Everyone has their opinion, and the viewers who commented below this video are no exception. I never wanted to see so many people Pepper sprayed in my life. She couldn't wait to be some kind of victim. She just started screaming, hoping to get the crow all upset over her getting arrested. The lesson from this situation is that during a protest, refusing to follow police orders and acting defiantly will only make matters worse. Subscribe to Law Frame for more articles if you like this. We will immediately move on to the next situation. >> Turn up. >> Okay. If you don't give me your driver's license, if you don't give me your driver what you got to do. >> With such a defiant attitude, the police decided to place her under arrest, but she showed no signs of remorse. >> Do what you got to do. Just say you're going to arrest me. Turn around. >> Okay. >> Okay. You're going to arrest me. And I did not run a stop sign. Okay. >> Relax for me. Relax. Relax. Relax your hands. >> Yeah. I can turn it off in a second. We're going to go right this way. >> We're going to go right this way. Ma'am, >> can you turn my car off? >> I will turn it off. Yep. >> Even while being escorted to the car, she remained stubborn and kept arguing. >> You don't think this is really going too far? >> Ma'am, we're going to go right this way. >> Okay. >> Did you not give me your driver's license? >> No. No. You I was asking you the process. I was asking you how is this going to work out? And you said, "If you don't stop, I'm going to arrest you." I said, "Why would you?" Yes, you did. Yes, that's why I asked, "Why would you arrest me?" >> I said, "If you don't give me your driver's license, that was not it." That was not It was No, I said I said I said, "Why would you arrest me is what I said? >> Because you're refusing to give me your driver's license." >> No. No. No. >> Have a seat. What I asked you for driving a stop sign, you know, give me your driver's license. >> Why would you arrest me for this is what I said. And then I'm disputing that I didn't stop at the stop sign, but I said, "Why would you arrest me for that?" Is what I said. >> Cuz you're refusing to give me your driver's license. >> No, that is not true. That is not true at all. I was having a conversation and you have a seat for me. That is not >> Okay. >> Why would that would even be an option for you? >> Have a seat. Why would that even be a problem? >> Because you're refusing to There was no There was no refusal of me to give me asked you. I asked you over five times to give me your driver's license, but I was saying to you, >> you kept debating your driver's license. I'm not debating your >> at all debating my driver's license, sir. That is not correct. Why would you not? Because I was saying to you that you're telling me that I'm not stopping at the stop sign. And then when you said, "I'll arrest you." Then you escalated to I'll arrest you. >> Why would you not give me your driver's license? >> I was having a conversation with you. I was asking your name. I asked you how do you pronounce your name? I ask you who are you working with? >> I'm not going to ask you again. Have a seat. >> Okay. Tell me. Let me Would you tell me this? What happens after you put me in this car? Have a seat for me right here. >> That that really makes sense to you. >> Have a seat right here. that you wouldn't write a ticket if if >> Why are you not listening to my instruction and my commands? You are going way overboard talking about taking me down, booking me. Have a seat right here because you're saying that I slowed down at the stop sign. I didn't I'm saying that you said you said >> see you just keep you just keep making things up. No, have a seat. Have a seat. Come on, ma'am. Have a seat. It's been very difficult up to this moment. >> Well, I I I was expecting to be in handcuffs off of something as simple as what we're discussing. So, >> clearly my license is in my purse. >> What is your last name? >> When I asked you could I even turn my car off, you were like, "No." So, okay. >> All right. >> So, so >> your last name, good one. >> Yeah. >> G O T W I N. >> My license is in my purse. >> Okay. This Karen would likely be charged with offenses such as failing to obey traffic signals, refusing to provide identification and vehicle documents when requested by police, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. With such a crazy situation, the comments that followed after the video was released are also noteworthy. She didn't deserve special treatment. They had everything on body cam. Another entitled politician. They think they're above the law. What's worse than an entitled Karen? An elected entitled Karen will delusions of grandeur. The lesson from this situation is that deliberately violating traffic laws and then refusing to cooperate with the police only makes matters worse and results in more serious charges. Watch your elbow, please. This Karen could face charges such as resisting a law enforcement officer obstruction of justice and failing to comply with an arrest warrant. Despite being informed of the active warrant she repeatedly stalled, made excuses and resisted fiercely during the arrest, escalating the situation before finally being subdued and escorted to the vehicle. Everyone has their opinion, and the viewers who commented below this video are no exception. Why do these idiots never go to their court dates? Easy way to not have to deal with cops is obey the laws. Control is what she wants. That's the reason for this whole act. Not trying to make a scene. Girl, buy him. The lesson from this situation is that when faced with an arrest warrant, cooperating with the police is essential to avoid escalating the situation. A charge applied when someone deliberately obstructs or delays law enforcement without physical force. With such a crazy situation, the comments that followed after the video was released are also noteworthy. The only thing worse than a drunk is a drunk who refuses to shut up. If you're going to hide behind a pillar, you have to close your eyes because if you can't see them, they can't see you. Duh. If there was just a video of me acting like this, my friends would play it at all gatherings. The lesson from this situation is that losing composure arguing and refusing to cooperate with the police, even without using violence, can still lead to charges of obstructing law enforcement. This Karen might be charged with stealing, giving false information, spitting at a security agent, and not presenting identification. Isn't this a crazy scenario indeed? After the video became viral, let's look at what others had to say about it. Splitters are just so low class. She looks the part. What a demon. Wow. She needs some serious help.
