You're going to meet a 5 FOOT THREE FOOT GIRL FOR WHAT? WALKING ACROSS. >> NO, >> you got her. Dragon B. You've got handcuffs. >> Got it. >> Yeah. Good luck putting them together, >> They're like handing her. >> Why are you >> women are so flexible that their arms bend in all sorts of different ways? kind of like dealing with like a a man that's got a lot of muscle. They're not as they're much more rigid, easier to to kind of move their arms around even though they're stronger. Women, their arms bend all over the place. It's really difficult sometimes. >> Oh god, you guys are >> Imagine if you were in traffic just watching this whole thing. >> You got front row seat to it. It's so carb breaking. It's so heartbreaking. I'm so >> We're still trying to get under control. >> You just took my baby from me. >> Yes, I WILL RESIST ON THE CAR. >> Put these on. Yes, >> the corrupt >> that you are. >> You are. >> She ended up peeing in the street. It looks like >> Pete herself. >> Handful. >> Women give me a handful. Get off me. I really need TO GET HER SHACKLED. >> WHAT IS THE DEAL? >> YEAH. What is all this deal? What is this deal? >> We got her secured >> because I >> I got her. I >> told you the truth. >> What's going on? >> Since I'm a whistleblower. >> Oh, she's got battery on Leo. I know that much. I'm disor python. >> Tell him to let go of me. >> Got a good good guard there. >> One life for another. I can't wait for you to >> look at them all scuffed up >> place in that car. Can't lift her up one more time. >> So, as you can see, she >> foiled herself. >> Where's Embry? He's got >> Thank goodness the child didn't Hopefully the child didn't see all that. >> All four sides. We'll just throw her in there. >> Yes. >> Someone grab the legs to grab the front and we'll just throw her in there. >> Can we get this >> wrapped around the >> No, I'm doing it differently. >> Even if you have to tie it up more. You know, >> I'm sorry. I didn't hear >> why >> alcohol man like a animal in the first place. >> There hasn't even been >> like you got two grown men, female police officer and she's still a handful. >> We check her while she's down. You search her. >> Cannot wait till Morgan and Morgan. Morgan and Morgan >> ready. One >> cat coming in. Cat coming in. >> You are losing your jobs, bro. >> At least she learned Morgan and Morgan, right? >> Okay. Got her. >> Go yourselves. >> Get the off of me, you pervert. >> Stop. See if she gets out of these handcuffs. >> I can't see how well they're on. Oh, already out. >> Already out kicking. >> Oh, you feeling real big, aren't you? I'm already detained you. >> You want to kick me in the face one more time? >> Oh, you want to detain me for no >> Stop hitting me. >> Oh, yeah. Stop entertaining me. >> You have to question when you see them behave like this. If she goes home, I mean the child, what kind of beha, how does she behave towards the child? How does she treat her child if she gets all out of control like this and smacking if she's kicking and smacking cops? Clearly that that kid was scared, wanted to just go to his grandma's house. my glasses. >> At >> least she's got gloves on cuz she's You got bodily fluids. >> She still got the handcuff >> again. >> OH, >> get the handcuff on her hand. >> Get the handcuff on her hand. >> Yeah. What is this for? Oh, >> we're going to have to dump her out. We're going to have to dump >> going up. >> Hey, grab my glasses and right there. We're going to have to dump her back at us. >> She needs to >> grab her legs. She can only kick us from here. Grab the shackles. >> Grab her legs. >> Grab her shackles for what? >> Because you don't know what to do with an unbounded soul. One that can't be bullet like you. You all are bald. >> Crazy >> bots. >> It's all She's all >> You are not >> She's shackled on her hands. >> Yeah, the shackle. >> Yeah, >> the the the hobble is tied to her handcuffs. >> Yeah, >> YOU NOT you sold yourself of America. Look at how twisted. Like, how do you control this? She's twisted all like a pretzel right now. >> Hands anymore. >> What? >> You know this recorded >> and the that you were saying. >> Is my hat over there? >> I don't even know. They can't even get her in the car. I would say get her in the car. And >> see, I cannot wait to rot. >> See, they'll close that outside the door. >> So, that'll at least hold her legs there. But I'm not sure that that's going to fix the problem. >> $78 fell out of her pocket. She's going to need her kids going to need it. >> I don't know if you heard, but he said he said $78 fell out of her pocket. Her kid's going to effing need it. That's what the guy said. He ain't wrong for right now. >> Thank you. Can I can >> uh can you call back in or meet me down there so or >> Yeah, I meet with one of you so we can get your information. Yeah, >> I ain't faulting. I'm not laughing at I've been in these scuffles, man, and you get out of breath and the other girl's not even out of breath. She's just like you when you're under the influence of alcohol and drugs, you sometimes you just super strong and these guys are they're out of breath. She's out of breath. It happens. Hey, my friend. >> Yeah, we're good. We're good. >> We're not you >> again. She slipped it. >> STOP ACTING UP. >> STOP. STOP ACTING UP. >> SO, in this particular case, I stopped at a good point, I guess. I don't know. In this particular case, um, you can do zip ties. She's gonna have a tough time getting out of zip ties. You put them on pretty tight. You're not going to leave them on there for very long, but at least get off the middle of the road where she's holding up hundreds of vehicles of traffic right now. >> Stop. