That's it. >> And she had to chill her damn self being extra. stealing while loaded, assaulting weight staff, and starting brawls at the strip club. Yet, they still thought their bank accounts doubled as get out of jail free cards. Welcome [snorts] to Law Frame, where massive egos crash hard into reality. Today on entitled Rich Karens Get a Brutal Reality Check by Cop. Let's dive into incident one. >> You going to go to jail for theft? >> Jail? >> Yes. You back up. Please back up. >> Where's my daughter? >> On June 16th, 2024, reports of that individual prompted the Key West Police Department to go to the site. >> Wait, can you play the video one more time? >> Uh, I can send you if you want like um >> 11:53. So, it was about an hour ago. >> Hour ago, but they were here until >> Yeah. So they stay here for a little bit. >> She ran away and was >> And she was with um her daughter, you said. >> Yes. >> How young you think? >> 20. >> What was she wearing? Give me one second. I'm sure your case number. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Okay. That's going to be the case now. >> If she comes back and you see her calls right away, okay, >> I'm going to go look for her >> because the our realtor who who's here all the time, we said he's she's probably local because I mean probably So, but she may come and steal. You don't know. >> Yeah, you never know. >> Well, thank you. Well, now it's not here. >> Yeah, no problem [laughter] at all. >> Thank you. >> And you think about $20, she told you. Yeah, it was for sure $10. It was $5 and you on the one >> once it was like from >> 15 to 20 bucks. >> After cafe staff spilled the tea on her, snatching cash straight from their tip jar, officers cornered the surprisingly well-dressed Ladoo, who immediately launched into a passionate high society denial of her lowbudget petty crime. >> She said, Get over here. Let's go this way. On the shade so I can talk to you. Okay, you can stay over here this side. How you doing? I'm officer Key West Police. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to with these rights in mind. Do you wish to talk to me? >> Yes. I don't know what you're talking about. >> Okay. So, I got called to a coffee place at y'all were. >> Yeah. >> And do you want to talk to me about what took place there? >> Yeah. We stopped in. We ordered coffee, paid for it. Then I went back to the counter and I bought a a gift card which I have the receipt for. >> Okay. >> We were sitting there drinking our coffee and then that the girl with the dark hair came over and started speaking in whatever her native language is and she never really said anything. She just kept speaking in her native language. >> Okay. She says something about money, right? Money taken from somewhere. I I guess she's talking about her tip thing on the countertop, >> correct? >> I didn't touch her tip thing. She was there the whole time. >> Okay. You understand there's videos there, right? >> Yeah. >> So, do you want to think about this whole thing? Cuz everything was filmed. >> You didn't touch any You didn't touch any of the tip jar. >> No. Why would I? She's standing right there. >> And her her coworker was right there. >> Okay. Are you being honest right now? >> Yes, sir. I am. So, the cameras are lying when they saw you going into the tip jar twice. >> I didn't take her tip anything from her tip jar. I have my receipt from the purchase of the card and this is my money and it's not her money. This is my money. >> Okay. You have your ID with you? >> Yes. >> Open my purse. I don't have anything in here. >> Okay. Well, like I said, there's video of you taking the money. You went into the tip jar and went twice and grabbed the tip jar from the money from the tip jar. >> I took the money. >> Okay. >> So, she wants to press charges for you taking the money. >> I didn't take her money. >> Now, we have video of you going to the tip jar and took taking the money. So, why you stick that your hand inside the tip jar? >> I didn't put my hand in her tip jar. And if I bumped against her tip jar, I certainly didn't take her money. And if I bumped against her tip jar, I certainly didn't take her money. Unfortunately for her, the officers pulled up the cafe's highdefin surveillance tape, delivering an instant [music] reality check that completely crushed her innocent routine and locked in her arrest. >> What do you call that? >> Look again. taking the cash out, money coming out. Okay, look, I'm telling you this cameras and you're a very dishonest