documents not physically hand them over while the supervisor attempted to deescalate the situation he avoided addressing the Troopers aggressive behavior leaving the driver's concerns unresolved rear bumper and then when I hit my brakes he's swerving to not hit me and [ __ ] what's going on I'm not sure sir a simple traffic violation of me going from one lane to the next with my turn signals feel bad for you so some the situation escalated when the officer attempted to justify his demands by claiming an inability to see the driver's hands the driver pointed out that this fear was irrational and not supported by law under pencil pania law an officer may not forcibly enter a vehicle without probable cause of criminal activity has outlined in Pennsylvania Consolidated statutes title 42 section 8952 the officer's decision to call for backup exposed his lack of preparation for dealing with an informed citizen the driver took the opportunity to record the encounter and call out the Troopers actions as an abuse of power sarcastically referring to him as a coward feeling better huh feeling better what where was that mean all right so here's the deal so here's your license than you here's your insurance and your registration you write down all the lies two citations today sir one for careless driving and one for failure to maintain your lane all right you're cutting across the lanes that's fine it's all on film okay um as as well as I instructed before you know being recorded all time 30 seconds prior to the stop good I was filming before that okay so um exactly so so was your safe driving tailgating me when I tap my Brak shoe all over the road most so a lot of the times what happens is is people don't realize that I'm behind them I saw you so my lights and my Sirens you know me getting close I was have to read your registration as well oh so you have to get one inch from my bumper to do that yeah I need to re so it's okay for you to tailg and to drive erratically and I can't find you but you can make I'm trying to catch up to the Violator which is try to catch up yes sir God make sure you say that in court I will sir record recorded as know it so so there's two citations for you you can just drop it I don't want to touch you I don't want to touch your extortion papers all right there's two citations anything else no that's it you're free to safe so you guys your job is not to go after criminals it's to monitor citizens driving down the road if there's crimin behavior that happens then we we take care of that as well so so you're not out catching rapists and murderers and we do that as well exactly there that happens and we do that as well so they'll call you and say hey we need traffic violations as well on the so when's the last
