But she got out of the car, you saw the video, spit on me, yeah. Got out of the car twice, fired at me, I mean, you can ask them. She got up in the middle of the street when I got doing with her ass on the middle of the street. >> All right, everybody, welcome back. We've got another video for you. This one comes from Body Cam Watch and it is trash-talking woman learns a lesson about road rage. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> In this BCW video, we're taking a look at a road rage incident that happened on May 28th in Kissimmee, Florida. >> I guess they cut each other off to the point that right before right before the bridge. >> You were there with her back? >> He tried to pass her and she pulled out a gun. >> Okay. >> the bridge. >> Where she at? >> She's at 141 in Kissimmee. Her car is still hot. That's her car. My signal zero is supposed to be in there. >> She got out of the car and took my license. >> So so-called this is the victim. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> The officer went to detain the suspect. >> All right, come on, Stephanie. >> Hi. >> Hey, Stephanie. You have her ID or his ID? >> I have her um both of them, actually. >> So clearly >> You want to just turn around? >> They had already taken her and put her >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Okay. >> We should take her in. >> Code 1. >> See, I like this, you know, show him, put him in cuffs. This so doesn't get out of hand. >> We're going to go over here. >> Where? My multi-car? >> Yeah, yeah. I'll put her in my car. >> I'm going to read you something, okay? >> in Jesus, baby. You going to see. >> I'm going to read you something, okay? >> Okay. All right. Are you listening? >> I'm listening. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. >> Um I was at a stop sign. I took too long to turn. So he starts beeping. I'm turning and he's still beeping. So I beep at him back. I guess that pissed him the off. So he starts following me, almost hit my car. He's still following me. So I keep I I ran up >> I don't know if she's under the influence of something, but she's moving around and acting weird. >> I'm right now. >> Stop sign so he can harass them with me. And then he's like, "Oh." He's like, I look out the window. I was like, "Bitch, what the you following me for? Stop following me." He's like, "No, I live here." Then I'm like, "Bitch, your ass is not the da da da." So cool. Run another stop light red light sign. He goes through the grass to get behind me cuz there was a car behind me. He goes through the grass to get behind me. And then when we're out of road like this, he gets on the other side and he starts window to window. He gets window to window and he starts talking saying he's going to beat my ass. He talks So I was like, "Bitch, you going to beat whose ass? You going to shoot who, bitch?" And I didn't shoot pointed at him but he's like this. I didn't even put the window down. The window was not down. Then I keep going. And when I keep going, he doesn't stop. And then I stop right here cuz I see the the fire fighter station. >> Did you want to press charges? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Hey, so it's going to be a road rage incident at >> Didn't do any good at stopping a fire fighter station. They're not going to be able to help you unless your car's on fire uh or you need a smash sprinter or something. This is actually I think this is a training facility. Uh this is what like they have these buildings that you can do fires in or run up the stairs. This looks like a training facility for the fire department. >> Started at uh >> Uh what what is >> And then he says, "I'm going to blast you, bitch." So I was like, "Get out of the bitch." >> Yo. Where did it start? >> Stop At the stop sign. I don't know. I'd be lying if I tell you I know where. >> So he's telling us that he's more familiar with the area by the VFW. >> Saying cuz he lives here that he can follow >> I don't know if the VFW play I don't know if it's Randolph or not. >> Randolph, I think. >> He honked at her like she's saying obnoxiously. >> And you never you said you never showed him the gun? >> No, I pointed it out in my car after he said he was going to shoot me and beat my ass. After 10 minutes of following me and he gets on the other lane and goes window to window saying threatening me again. I was like, "You going to shoot who, You going to be who?" I didn't say I'm going to shoot you. I never said that. He said that at least two times. And the third time, I'm pretty sure you heard it. I don't know if you caught it. He said, "I'm going to blast your ass." What's it called? Cool. I never pointed I never threatened his life. Most I had was actually have a gun. But you up here telling me you have a gun, you going to beat my ass, you not going to stop following me. And you still following me. I don't know. >> I'm just trying to My brain is trying to keep up with this right now. >> Whatever. >> So, he's I mean, he was in his in his car, so we're going to have an agg assault. >> Okay. >> Um and her vehicle's here, the gun's here. She's already detained, so we're going to unfortunately have to tow it and do a search warrant. >> So, what's going on? I know I know you probably said this a couple times. She just went crazy on me because I beeped the horn because she was on the phone and the stop sign, nobody there. So, I beeped the horn, she opened her window, went crazy. I went to pass her, she