person cuz I'm giving you the chance to tell me what really happened. >> I told you what happened. >> Okay, so I'm going to need you to turn around. You're going to go to jail for theft. >> I jail? >> Yes. >> Please back up. Please back up. >> That's my daughter. >> Give that to your daughter if you want the wallet. Give that to your daughter if you want the wallet. >> Yes. I'm not We're not playing games. >> Please let go of the purse. >> I can't I don't have to. >> Okay. >> You if you if you would have spoke to the lady and gave her money back, probably she wouldn't have pressed charges. But it's too late now. She tried talking to you and y'all took off. >> She did not say and you said, "Oh, it was only a couple dollars." Okay. So, >> what to give this to your daughter? >> Yes. Sir, can I go speak to her again? >> I think you're being >> I'm not the victim. Okay. She wanted to press charges. >> Can I speak to her? >> Okay. Just Do you have anything inside your your person? Anything sharp? Anything illegal? >> Anything? >> Okay. Chauffeur tooured the patrol car. She suddenly found her conscience and frantically offered to refund the tip jar, realizing a little too late that real life crime doesn't come with an undo button. >> All right, let's go this way. >> Can I go back and give her $20? >> Please. >> I mean, >> how did you guys get here? >> Walking. >> Sorry. >> What's that? Uh old funky rooster $3. >> What's your stuff going down? >> I mean, if I I'm Oh my god. >> Can I give that lady $20? She Sir, >> she wants to press charges. It's not up to me. >> She said you said if I gave her her money back, if I give her money >> when she when she confronted you, >> she never said anything about y'all took off. No, she was speaking in whatever her native language was. >> [ __ ] you. >> Can my daughter come? >> No, she's she's not getting arrested. >> Well, how is she going to find me? >> We only have one Joe. We'll give her the information. >> I guess apparently >> Hello. Before whisking her off to booking, officers had to break the awkward news to her daughter, wrapping up a master class in how to turn a stolen coffee tip into a full-blown criminal record. >> All right, ma'am. How did you guys get down here? >> We walked. >> No, I mean to Key West >> plane. >> Okay. All right. When did you fly out? >> That um >> Okay. Sounds like she was in lookout. I don't have >> doesn't I don't have an NPC from what I just got, but you could be getting a warrant for your arrest. Okay. I'm just I'm just letting you know. I'm just letting you know right now. >> Okay. You said 700 Caroline. >> It's 70 73 Caroline. >> Okay. >> All right, ma'am. She's going out to Monroe County Detention Center on Stock Island. tomorrow. >> So, if you look, >> there's Okay, listen. There's only one jail here. >> She's going to have to spend the night. She'll go to first appearance tomorrow and she'll talk to the judge. The judge will decide whether or not she can uh bond out and then you can uh figure out some way to to uh get that taken care of. Okay. My suggestion right now is that you go back to the hotel room. I don't know what transpired. I don't know what happened. >> I didn't do anything. >> But whatever you guys did, >> I trust my mom. I didn't do anything. >> I mean, apparently you did, ma'am, because >> I didn't. >> We We don't just get called for no reason. You were aware. Okay. >> No, I wasn't. >> So, >> listen, we don't get called for no reason. >> I wasn't aware. If they're alleging that you stole something, why would you like? >> You're going to go to jail for theft. >> Sir, I didn't take the money. I'll give her money. >> It's too late for that, ma'am. It's not up to me. She wanted to press charges for you taking her money. If you would have talked it out with her when you were there, it would have been different. But he decided just to leave the store >> cuz I didn't take the money. >> You're aware that I showed you the video of you taking the money, right? >> So, >> everyone has their opinion and the viewers who commented below this video are no exception. I bet this isn't their first time. So entitled like taking money out of the tip jar is nothing to her. And I am glad the cop didn't fall for the daughter's sobbing act. A liar and a thief. What a big dummy. The witnesses were visibly annoyed, but was the reaction a bit much? I want to hear both sides. Tell me what you think in the comments. This Karen was charged with theft, likely petite theft for stealing money from the cafe's tip