulled up next to her car, rolled down his window, [music] said something to her, and drove off. Not long after, he came back and started throwing things at her car. When she tried to leave, Kevin followed her and allegedly rammed her vehicle with his own. >> Ah, this guy's a turd. >> These are not going online or nothing like that, just a police report? Just showing you got no injuries or nothing like that, too? This part of the That's new, too? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Can you get that manager, man? >> And she said it he hit her once she got out there, so we'll see. But, we'll just get this manager's name and everything, so this camera's facing >> I mean, not only did he violate the restraining order, he assaulted her and destruction of property, as well. >> It's the only way. I know. >> Soon after, officers tracked Kevin down to his home, where they found him sitting in his car, setting off this chase. As Kevin blows through multiple traffic violations and puts lives at risk, things are about to end soon. >> [music] >> STOP, POLICE! >> LEFT HIS DOOR OPEN. LISTEN. WE'VE SEEN before where they double back and take the cops car. Oh, boy. >> Is he on the bus? On the bus, [screaming] on the bus. Is he on the bus? Squats, he's on the bus, ON THE BUS. >> I told you before, the other thing I like about our sirens that were I was the sheriff is when you put it in park, the siren went off, which was nice, so you didn't deal with this going on in the background. >> Stop, police. >> Oh. Got off the bus. >> Get on THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON, GET ON THE GROUND. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. NOW. >> GOT HIM. IT'S LIKE A CAGE MATCH. >> Drop that. >> Anyone else 5918 on 61, please. >> I can't breathe. >> Hands behind your >> I'm not resisting. I can't breathe. >> Give me your >> They are, sir. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. >> THEY ARE, SIR. >> Not resisting. You do it now. YOU DO IT NOW. >> THEY ARE, SIR. >> DO IT NOW OR YOU'RE GETTING TASED. >> TASER, POLICE. RELEASE YOUR HANDS. DO IT NOW. >> DO IT. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. CAN YOU PLEASE PUT HIS HANDS BEHIND his back? >> Release your hands. Put his hands behind his back. You got anything on you you're not supposed to have? >> I can't right now. Your face is in the way. >> Yeah, you got anything on you you're not supposed to have? >> No, no weapons. >> Stop grabbing me. >> Be joyful. Be joyful. That's what the K uh pumpkin says. >> It's just [ __ ] ridiculous. This guy was trying to steal a freaking bus, man. I saw in the driver's seat. Probably. >> Have you guys ever heard of like Dr. Squatch or Burt's Bees or Native? These are companies that were doing great products, but then they end up getting bought out by these big corporations. That's why I like Van Man Company. The Van Man Company has been using this tallow, which I'm loving tallow for cooking and all sorts of other things, but they actually use the tallow for the moisturizer products. They've got a whole line of products, gums, lip balms, soaps, shampoos, everything. One of the ones that I love is the tallow and honey butter. You can use that. It's great for moisturizing your skin. Your skin recognizes the tallow as a natural moisturizer, and it's not just a moisturizer though. It's going to replace your lotion, your night cream, your wrinkle cream, everything that you're probably using. You're going to be able to replace with some of the Van Man's products. They got a bunch of them, but I recommend you get some of this tallow. I'm into the tallow right now. If you're ready to ditch those corporate chemicals, you're going to go to vanman.shop/lamb. Use the code word lamb, and you're going to get 15% off your first order. That is vanman.shop/lamb, and get 15% off your your order. Make sure you put in the word code word lamb. Now, let's get back to our video. >> Off cut his hand, looks like. >> Yeah. >> Sit up. >> What's in your pants? >> What's in your pants? What's in your pants? >> Of course he's got a ski mask on. >> What's in your pants? >> What's in your pants? >> Nothing. No, it hurts you guys. >> What is it? >> I'll tell you, breathe man. >> I don't know what's his or yours. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I'm running with the whole extra 30 lbs on me. >> They got him though. >> Quiet. All right, stand up. Make sure you got something. Who's got something in I got it. I got it. Thank you. That's your [ __ ] He had a Did you see his lighter here or lighter or two or I don't I didn't see anything else. Yeah, I think there was a key on it. There might have been a lighter. I think there might have been a might have been a key on there. Well, there was definitely a lighter. We could see it. So, they're trying to find all his his stuff. Like they're not going to let the lighter go into the jail or anything else anyway. So, we used to always tell people like you can't take the lighter. What do you want me to do with it? And if they say throw it away, then we tossed it. >> Officers have already found a bunch of drugs in his pants, but it won't take long before they search his car and find exactly what they may have been suspecting. >> What's in your pants? >> Do your job. I'm talking about my money. >> Yeah, your money's right here. >> They got your money right here. Your money's right here. >> Yeah, you got it. Check it. >> What's that there? >> He cut his hand. >> The gold watch? >> Yeah. >> He's probably jumping the fence. >> Right here. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> They already called from the shoulder. I got Look at that bag over here. >> We don't have any >> What's in the drawer? >> Oh. >> You better start listening to directions, man. >> The cop came off the bus. It was pointing I thought she was pointing at the field across the way. And I'm looking and I'm like, I don't see him. Like I should see him in this big open field. I was like, "Where did she go?" >> She was like, "She's on the bus." >> I was like, "What did go cuz we're coming around with guns." And then I was like, "What did you see on the bus?" He said, "Yeah." I was like, "Oh, shit." And he was up in the driver's seat doing something. >> He tried to take the bus. Now, that would have been an interesting I mean, I I've seen him before. I I think there was a video before where a a small child was driving a bus, like a 10-year-old or something or 12-year-old. But, yeah, that would have been interesting if he had have taken the bus. Hopefully, thankfully there was no kids on it sounds like. >> I just see her pointing like like okay so he crossed the street and I'm like oh there's a big empty field there and nobody in it. >> [laughter] >> All right, there's a bunch of >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> We're primary on >> Just before Kevin jumped out of his car to escape on foot, he had rammed his vehicle into an unoccupied gray Ford Escape. Now, as officers talked to witnesses and searched his vehicle, they uncovered even more reasons to stack on additional charges. >> I'll get >> There was a bus driver on there. >> Oh, he just >> Well, there was that lady and a kid. I don't know if she was She took off and I don't know where she went and then he was in the driver's seat. >> Oh. >> I got that one. I got the other one. >> Did he have a whole >> I got the side four four in the same bag. I did have I got the photo in place but in fact can you have your proper up for me, please? >> Oops. >> It's 100 number three vehicle advised. Watch your alley. He's going to be doing follow up. Number three. >> And the drugs are in his side. We've talked about this. If the drugs are in the passenger side, he could claim they weren't his, he didn't know. But when they're on the driver side, I mean he's in direct possession of or immediate control is what we call it of those drugs. So, yeah, this that's on him. >> It's 100 number 32nd Street and locked up. >> Somebody said he's got a big bag in in his crotch or something. >> Hey, how big is that bag? >> Yeah. He's got more over here. >> Yeah, there's shake everywhere. >> Okay, shake is like the little pieces of marijuana. They call it shake because a lot of times they'll grind up the marijuana buds and then they put it in their little cigarettes and they roll up a little a joint. And so it's called shake. The all the little pieces of drugs on on ground and on the seat and on the floorboard, and stuff. >> More in the center console. >> Oh boy, like some weed. >> Promethazine in the the bottle? >> There's nothing. >> No, the Promethazine. >> Oh. >> Yep. >> Good spice strips on the front. >> Yeah. Yeah, TSU got him, so it's pretty neat. >> What did you say to him? >> I lost sight of him. I got to the front, and I'm like looking I'm like, all right, wait wait you said there's that giant field. I don't see him running through there. I see the lady just scrambling off the bus and my car. >> I was like, is he on the bus? She's like, huh? >> The driver was? >> Some lady and a kid. >> Okay. >> And they're like literally scrambling off the bus. And I'm like, is he on the bus? And she's like, yeah. I was like, oh So I was like, oh my god. And then I'm like looking and I see someone in the passenger seat. I'm like, what the hell? And I'm like, okay, maybe the driver's still on there like trying to get the bus off or whatever. And suddenly stands up and bolts off the bus. I'm like, oh [ __ ] That is him. >> I was a little premature on that one taking him into custody. >> [laughter] >> Cuz I've just turned around and I'm like, we're I see him jump out of this driver's door. She's like, what the She's like, >> Eventually, officers found an empty box of small sandwich bags, a cracked black iPhone, >> which means that he's probably dealing. Um just the way the bags were, with the small sandwich bags. >> a gray smartphone, a bottle of promethazine hydrochloride, a digital scale, an ID, and several marijuana baggies that weighed a total of 155.49 g from Kevin's car. >> Car that we all caught. >> So this is possession of marijuana with intent to sell. You could because of the scale, the baggies, all that, it's with intent to sell. >> Stuff he done did in the car. We got everything. Everything. >> It's love. It's love. >> After being medically cleared, Kevin was brought to the jail without incident. Ultimately, Kevin was charged with felony vehicle fleeing eluding an officer causing property damage, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance, misdemeanor obstructing an officer. His cash bond was set at $5,000. >> $5,000 for all of that. Dealing Dealing reckless driving, crashing into somebody else's property, fleeing law enforcement, and obstruction of an officer, and all he got was a $5,000 bond. Come on, judges. This would be Make it a $25,000, $50,000 bond. That is not excessive for the charges that he's got here. >> August 2025, he was found guilty of fleeing an officer and possession with intent to deliver substances. Remaining charges were dismissed. Ultimately, he was sentenced to 3 years in the Wisconsin State Prison, followed by 3 years of extended supervision. >> Excellent. So, 3 years prison, 3 years extended supervision. That's a pretty good sentence for that. I mean, usually it's like 2 to 5 years for somebody that's fleeing law enforcement here, and if they got drugs on board, so the two charges that ended up sticking are those. So, 3 to 5 3 years plus 3 years probation, not bad. What do you think? How did they do? I thought they did good. They converged on the area very well. They caught this guy. Um and they charged him got him some good charges, and ultimately two of really good charges stuck, and the two that probably should have stuck the most, and he got 3 years in prison, so bravo. Not a good bond, but you know, cuz until then, he was probably on the streets back doing what he was doing until he got sentenced, but he was found guilty, and ultimately now he's serving prison time, I'm guessing. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. Uh did they do a good job on this? Did this guy deserve the 3 year sentence? Maybe more. Love to know what you think, and uh I'll catch you on the next video.
