Everybody has an opinion, and the people who left comments below this video are no different. Fetal alcohol syndrome is no joke. She should be locked up just for drinking while pregnant. pregnant and drunk and driving. That's wild, trashy, and selfish. If she's a nurse, then she should lose her job. I still have to read the 25 and see if she'll test. >> [laughter] >> This Karen may be charged with reckless driving, failure to comply with lawful orders, disorderly conduct, obstruction of a peace officer, and resisting arrest due to her rude behavior and actions that posed a safety risk to the police. Given the bizarre circumstances the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. Damn drunk driving and slurs. What a class act. She called the police every name in the book and then cries. This chick is some bartender's third least favorite regular customer. The lesson learned is that failing to comply with lawful police orders will escalate the situation and lead to serious legal consequences. This Karen is very obstinate, isn't she? [screaming] >> On September 7th, 2024, police were summoned after a woman and her husband got into a quarrel and he could take no more. >> Thank you, ma'am. She's already hit me. I have everything recorded on this phone. >> Okay. >> She doesn't know this is my work phone. I've recorded everything. >> Okay. And who is it? >> My my wife. >> Your wife? >> Yeah. [laughter] The spouse turned the situation over to the police since he didn't think he could manage it any longer. But when questioned, the woman refused to describe what had happened, which made the inquiry challenging. >> All right. So, what what's going on tonight? Was there anything physical here? Okay. So, why would he call me down here? I have no idea. >> So, you're going to try and say you weren't arguing or anything cuz there was a bunch of stuff spilled all over the floor over here. I don't know who called. >> He caught. >> Okay. So, what led him to believe that we needed to be down here? >> I have no idea. >> Something happened here. So, I'm [snorts] going to need more than that. When another officer entered and declared that the lady would be detained after watching the incident, things appeared to become more evident. >> She says she has no idea what we're doing down here. What What's he got? >> You're not much of a drinker, are you? Little bit too much alcohol tonight. A little bit of arguing going on. Well, he will he's going to go stay in a hotel tonight. just so you guys aren't together. Just >> No, >> just just because he doesn't want to he he's not mad at you or anything like that, but he knows. >> Can I talk to him? >> We're just going to We're just going to separate you guys. Okay. >> I'm going to talk to him. >> No, you're not. [laughter] >> You slap the phone out of his hand. Technically, that's the message. >> Don't touch him. >> Well, it's on a recording. >> But I don't want to get you in trouble. You've had too much to drink. He's obviously been drinking. So, >> who's on probation? Not me. Him. It doesn't matter. We're talking about what happened. >> Who's that? Two domestic violence. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. Hey. Hey. Hey. Listen. Listen. We're going to explain this to you again. You smacking the phone would put you Listen. Let me recording. Well, here's the thing. We're just going to separate each. Nobody's in trouble. >> Can I talk to him one time? >> No. Because stuff that's going to good's going to happen out of this. >> Go get his Nothing good's going to happen out of this. Just stay in here, please. >> Let me talk to him. >> No. Stay inside. >> Here you go. >> Stay. Here's my recording. >> I don't know. I don't know if they're going to >> That's That's the plan. You have your ID on you? >> Yes, sir. >> ID. >> Yeah, I ran her. >> I see that. >> I just don't want to get in trouble. >> Yeah. I mean, can you guys see where I'm coming from? >> He already listened to it. >> You listened to that, right? >> Even though the occurrence was obvious, the woman suddenly seemed to be really distressed. She even became agitated, screaming and swearing. [laughter] Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. Just >> Oh, you guys don't even know. >> Listen, you guys can work on whatever this is tomorrow. Right now is not the time. >> You guys don't even know. >> Trevor, >> just just show inside and you won't get yourself in trouble. >> I'll go Trevor. Yes, sir. Go to the back of mine. >> That's okay, >> right? Go inside. >> Go inside. >> 9 mm. I have >> When the woman entered the residence and shut the door, the situation worsened and the police had to break in to take her into custody. The cops searched her since she even had a gun. It's kicking in. >> What? >> Just kicking in. Whatever you got. I don't have a key. >> She said something about a 9 mm. She >> does have one in there. >> Come on. Let's go. Let's go. >> You're under arrest FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. >> I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. >> Don't Don't you kick me. I haven't done anything. >> Well, now you're going to the hospital cuz you're making threats about a WHERE'S IT AT? >> I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. >> Put your hand back. [laughter] My trailer, [laughter] >> where's your handgun at? >> TREVOR, my daughter, Trevor, [laughter] >> I think that last I seen it was in the kitchen when she BROUGHT IT OUT. >> TREVOR, [screaming] >> WHY DID YOU BRING [laughter] IT