jar. The lesson is that stealing is never worth the legal consequences, especially when clear evidence proves the crime. On to the next mess. Right now, >> I'm like, you know what? That just pissed me off even more. I'm like, f you. On October 6th, 2025, police were alerted about a woman who had acted violently toward a server at a restaurant. >> She came here to get a burger made wrong. Um, the employee rolled her eyes at her, which pissed her off. >> She ended up making the food, kind of tossing at her, which is what she said the employee did. Guess pissed her off. So, she said, "Fuck you." Employee said, "Fuck you right back." They stepped up on each other and she said she pushed her back. So she pushed her back. Yes. >> I have a witness who says otherwise. That's why that's why Yeah. No, she physically like walked into the like the drive-through area. >> Oh, like through the back corner. >> Like through Yeah. approached her and then put just shoved her for no reason. That's why. So I have a witness essentially corroborating. So we'll 95 real quick. Um Yeah. After getting the lowdown from the first officer on scene, police approached our star suspect who naturally launched into an Oscar worthy performance, casting herself as the ultimate innocent victim. Can you tell me what's going on? >> Okay. So, I came in to place my order. That hurt. >> I came in, I placed my order. >> Okay. >> Um, everything was fine. Then I asked for >> Did you go through the drive-thru? Did you go physically walk? >> Physically in. >> Okay. >> Um, I asked for my order. Well, I ordered a curd burger. Sure. >> Just the curd burger. >> Not the sandwich. >> Okay. >> And then I placed my order. Well, she rolled her eyes at me. Mhm. >> I'm like, "Did you just roll your eyes at me?" She goes, "No, I Yes, you did." >> I'm like, "I want your general manager's number." She goes, "Are you finished with your order?" I said, "No, I'm not." I said, "Then I want the beef meal, vegetables, potato, whatever." Well, then her tone changed. "No, we don't have that. We stopped that in July, but we can do the sandwich." >> Mhm. >> Okay, fine. Place my order. I go over to the bar area to wait for my stuff. She comes over, throws my meal at me. >> What do you mean by throw your meal at her? >> She took she took it and threw it up on Instead of handing I'm standing right there. So instead of handing the bag to me, she puts it up on the throws it up on the bar area where I'm standing. >> So she never physically threw it at you. She just throws it on the bar on the table. >> Right. And so >> So never landed you. Okay. Right. So instead of giving it to me where I'm standing, >> which she's been doing with everybody else, >> she throws it. That's how I've been looking at. She throws it and then she goes, "You have a nice day." I'm like, "You know what? That just pissed me off even more." I'm like, "F you." Then she said, "You know what? [ __ ] you back." >> Okay. >> I went up to her. She came up on me. I pushed her back before she got on me. >> Oh, what do you mean? Like you went up on her. Where was this at specifically? >> Was it still in like the counter area or did you >> No, it's like right in the walk area. >> Okay. So like the main lobby area. >> It's like half half in the main lobby, half maybe by the fries. >> I'd say by the fry machine. >> So you're So when you said you walked up on her, did you walk into the past the counter where? >> Nope. I was still by the Nope. I was still by the counter. >> Okay. >> When pressed on the physical throwdown, she kept frantically arguing her case only to hilariously talk herself into a corner and accidentally confess that she was the sole aggressor all along. Is there anything that would show otherwise? Because I have everybody's stories. >> Mhm. >> And everybody's telling me you pushed her first. >> I pushed her after she came up on me. >> Okay. >> She came up on me. I pushed her back. >> Okay. >> To get her off away from out of my area. >> Okay. >> I'm just letting you know that after talking to everybody else, everybody says you pushed her literally for no reason. >> No, not at all. But here's so here's kind of where we're at. Okay. Number one, you're definitely not allowed on this property anymore. >> Oh, that's fine. >> And number two, you are going to be charged with battery. Okay? So, you're going to have to come with me. I got to give you a complaint form, which is just a court date of that something you have to do is must appear. Okay? >> And once I photograph