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Possessed >> something, huh? >> I got this arm. You got that arm? >> Yeah. >> Oh, you got that arm. >> A wild banshee. >> You're so strong. How is she sliding out of these? >> Oh, you're so strong. >> Tight as you can. We'll double hand. >> You're so strong. Why am I being arrested again? >> How does her arm even bend that way? >> I don't know. >> Double hander. >> No, double handcuff her. >> I didn't know that. >> No, cuz she knows her rights. And you guys don't know what to do with an unbounded soul. >> Unbounded soul possessed. >> She's going to get out of the other handcuff already. Look >> the out of us and our families over. loves you. >> Those things down there tight, man. >> You'reing karma. You the other >> I have to follow you. >> Go. >> I'm just going straight to the deal. >> Dude, how the does she keep slipping those handcuffs on the door? >> I think that other guy had zip ties. >> Hey, Colin. It was nice to meet you, sir. >> You too. >> How about you? >> Poor kid. Um, so apparently she was she just had too much to drink. He said, "We didn't know about this, but apparently she was thrown out of a bar because she wanted to go drinks and >> taking her child out to go get drunk at the bars." Clearly, she's had too much to drink and she was on the bridge and I guess he said that she was giving people the finger and cussing at people and screaming and then our officer got out with her and was trying to get her to >> Mom does not seem surprised >> trying to get her to move along and she just wasn't having it. >> Did they take her to the hospital? >> She's going to jail. >> Well, today she's going to jail unfortunately. Uh it was just way too much. So, we couldn't get her to get off the bridge. We had to put her in handcuffs. We went to put her in the back of the car. She She when we put her I mean I had to pick up her feet and set her in there. But then when I was trying to get him, she managed to crawl through a tiny little area and I don't know if she was trying to drive off in the car or not, but she got into the front and then then she really started resisting. I guess she got the cuffs in front of her and was it >> I'm just >> And I'm sure the alcohol doesn't help. >> No, no, you're not supposed no drugs, no drinking. Where was he? >> With her sitting there crying on the bridge. >> It was >> the 312 bridge. >> No, ma'am. Uh, Bridge Alliance. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. My name is Brandon. >> Lori. Lori. I'm Grandma. >> Nice to meet you. >> Actually, I just talked to an officer this morning cuz I was um >> Officer Whitehead >> with the sheriff's office. Because I was concerned with I haven't heard from her. >> Yeah. So, based on what I'm hearing so far, she's this is not her first time. She probably has some mental health issues. Probably had behavioral issues, maybe been arrested before. >> I was concerned for his safety, and I didn't know where she was. >> He was crying. He said, "I'm I'm tired of living with my mom. I don't want to live with her anymore." Um, and you know, he was he was the level-headed one at first, trying to get her to calm down and everything, but he was just he's he's calmed down a lot. I mean, they were having to, you know, try to get her under control and I just put them in the car and backed off the bridge and and headed over here. But okay, she's okay. She's not hurt. I mean, >> they, you know, they finally got her back secured in the car and they're headed to the jail with her. Sorry, I don't come with good news. >> Oh, anytime. I I can I get the dog? I mean, is there >> Yeah. What? So, she's probably got the key, but what you'll have to do is just go over there and let them know that uh >> I don't even know where she left. the you know the hotel now this is what I'm getting from him only >> so clearly living on not on the streets but hotel to hotel have a dog poor mom doesn't even know where they're >> it's the you know the hotel next to the British pub with the circle windows and the lifted up pool just before the bridge alliance >> is on the left or right >> it's on the left so if you're headed towards town >> uh on the left hand side uh there's a hotel and it's got a pool that's lifted up it's got the port windows. >> That's where he said they're staying. So, and he he's he seems like he's got a pretty good handle on his way around. He got me over here. So, um I think uh he'll be able to point that out. >> And if you just let management know that there's a dog in the room, >> I mean, they may not let you take much of anything else, but you could always call and ask for us to do a standby when you get over there. Okay. >> That way, because he's probably I mean, you know, he's probably going to need some clothes and shoes and things like that. So, um, just let us know if if if they give you any issues, you can always just have us come over there and stand by and say, "Hey, look, they need to get it." They're going to let you take the dog. They're not going to want the dog in there. >> Right. Right. >> So, but if there's anything else we can do, just just let us know. She'll um >> Do