You're being very rude. >> 174. >> And I'm not going to stop in in a park that I don't even I don't even know you and I don't even know. Just be advised the as soon as we get the female, she come 10:15 for instruction. >> It's not a prerequisite to know the officer before you get out of the car. The chances are you will not know them, but he's clearly he's got lights on his car. I'm sure he's got a uniform on or vest. >> He's wearing a body cam, so he's definitely got that. >> I am not. I'm just >> over to go. I'm We're not having I'm done talking to you. I'm going to break that window if you do not step out of the vehicle. No, I'm trying to have a conver. >> I'm not having a conversation with you. I've gave you >> I don't want to have a conversation with you. >> You can say all everything you want. You can listen. >> I want to talk to your sergeant. >> I don't You will talk to the sergeant once you're in handcuffs. >> I want to talk to your sergeant. >> You can talk to the sergeant once. That's fine. >> I don't think you understand. >> You are going to jail. >> These people that are so entitled that think that everything stops. >> We'll see. >> I plead to go to right now over this situation. >> He got the hand clap. You got the headlamp. >> 174. She's requesting you. I advised that she can speak to you when she's in handcuffs. >> I am not stepping out of the car. You are very rude. Very rude. >> And again, >> her interpretation her interpretation of him being rude does not exempt her from still following his directions. >> But she's not being rude. >> Yeah. Right. [laughter] >> I'm just waiting for another unit so she doesn't pull off. >> Do whatever you please, sir. >> All right. I'm going to, man. You're not going. >> That's fine. I'm breaking your window if you do not If you do not step out of this vehicle. >> No, I step out of my window. >> You got to go. Do you have any weapons in the vehicle? >> I do not. All right. It's your last chance. I'm I'm going to be nice. Give you one more chance. Step out of the vehicle or you're going to jail. All right. You want to go that way? 174. >> Oh no. Oh no. Out of the car. Now, part of the reason why he was waiting for somebody else, you might say, "Well, he could have done this. He should have just broke it, got her out of the car." You can say that, but then she makes all sorts of of of claims later on cuz even though you have the body cam, as soon as you start to fight, it just looks like, >> "Yeah, you can't you can't especially you close a distance. You get close, you can't see anything." No, you don't you never want to fight one-on-one. It's It's always better to have >> if you can have somebody else there. It's better. >> 74. >> It's calm on the radio as he's chasing her. >> Yeah. >> Gloves are on. You know that business. >> Yeah, the butt whooping gloves. >> Let me tell you what, she's definitely coming out that car now. >> Stop the light right now. Looks like she turned right on the line going north. >> Must have a gas. >> Go ahead and pit her. >> That was a pit. >> Yeah. >> Good pit. Good pit. >> There you go. >> That's what he said. >> 10.1 speed 47. again. You don't get by yourself. >> STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE. YOUR HANDS UP. >> OH, so he's got somebody else here. Okay, deputies. >> Bam. There we go. >> I don't know who that guy is, but he's all biz. >> I don't have my thing. [laughter] >> Just because you say stop doesn't mean that WE'RE GOING TO >> STOP. STOP. >> Should have put a stop counter on this. Stop. I didn't do anything. >> She's on that udaloop now. >> Anything wrong. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. >> COME ON. >> STOP. >> COME ON. >> STOP. >> Still yelling. >> NO. NO. YOU DIDN'T TALK to me. You did not talk. >> We are under no obligation to talk to you about absolutely anything. >> Talk to me. I'M NOT TALKING TO NOBODY. AND YOU HIT MY CAR. >> YES, I did. >> Didn't you say you did not talk to me and then I'm not talking to nobody? >> Yep. >> Nobody. >> Nobody could be anybody. >> Yeah. Talk to me. >> I don't need to talk to you. >> Yes, you should. I have a right to be talked to and have a reason. >> This is a constitution right here. To be talked to [laughter] my dad. >> We're going to have a seat. >> I'M WAITING FOR MY DAD. >> HELP. HELP. I'M BEING PULLED TO LIFE BY THE POLICE. HELP. >> Put your head in. >> I AM SITTING. >> PUT YOUR HEAD IN ALL THE WAY. >> NO. STOP. LIKE THOSE COPS are they're literally just standing there. [laughter] >> NO. STOP. HELP. >> Oh my gosh. I wish I would have I if I don't know she was going to say stop so many times I would have counted it. BUT IT'S >> OH, now we're on to help. >> HELP. PULLING her pulling her weave. Help. >> Help. >> I'm not going to jail. >> You're going to jail. Oh yes, you are. >> Next time that door opens, it's going to be in jail. >> Yeah, she's going to go to jail. What is this? This is called the salary report. I don't have to. >> I gave you multiple lawful orders. >> You have the right to talk to me. Do you understand why I was being bothered? >> And I was trying to explain to you why I was