you, take your print so I can drive you right back here. >> Okay? >> Is that cool with you? >> Uh, do you have your phone on you or where's it at? >> It's in the car. >> Uh, do me a favor since we're out. Can my partner grab it for you? How about your your just your phone and your car keys? That's all we need cuz I'm literally driving you right back. So, is your car unlocked? >> Yes. >> Where's it at? >> Phone is right Phone is right there and my keys are in the front of my purse. >> Okay. Yeah, you can tell. I guess >> Can I take my purse with me? I don't want them in my purse here. >> It's up to you. You'll be out in like 20 minutes. It's just a matter of just >> It's got my medicine. >> Okay, we can do that. >> Yes, please. >> You don't mind? >> That's fine. Again, you are literally just You're going to come back with me. I got to get you your complaint, which is just a simple battery. You get a court date and then you I'm driving you right back. >> Why don't we call him first real quick? >> Yep. Thank you. >> Do you live uh local or where do you live? >> West Chicago. >> Okay. You understand it's you're going to be placed under arrest for battery. Just simple battery. So it is a crime. Just letting you know that it's it's not Yeah. No bond, nothing. It's just a court date and give. >> Okay. So I I definitely want to get a copy of the tape. >> So I'm just letting you know that I have everything I need. I can attach all the evidence to the case. I don't make that determination. You're going to have to probably consult an attorney and review all that footage and what that's that's obviously you're right, but I'm not I can't give that to you obviously right now. You get what I'm saying? >> She verbally abused me. >> But there's I'm just going to be honest with you. If it's a misunderstanding, you have every right to complain, but you can't make contact with anybody when it's not warranted. If you have to make a, you know, complaint to the general manager, by all means, just get the number and call. We are more than happy to do that. >> We'll give you the number. >> I understand. But again, it's as simple as might just maybe just complain to corporate then you know just just ask for somebody else. Ask for whatever you need to do. But at no point can you put your hands on somebody. Okay. >> Even though they're stepping into you >> 100% based off all the witnesses that we talked to. Yeah. You can't do that. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> With her self-inccriminating monologue fully recorded and the evidence stacked high, officers wrapped up the dinner drama by handing her a shiny new pair of handcuffs and an arrest record to go. I'm gonna give you your phone and your purse or just throw that in there. Hand it to my partner real quick. We're gonna walk to my white car over here. >> Car lock. >> Yeah. Can you lock that real quick? >> I didn't grab. All right. You've been very cordial with me. So, what I'm going to do is I still have to handcuff you, but I'm going to handcuff to the front. Thanks. >> Does that make sense? >> Yeah. Thanks. I appreciate that. >> Nice and easy. You're good. >> Thank you. >> So, am I able to press a complaint against her as well? >> No, that that's not how that works. What you can do is just file a general complaint to corporate involving that. That's okay. >> Does that make sense? >> Uh, yes, I think so. >> You can just sit right there. Thanks. Just going back to the PD. Okay. >> Okay. >> Just under. There you go. >> Try to show one female. >> Um, >> talking to me. >> I don't know. >> I turned my radio down. >> He didn't come there. With such a crazy situation, the comments that followed after the video was released are also noteworthy. This nasty chick has nothing better to do than to harass minimum wage workers. That's sad. When you're fighting with fast food workers, you already lost. This lady is a perpetual victim and has got a serious case of main character syndrome. This Karen was charged with battery for becoming physically violent toward a restaurant employee. The lesson is that starting a physical altercation can quickly lead to arrest and criminal charges. Rolling the next clip right now. No intermission needed for this kind of drama. >> Don't play with me. That's it. Okay. >> And she fell out to her damn self being extra. On August 2nd, 2026, following complaints of a violent disturbance, police were sent to a bar. >> All right. So, this whole group, she's involved. >> They assault one girl. >> I can