cut me in the lane. So, I tried to pass her again, she accelerated and went both lanes like that, all crazy, then stopped. All my ice and my coolers went >> Believe it or not, I agree I think this guy's probably telling the truth because the way she's acting, this tracks. This tracks. >> run over me. My whole car is wet because I had to stop in the tracks. So, I went to pass by, she cut me and pulled out a gun. I'm going to follow you. >> He got his own ice bath challenge when he slammed on the brakes, the ice bath, the coolers dumped all over him. >> So much So, I followed her. And she got out of the car, you saw the video, spit on me there, got out of the car twice, fired at me. I mean, you can actually She got up in the middle of the street and did that to me with her ass on the middle of the street. You know, I got three numbers. I I I don't I'm not going to be looking for troubles with nobody. I don't want you to be calling my company. You know what I mean? And I got the video, you saw it. She comes out of in all of that. The only thing I told him Look, if she wasn't so nasty, walk by instead of throwing me kisses and doing that say sorry. I I I forget about it. But, don't be so nasty. Now, I I do want to press the charges. >> The officers got a written statement [laughter] from >> She got out and did a What do they call it? Twerking? She did some twerking out in the middle of the street to him. She seems like to me like she's on something. >> The man, before searching the woman's vehicle for the gun. >> Best driver in the world, bro. >> You're good. >> I'm pretty sure you can understand what a stop sign means by horn. >> I was >> twice. Stop sign means >> Do you have any cameras or anything in your vehicle by any chance? >> No, just the one. >> Just your phone? Okay. That's mine. Make sure you send him a link for that. >> Absolutely. >> Thank you. 100 license, that's your phone number. >> She got that Mercedes going on? >> Oh, yeah. >> Oh, that's her. >> Yep. >> Yeah. 11 the uh 31? >> Which by the way, totally legal to have a gun, you know, it's constitutional, right? Arizona, you know, it's one of the best states. You can have it concealed, not concealed. Certainly no restrictions on how it's loaded. I'm guessing Florida's probably similar to it. Um so, the uh the having the gun is in and of itself not a problem. It's if she was using it and uh threatening with it or uh then she's could be facing aggravated assault um or menacing or whatever they call it out there. So, Logan >> in the chamber? >> Yep. Nice little hollows. >> The officers ran the gun serial number, which turned up a surprise. >> Can you run a signal zero for me, please? >> I'm fighting one felon out of Orange County. >> Stolen. >> Yikes. >> Stolen gun out of Orange County. So, not only does she she's going to catch a stolen firearm. Yeah. That's This guy's right. He's like, "Yikes." That's what our Most of us are having the same reaction right now. Yikes. This is not good for her. She She'll be twerking in jail. >> 10-4. Can you put that information in the call? >> Please I want to go. >> How surprised would you be if I told you the gun was stolen? >> There's no >> out of Orange County. >> Can you get a warrant tag? >> I knew She's bad news. >> Yeah, yeah. No, no, I didn't see it yet. >> We're trying to get her a warrant. hits on him and then started dancing like shaking her ass in front of us. >> Yeah. >> But that wouldn't be all that was in the car. >> Oh, yeah. The drugs. Come on. Come on. Oh, boy. This is going from bad to worse. >> Just gets worse and worse. Just gets worse and worse. All doing the inventory. >> Oh, that is a lot. >> That's definitely more than two. >> Holy >> Problem is >> Okay. >> Cuz it's if it's toward search, we don't really have probable cause for that. So, get it destroyed? Or see if the county wants it? >> Did y'all see her getting out of the vehicle by any chance? >> Yeah. >> So, the gun's stolen and she has a >> knew it. >> a ton of weed. >> Yeah. I knew it. I asked her about the gun. >> That's a technical term. A crap ton of weed. >> That's why I didn't touch anything, man. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> The problem Cuz before like usually what we would do is do a search warrant on the car. >> Yeah. >> So, you've got He's not wrong. Okay, what he's So, this is the deputies. You got Kissimmee police and then you have the deputies, probably Orange County. I think Kissimmee's in Orange County. So, you have two different agencies there. What he's saying is typically we would have done a search warrant. Why would they do a search warrant? Because they had a crime involving a firearm. They want to use They don't want to lose the case, so you would do a search on the um you would do a search warrant. That would have been the better way to go. Once you do the search warrant, then everything's free game. One of these is probably looking for the gun. You could probably justify this under an inventory of the vehicle, but I don't know. This is This could get thrown out. >> So, but I had a I asked her like when we were sitting I was like I was like, "Yo, that gun, what's up with it? Who'd you get it from?" "Oh, my cousin." I'm like, "Are you sure it's not stolen?" Cuz it's a Taurus, so those are like >> I got to go, too. >> Every other ring. >> A couple minutes later, the officers asked the woman about the gun. >> You got a lot going on. So, you're still under the Miranda rights, right? That