you have a card? >> I I do. >> I put my cell on there just in case you need it. If you can read my chicken scratch. I can. I asked. I said, >> "Is it 94?" >> I said, "Where's your dad?" Yes, ma'am. It's 94. I said, "Where's your dad?" He goes, "I don't have one." And I said, "Me neither. You're in good company." I don't have one either. I've never met him. >> He knows grandma. This is where he lives. This is He lives here. This is her physical address. Yeah. But she just left >> and took him and they said, "There's nothing I can do because she is still custody." >> Mhm. That's true. >> You know how it is. Sooner or later. >> I'm a grandparent. That's tough. >> Blows up and >> Well, and he said, you know, he's like, "Well, I hope you know, >> fortunately, my kids are all good kids, good parents." >> I said, "When's your vacation?" He said, "It's like next month." And I'm like, "Oh." Oh, yeah. She'll be out long before then point. Anyway, >> uh well, >> she's not invited. >> So, what he's hoping is the same as me, that maybe uh somebody will help her to get some help. >> Yeah. >> Trying. >> And I hope that's exactly what happens. So, >> thank you so much. >> Yes, ma'am. If you need anything, feel free to call. >> Uh >> all the charges she's going to get, we'll see if they if she gets out. >> Zach, she battered. She also battered me. >> What happened? You got marks on you. >> She was kicking me in the head. >> Yeah, I know. I got >> I don't know how she was an >> uh >> I mean, yeah. I mean I mean definitely resisting with violence. I mean she was kicking all of us, you know. I mean uh >> for sure. >> Yeah, I got something. >> She's still screaming me with her. >> She's still possessed. In case you weren't wondering, she's asking you to her in the ass before before you leave. She wants you to ass. I'm not going to condone that kind of behavior. >> Did you >> What? >> She was peeing on Zing to go to the station cuz whenever she had she had his leg in between her leg. >> Yeah. >> I was in the car and I would see like Aaron come down going all over his >> neck. Gross. >> He's got cuts on his head, too. >> What he was saying is that when she had urinated sold herself, she >> Yep. >> He she had locked down on the pants, so the urine was going in his pants. >> She was a squirmy little thing. >> Wearing those shoes. >> When I heard you scream, "Get out of the car." There's no lock. There's no lock on that. >> Yeah. Cuz I was standing over there >> and here comes a woman next to my gun like like a damn like like a heel through the partition. the front door. >> Oh my, that you know what, Cab, that scares the out of me. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Finally got her ID. >> And that came out of nowhere. But the thing is like the my immediate approach to her was you. What the do you want? You can't talk to my kid. I'm asking her, you know, I said, can you walk down off of the bridge so we can talk about this? Show me the reports, You know, just right away. And then she got as I tried to come over to get out of the roadway, she got right in my face and then it was like, "Okay, she's gonna have to go in handcuffs, you know." Go ahead. So, um, so we get a call about a very belligerent person screaming at her kid on the bridge. We end up getting multiple calls. I show up. I try to talk to her immediately. She's like, "Bitch, you know." So, her little boy's crying on the ground. So, I go to climb over to talk to him. She gets right in my face. We decide, okay, my backup's there. where we're going to put her in handcuffs. Immediately starts resisting. We get her in handcuffs. We get her in the back. She gets out of the handcuffs and climbs through my partition, which is does not have a lock on it, which is news to me. >> Look at the nurse's face. >> Yep. She climbs through up front. She's in the front of my car. Oh my goodness. So, we pull her back out. We get her back into handcuffs. We shackle her. We try to hobble her. She gets out of all of that. >> What's she doing? >> Uh, she's a squirmy little thing. She's mate and she's very feisty. Um, she deliberately urinated on one of my officers and he saw he got kicked in the head a couple of times and I don't know, I haven't figured it out yet, but she is a doll. >> Where's the kid? >> Uh, thank God. Um, home with grandma. >> Yeah, I haven't gotten really I this I just found her ID. So, um, cuz basically >> don't even know. I I haven't they said she's listed multiple times, so I imagine. Um, but she's she she is saying she's she's saying when the handcuffs come off, he specifically is going to get one between the eyes, but I don't know how she's going to feel about you guys. >> Shake the off my feet now. spicy. >> Okay. She was arrested for resisting arrest with violence, battery on a Leo, disorderly conduct. Hopefully the hopefully the prosecutors went through with it. But yeah, poor little guy had to watch his mom. My my guess is this isn't the beginning. This isn't the first time he's seen her behave like this. and she fought like crazy and got out of the cuffs twice. Tried to climb in and potentially could have taken the vehicle. So, I thought they did a good job. Got her under finally got her under control. Got her to the jail. And uh hopefully grandma can get some temporary custody or long-term custody because this lady has got some issues she needs to work through. So, let me know what you think.
