20 p.m a Westby officer ran a license
plate and received information that the
registered owner had a felony probation
warrant for his arrest
a traffic stop was made on the vehicle
and the owner was identified as
52-year-old Colin Emerson
Colin was advised to the warrant stated
he knew about the warrant and already
spoke to his probation officer about it
evening officer officer Hal or Westby
Police Department the reason I pulled
you over
the registered owner of this vehicle
are you the registered owner yes what's
your name
Colin you got a warrant I know I gotta
go see my boat uh Tuesday okay can you
turn the truck off for me or actually

it came to a stop at a residence