you read earlier. What's up with the gun? >> Hm? >> What's up with the gun that you had? >> It's my gun. >> It's your gun? >> Yeah. >> So, that's bad. She says it's her gun. Well, she's in possession of stolen goods, so she didn't say, "Hey, like somebody left the the gun in the vehicle." She's saying it's her gun, that's a problem. >> How'd you How'd you get it? >> He bought it from my cousin. >> He bought it from your cousin? >> My cousin was going to put it in the pawn shop cuz he was going to get a new one, so I was like, "Just sell it to me instead of a pawn shop." Cuz that way I'll give him more and I'll get it for less, you know? >> When'd you buy it? >> Like a long Like a minute. Like 8 months? And I've never shot it yet. >> Do you know how he acquired that gun? >> Pinky tints? But he said it's clean like in the number. That he just has guns. >> So it's not >> It is clean. What do you mean? >> Stolen. >> What do you mean stolen? >> So what >> So what I mean by stolen means that they took it from somebody else. That's what the term stolen means. >> Or that was from the prior Yeah, you you bought a stolen huh? So on that note What's up with >> going to jail? >> Oh yeah. >> What am I going to jail for? >> You're going for this for this one. >> For for for the gun? >> Not for the gun. For the for this this stuff. >> So I'm going to jail for this? >> Yeah. >> So aggravated assault? >> Yep. >> So I'm going to jail? >> [laughter] >> So another question. What's up with the weed? >> I smoke weed. >> You have a card? >> No. I don't have >> No card. >> In fact, you guys are going to take it back with you. >> Okay. >> We just got to do the inventory. >> That's fine. >> The officer charged the woman with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of cannabis over 20 g. She'll be ordered to stay away from the victim for the duration of her pre-trial release. The >> So pre-trial release means they they're let out of jail and then they get these terms. You can't have contact with the with the victim. Um that's part of being released until your trial. Eventually the assistant attorney dropped. >> [laughter] >> Come on, Florida. Not you, too. Eventually the assistant state attorney dropped both charges declining to file the assault charge in court. >> Eventually the assistant state attorney dropped both charges, declining to file the assault charge in court and dropping the possession charge several months >> Imagine, folks, you just If you're like one of these people we do our body cam, you can just commit crimes and you know, the attorneys and the courts just let it go. They just drop it. Uh, [sighs] it comes down the state of Florida by the undersigned attorney. The state of Florida is not filing charges in this matter due to Let's see what your excuse is. FDLE lack of So, that's the Florida Department of Law Enforcement testing of or lack of testing is insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt substance is illegal controlled substance. So, they didn't send it off for testing. The action is taken to clear the records and to release subject's bond, if any. >> later after the testing of the substance was deemed insufficient. >> I don't even know what to say anymore, you know? It's just I feel like it's almost every other video we do is somebody gets charged. Okay. This was a road rage. She used a gun in the road rage. She didn't fire it. She used it to threaten the guy. Not to mention she was swerving all over and being a a menace. She then has uses the gun to intimidate him to to during the road rage. Then, the gun is stolen. And then, they find a whole bunch of weed. And the attorney says, "We're not going to charge any of it." Come on, Florida. This state attorney, somebody ought to I mean, here's what I've said. Take away qualified immunity from judges and attorneys. They don't deserve it anyway because they're not making split-second decisions like we are in law enforcement. Take it away. Well, I mean, if I was a king for a day, I'd take it away. It'd be one of the many things I did. I would take away qualified immunity for them. What does that mean? That means that if she goes out and commits another crime now after they dropped the charges, they can be civilly liable and possibly even criminally liable for failing to do their job and hold people accountable. They have all the time in the world to review these cases. They have all the time in the world to make a decision on a case. They don't necessarily I don't even need qualified immunity cuz they're not making split-second decisions. So, you want to be a judge, you want to be attorney, you better be willing to put all of the stuff you have online. You watch everybody goes to jail if you do that. And everybody is held accountable. And there's actually real consequences. And we in law enforcement don't have to keep arresting the same people over and over again. All right. Rant over. Let me know what you think. I would love to know if you think this was just, if they should have dropped those charges. I'd love to know what you think if you're sick and tired of it like me. And how did these guys do? I thought they did good. Maybe only thing, maybe get a search warrant, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway cuz the lawyer wasn't even going to charge it. So, that would have been a colossal waste of time for them. So, um yeah, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. I'll catch you on the next video.
