If the pro property owner or a representative for the property wants you trespassed, then you are getting trespassed. >> Okay. So, what does that entail? >> You are being kicked off property. >> Okay. What does that entail specifically? >> Specifically, you need to leave the property. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another great video for you. This one comes from Body Cam Lockdown and it is man turned simple police stop into an allout brawl. I haven't seen it. Let's check it out. >> If I left and came back, then you could arrest me, but you can't arrest me now. I cannot be trespassed. >> I'm not going to go back and forth with you. So, are you going to leave or are you not going to leave? >> I'm going to collect my belongings and then I'm going to leave. I am going to leave. >> All right. >> Hey, bro. What are you doing? >> Oh, what do you think? You kick me again, you're going to get bad Leo. >> Take him to the ground. >> After a man gets into a heated argument with two security guards of a gated community, he's told he can't go into the property. So instead, he blocks the gate and waits at the entrance. Officers speak to the security to let them know the simple steps to escalate the situation and get rid of the man. >> Not living in paradise. >> Why do people have to be difficult? Like they don't want you there. Move on. Just All right. >> We got we got to talk with these guys. So >> head in, bro. >> You have a good day. >> Have a Sunday. >> So they said that you guys want need security because they disrespectful you. You guys be trespassing. >> So it's a yes for me. >> But he finish explaining everything. >> When he refuses to to leave, which he probably will, we're going to arrest him or trust us at the war. We'll just need a statement from you guys saying so and so on this date has trespassed we will press charges. >> So this is one of the challenges we have. So for example, you go to a major chain. I'm just going to use this as an example. Walmart, Home Depot, if they decide to pro to trespass somebody, they have to be willing to prosecute or we can't arrest them or charge them with it. And so that's why he's making sure they understand if you do this, you got to be willing to aid in prosecution after as well. >> Okay. She's already said that you got you guys want to do that, you can do it. So I just need to know who wants to do the trespass and who wants to do the statement and we'll go from there. Okay. >> With the man trespassed, officers hope to simply tell him he's trespassed and he can leave. But they'll soon realize this is the last thing he has on his mind. >> All right, Mr. Pash. So, this is the situation. Okay. They want you trespass all property. Okay. So, you're going to have to leave. Okay. >> See, now a normal thinking human being says, "Okay, the police are telling me I got to leave. I'll leave." It's not like he lives there, >> I don't think. And if you refuse to leave, then you'll be subject to arrest for trespass after warning. >> Can you show me back out with you? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, what's it going to be? Back with you. >> What do you mean? What's it going to be? >> What do you mean? What's it going to be? >> Are you going to leave? You >> told me. >> Or are you not going to leave? What do you think? >> I I don't know what to think because I don't know you. So, >> this is where you're like, listen, you have about 5 seconds to get out of here or this is going to go very different. This guy's going to just keep bantering back and forth cuz he thinks they're not going to do anything. >> After you trespass, >> snatch him out of there. You don't you can't be arrested until >> you pop on the property again. >> Pop on the property. >> Part of trespassing is refusing to leave after being told to leave. >> What do you mean? >> I'm here already, so I'm going to grab all my belongings and then I'm going to leave. >> If I left and came back, then you could arrest me. But you can't arrest me now. If you refuse to leave, yes, I I do have the authority to arrest you. >> Not now. >> Not until I leave and come back. >> Why? >> No, sir. I don't think you understand the concept of trespass. >> Explain this to me. >> Okay. Private property. >> Florida statue. >> Okay. Private property. If the p property owner or a representative for the property wants you trespassed, then you are getting trespassed. And if you refuse to leave, it's trespassing. >> You are being kicked off property. >> Okay. What does that entail >> specifically? >> Specifically, you need to leave the property. >> Okay. >> In hopes of removing the man, the security guard tries to explain in plain English what the man needs to do now. >> What's old boy coming over here for? This is past him. They couldn't deal with them. He just needs to chill back over on the tent. Do you not understand the statutes, sir? >> Have you listened to me, sir? >> Over here. >> Where he said? So, I've instructed you multiple times to leave. You refuse. >> You never said, >> but now now you're being told. >> No, you you trespass on the property. >> You never said. >> Okay. Now you are. That's fine. Don't worry about me before. >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Hold back. Hold. Oh, you don't want to >> You You Are you refusing to leave now? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. cuz it really sounds like you are. >> No. >> So, why don't we turn around and let's go. >> I'm going to collect my belongings and then I'll leave. >> I don't think you understand how this works. >> You don't understand. >> That sounds like refusal to me allow. >> Oh man, you [ __ ] do not understand the Florida statute. I cannot be trespassed unless I leave and come back. >> All right. I want to thank our sponsor for this video, Morgan and Morgan. They have been fighting for their clients for over 35 years. They've got an army of attorneys, over a thousand attorneys across this country. They are America's largest injury law firm. Here's a crazy number. They have recovered over $25 billion dollar for their clients, over a half a million clients. So, if you are in need of an injury law firm, um you might want to look into Morgan and Morgan. All right. Thank you, Morgan and Morgan. Let's get back to the video. I'm going to grab my Yeah, I'm going to go. >> I don't think they want you to do that. >> They want you gone now. >> Just like >> just like any other time. >> Okay. You can come back and require a police escort. We come with you >> and you collect your belongings. >> Yeah. >> Right now though, they want you off property. >> You don't understand the Florida statute. >> Okay. I'm not going to go back and forth with you. So, are you going to leave or are you not going to leave? I'm going to collect my belongings and then I'm going to leave. I am going to leave. >> Out of nowhere, the trespass man makes a move that immediately puts officers on edge. >> Do you want him to collect his belongings? >> Don't start that car. Dude, turn the car back off. >> Make things real bad. Turn >> the car back off. >> Now, both of you, >> it's a refusal. >> It's not. >> Snatch him out of the car. >> Turn the car off. Okay. >> You >> take the keys out of the indiction. >> Sorry, mother. You're supposed to enforce the law and you don't even know it. You are some ignorant [ __ ] said least. I'm going to collect my belongings and I'll leave. >> What do we got? >> They're not doing that today. >> Yeah, you're not collecting your belongings. So, it's either you turn around and leave now willingly or you go to jail. >> He's already had too many. Unless you smoke them. >> Trespass after warning. >> Trespass. No, it doesn't count, man, because I'm still here. I haven't left and came back. >> So, the argument he's making, let me put this into perspective for you. This would be the same as if somebody showed up to your house and they said, "Well, I can stay here as long as I don't leave and come back." No. Trespassing is remaining on a property. This could be the first time you're trespassed or like he's referring to, it could be after you've been trespassed. But when you refuse to leave the property, that constitutes trespassing. So, he's wrong. >> Come on, dude. There you go. Let's go. >> That's it. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Get him out. Put your hands on the street. Get him out of the car. >> Too late for that. >> Take him out of the car. >> Hey, hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. >> Step out of the car then [ __ ] Oh, you're not trying to hurt me. >> You're not trying to hurt me. >> We're not trying to hurt me. >> You are some sorry piece of sorry [ __ ] punk [ __ ] ass [ __ ] And that's just to say in the least, man. Y'all you [ __ ] man. >> Hey, they told you plenty of times for you to leave. You got the chance to leave. To >> Hey, chill out. Chill. Chill. >> Unlawfully. >> Relax. Nothing you have said to me has been lawful. You sorry piece of [ __ ] ass [ __ ] >> Is he intoxicated too? >> Yes, I do. >> What you got? >> I got a big sorry mother. >> Yeah, I >> Hey, bro. What are you doing? >> Oh, what do you think? You you just you pushing on me. I'm grabbing trying to grab my bro. >> Listen to me right now. If you grab that holster again, you're going to the ground. Do you understand me? >> Do you understand me? >> Put him on the ground >> me up. I'm sorry piece of Put your >> And just when things seemed over, the suspect performs a special move that he'll instantly pay for. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> Yes. >> What weapons you got? >> Between my ears, you sorry piece of you mother. >> My weapon is not good at all. It's effective. So, >> you kick me again, you're going to get bad Leo. You understand me? Take him to the ground. A >> how many how many chances you got to get? >> No, you No, you got Bat Leo. >> Leo. >> No, you got Bat Leo. >> I didn't kick you. >> Bat Leo's battery on a law enforcement officer. >> Stopped it on his feet. >> Are you serious, man? >> No, you just kicked me right in my shin for no reason. >> And you were trying to grab my whole sorry lying ass [ __ ] >> Roll in this way. Good thing I got camera. >> Okay, search him. You sorry. >> Where's the brawl? >> [ __ ] ass [ __ ] lion. Lion ass [ __ ] I didn't kick any [ __ ] >> I stepped on your foot because you were stepping on my foot. >> Okay. Rolling back towards when >> rolling back this way, >> mother. >> All right. I'm going to stand up. All right. Put this foot right here. >> One, two, three. >> Let's go. Put him on the other side. >> Hey, get the off my taser. I don't know what it is. >> Get the offerable. >> This guy keeps on trying to grab my >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Get in there. Come on. >> You're just making it harder. Little >> you. >> Come this way. >> Hey, somebody get me a statement, please. >> Yeah, 100%. Give me Yeah. Give me his phone. >> I thought I was going to get a good old brawl. I was kind of feel kind of let down. Maybe he's going to get after it at the jail for the station. Trespass bat Leo uh and resisting and wouldn't get in the car. So, he's going to be sideways or face down still. >> Okay. Fantastic. He had our name on him or anything? Oh [ __ ] >> What his name? >> Ronald. that Leo trying to grab our guns or tasers. >> Oh [ __ ] >> The whole night shot in >> Why not? >> The guy says, "You didn't get shot." He's like, "No." And he's like, "Why not?" >> He said he's going to give me no problem. All right. You going to see what's up. >> Yeah, we'll see. >> 50-year-old Ronald is given five different charges due to deliberately striking an officer and kicking making contact with the officer's shin. He is charged with battery on a law enforcement officer under Florida statute 784.07. He is similarly charged with a second charge of battery on a law enforcement officer when he grabs the law enforcement officer's departmentisssued firearm holster and rips the hood cover off of the holster. The defendant then placed his hand around the pistol grip of the departmentisssued firearm in an attempt to gain control of it. due to the same reason. He is also charged with attempting to deprive an officer's firearm under Florida statute 843.025. Next, Ronald was charged with resisting an officer with violence due to actively resisting a law enforcement officer with force. This is usually a 50/50 charge with sometimes it being with violence, other times it being without violence. But in this case, when you kick a law enforcement officer, you're usually charged with battery plus resisting an officer with violence. And lastly, Ronald was charged with trespass after warning under Florida statute 89 due to him refusing to leave the property when ordered to on multiple occasions and giving warning after warning and still refusing to leave. Ronald's car was eventually towed. Battery on a law enforcement officer and attempting to deprive an officer of a firearm are both first-degree felonies with maximum sentences of up to 30 years in prison, 30 years of probation, and up to a $10,000 fine. It's important to note that multiple first-degree felonies can be stacked if they arise from the same incident. And in this case, we can clearly see how a simple trespass warning, once ignored, can escalate into multiple felonies and multiple misdemeanors. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. >> I gotta tell you, I I was le I was thinking this was going to go like a brawl, like they were going to just get after it. I did not think it went that way. So, I wouldn't classify this as a brawl. Um I thought they were very patient with him. I would have given him far less opportunity, been a lot less patient. Um because the guy, you can see right away, is not going to leave. So, he's trespassing. and get him out. And then he ends up catching some felonies on top of that. What would should have just been a misdemeanor. Now he's going to catch some felonies. And in Florida, my guess is he's probably going to do some prison time. So, he doesn't have to worry about going and getting his belongings now. Uh he not probably not for a few years. This is probably not been adjudicated. It was in July of this last year in 2025. So, my guess is it's still ongoing. And uh I wish I had some some what happened to him on it, but it it'll probably be coming this year. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. How did the guys do on this? And if you thought it was Brawl, because I didn't. But let's check you. We'll catch you on the next video.