pulling over. I don't need You're being very I'm not being rude. You're not. Listen, this is your problem. You need to understand. You are not in control. You are not in You are not in control. myself. >> No, you are not. I don't >> I don't think she's in control. You're >> in control. You're >> It's a low emotional intelligence, sir. >> I want to talk to the sergeant. I do not want to leave this premise. I want to talk to the sergeant. >> He just rolled the window up on [laughter] driver's license. Is that why you're acting like this? Cuz Are you suspended? >> Did you check my plates? >> What is your name then? If you do not tell me your name, I am going to charge you with fairly identified. We're going to take you to the jail. You're going to get booked under John Doe or Jane Doe. Okay. And then you're going to sit there until he's right here. >> All right. >> I want to talk to you, Sergeant. I don't want to talk to people disrespectful coming to my car. >> I'm sorry that they hurt your feelings now. We got to go to jail. >> No. >> He said, "I'm sorry they hurt your feelings." >> No. I'm waiting for my dad. >> No, we're not doing that. >> No. >> So, >> no. NO. NO. STOP. WAIT. HOLD UP. >> Sergeant's putting her back in. Stop being car. I'M TRYING. >> YOU'RE FAST TALKING. You already ran. GET OUT OF NOW. >> HEY, I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE. >> I'm trying to >> see what we deal with. This is >> Maybe they're putting her in something with a bigger back seat. Oh, [laughter] >> they have a pickup truck. >> So, yeah. So, all right. I've gave her multiple multiple commands. Step out of the vehicle. I'm going to have to break the window if you don't come out. And her name is >> Jakira Jakra. >> Did she have a ton of your guys' mail? >> She Oh, she she went to the mailbox, too. >> Okay, that's what I'm trying to figure. >> She would have went to the mailbox and she was supposed to going grocery shopping. She was supposed to go to Sam Club. >> Joiara was initially charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence. She was released from custody the very next day after receiving a release on recgnizance and signing a pre-trial release agreement. A formal bond entry was later recorded on April 12th, 2024, [music] but it was set for $0. The case has experienced several delays over the past 2 years with the court granting multiple motions for continuance filed by the defense. Because these legal proceedings and discovery phases are still ongoing, the prosecution has not yet reached a final disposition. As of today's date, the case remains open with the next court event scheduled for March 24th, 2026. >> JC, >> so 2 years. >> Yep. >> That on a traffic thing. And you wonder why the court stuff is so jacked up. And part of it is because they allow these delays, delays, delays. Look, we have too many cases to where we can't let traffic things like this go to delay. They should get something to you have a right to a speedy trial. You don't have a right to drag it out for years. >> You know, you know what's funny is the defense will often say justice delayed is justice denied. Okay. But then how about this where you're two years but when it's your when it's when you want to delay it, it could be delayed indefinitely and that's absolutely fine. But if the the prosecution has something wrong, oh, we can't delay. This has to go right now, it is it's such a it is absolutely a double standard, >> 100%. And the fact that the judges gave her zero bond, had she had money tied up in this case, she would have been much more apt to get this case done with because your money stays tied up in a bond until you do it >> until the case is adjudicated and then you get your money back. >> And so they're just dragging this out. Um, I'd be curious to see if they even if the prosecutors are even going to trial on most all the charges. >> Yep. Absolutely. >> Let us know what you think. Um, doesn't matter how many times you say stop. Uh, they're not going to stop. >> They're not going to stop. >> No. Not after you've broken the law and after you've run from them twice. >> Yeah. Yeah. Failure to yield and then an actual felony pursuit. Absolutely not. >> But she just wanted to talk. >> That's Yeah. Plenty of time talking. Joe, [laughter] get a phone. Talk to whoever you want. All right, man. >> All right. What' you think about these? >> They were good. They were good. >> Look, good burger. Right inside the Chevron gas station in Copper Basin. Check them out. >> Hunting copper mine. Big intersection there. >> Yep. It's a good good spot. >> It's a good spot. Good spot. >> All right. Comment, like, subscribe. Make sure you go over to Frank's page. >> Check it out. I'm at Frank Slope. Check me out on YouTube and Facebook and all the places. Check out all the videos. You'll love me just as much as you love him. >> I promise you'll love his. Maybe more. But still, please come back to this channel. And if that doesn't work, come to my true crime channel, ATLM Investigations. We're breaking down some crazy cases. >> Yeah, I like it, man. We did we did a case earlier. It's awesome.