OUT? >> OH, she just showed like last I SEEN IT. >> [screaming] [laughter] >> LOOK AT THAT FEMALE. [laughter] [laughter] >> All right, stand up. [laughter] >> Come over here. Please, >> can you pull my shirt down? >> I got to see what is on you right now. You don't have any weapons on you, do you? >> Do you have any weapons or anything? >> Use the back of my hand. Make sure you don't got a gun on you now. >> All right, let's go. We're going outside. Move that stuff here. >> Come on. Watch out. IT'S SLIPPERY. [laughter] WHAT ARE YOU DOING? [laughter] What have I done? I haven't done anything. DRIVER, >> STOP. >> I haven't done anything. >> The woman even fainted to pass out while being led to the car, but the cops were unfazed and stayed composed. Sit up. You just looked at me. No, >> that's not happening. You're not getting out of these charges. >> Was this all just a fake? Were you just faking that? What the are you talking about? >> Well, they'll be able to tell me that when they get here. So, this Karen was accused of disorderly behavior, possession of a firearm. If unlawful obstruction of justice, and resisting arrest, depending on the seriousness of the violations, and local regulation, she can be subject to fines, jail time, or both. It's true that this is a crazy scenario. After the video was shared, let's look at the comments made by viewers. The fact that she can go from hysterically crying, freaking out to dead silent, pretending to pass out is scary. She wanted to get arrested. All she had to do was not go outside. Then when she went back inside, she mentioned a gun. She 100% wanted this so she could play victim. Drama queen. There should always be a charge for faking needing an ambulance. Always. The lesson is that defying the authorities and refusing to comply will only make things worse and result in more severe legal repercussions. Already this Karen is a complete disaster. Please subscribe to Law Frame to follow more cases similar to this one. What about the next one then? Let's continue to observe. >> Put the cigarette out. They're there. >> The woman's inebriation is seriously interfering with the police's request to review her paperwork. >> Driver's license, >> registration, insurance. No one's wearing seat belts. That's safe. >> Pull the insurance up on my phone. >> Who's the owner of the car? >> I am. I got to pull the insurance up on my phone. >> What's your current address? >> That one. The officer became impatient with this behavior. >> You really shouldn't be smoking with a baby back here. So before I take you >> before I take you to jail for for endangering him, I would suggest you putting that out >> cuz I will do it in a heartbeat. So put the cigarette out. >> Why do you have such an attitude? >> Put the cigarette out. Thank you. >> Did you just >> No, I didn't. >> Get out of the car. YOU JUST GET OUT. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> GET OUT OF the car. >> Get out of You just put THE CIGARETTE OUT. >> NO, I DIDN'T. I PUT IT the out. >> Get out. You're going to get sprayed out. Get out. June 31st. >> Naturally, the man who was with her, possibly her spouse, was also detained as an accomplice. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. She made a bad move. Turn around. Hand back. >> What are you doing, Sarah? Sit in front of my truck. Sit in front of my truck. It's in part of my truck. Sit down. Sit down. Feet up. Cross your ankles. >> The lady persisted in disputing with the cops while being handcuffed outdoors. >> Bad move. >> You can slow it down. Bamboo drive. >> Put the cigarette. Threw it over there. You >> kidding me? I didn't flick anything at you. Right on camera. Okay. >> I didn't flick it at you. I >> Stop. >> I knocked the car. Why is my son in there? >> Someone responsible that can take care of that kid, please. >> 21 kid. >> So, wait. She's the mother. >> I'm the mom. >> The one that was smoking in the car. >> Okay. >> And then you pour it over. >> M. Stop. Everything you do. Everything you you everything you're doing was recorded from the beginning from the get-go. Audio and video. Okay. >> Fentinel powder is found during a surge. >> My body cam. I'll put in my report. >> Yeah, probably fennel or uh >> Yeah, probably fennel. >> Oh, yep. There we go. >> Oh, Jesus. That was >> like really Yeah. All right. Dope right there, brother. >> It's fentanyl. That's a lie. >> You don't shoot your fentanyl. >> I don't shoot. >> You smoke it? >> I don't even smoke it. >> Oh, okay. You eat it? >> No, I don't evening do it. >> No, it ain't yours. That's right. All right. >> I really don't do that. >> There it is in your pocket. >> I don't do that. >> You don't do it? >> No. >> Okay. Probably not the best thing for the kid. This Karen was accused of disorderly behavior, fentinel possession violence on an officer, resisting arrest, and possibly endangering a kid. She may be charged with a felony fined and imprisoned. Following the video's online release, various people left comments with their opinions. Having fentinyl in proximity to the body is even more disturbing and disgusting, and I can totally understand why the officer is so angry with this woman. I hate it when I see parents smoke around their children. What a sickening woman. She shouldn't be allowed to have children. High on fentinel, at least two people smoking with that child in the car. Makes me sick. The lesson is that during traffic stops, maintaining composure, and cooperating with the police can help avoid major legal repercussions.