show you the video. I got to pull up already. >> Who's the victim? >> The victim tonight. >> Who's in the bathroom? >> All right. Give me a second. Who's Oliver? I I don't know her name, but I can tell you the building. >> All right. Well, who were all from here? >> They were all in the same group. She came with her. The one that hit the other group came with her. I'm asking her if she had to leave the property. >> All right. Just Just hang out here. >> After tracking down the instigator's sidekick, officers checked in with the victims and verified that they had indeed been left with some serious heavyduty battle scars. [music] >> What happened? Come over there. I can't hear you. Over there. Hey everybody at the door, talk to them. Don't grab the lady with the white hair. So what happened? >> I'm going to dance from a stripper. Ronnie come up and see me from behind. Grab me, knock me out my chair. I get up, I turn, took a return to hit. She hit my sister. She hit me, hit my sister, and then everybody come in and grab her. So I got a scratch. My sister face leaking. We pressing charges. And then on her neck too. Oh, on my neck too. >> We pressing charges. Both of us. Let him take a photo of the face. >> All right. So, y'all was y'all were sitting here. >> We was getting a dance by the girl Nelly. >> Where were y'all at? >> Right here at this sitting. >> Yeah. Right where we were sitting. We was facing this pole right here. We was going to private dance. >> Talk to them right quick. >> She wasn't even in here. >> Okay. >> So, you were sitting in your face, ma. I was sitting here getting a private dance. She text me and say, "Ronnie's here." I disregarded it. Ronnie got some pressure. Whatever. I don't even live here. I'm getting a private dance. She come up. I'm throw the girl money. SHE COME FROM BEHIND ME. SHE GRABBED ME, yanked me out the chair. I'm on the floor. I get up. She hit me. I get up to go return the hit and they grab her and yank her back. >> I don't know. Kimbo, >> run the cameras back. WHEN I GOT UP because I seen she started hitting my sister. I grabbed my phone and I went to hit her back, but they grabbed her and yanked her back. She already my sister. You >> already hit your sister? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, we both press the charges. >> Okay. You can ask the stripper that was there. So her name ain't nothing. >> When the main troublemaker remained conveniently missing in action, officers dragged her friend along for a special private screening of the bar's security camera footage. They kicked me out. I I didn't I was in the bathroom. >> Where's Ronnie? >> I don't know. >> Call her and tell her to come back. >> I don't care. I don't care. This is [ __ ] Call her and tell her to come back. >> That's what you need to do. Tell her to tell her I said to come back >> or she's just going to get a warrant. She can pick her up poison. >> They weren't able to hear you. >> That's fine. It's >> call run and tell her to come back. Or if not, she's just going to get a warrant. Just tell me. >> Okay, just film me and then just go straight to >> So, they know each other. Looks like they had an issue outside here. from the video looks like uh the one that were fighting uh Benny Hannah. >> Can you roll that one back where she comes in and like she got a good picture of her face? >> Right there. >> Yeah, >> J. J. Ronnie. >> Hey, you need to come back here. Okay. Well, we're checking the cameras now. We need to get your side. If nothing happened, nothing happened. Ronnie just come back. >> So it looked like these two were sitting down. The other girl just like walks across just walks right up to her and just grabs her and they start they just start fighting and it kind of goes off camera like here. >> Yeah. I don't know that we don't need them anymore. Uh we'll just wait for her and um I just give them the kiss. >> When our star player finally walts back onto the scene, she instantly launched into a highdeible offense, attempting a legendary, youo flip card by blaming her own bruised victims. >> And then obviously we watched the video and everything, but I got to read to you and do whatever. And then we'll get this all done. >> All right. You understand right? I'll explain to you. >> Yes. >> All right. Miss Smiley want to answer my questions. >> Mhm. >> All right. So, what happened? >> Okay. So, I walked in. I seen Christina. We already had a little issue. So, I walked to her and I said I had grabbed her. I did. And then the cousin came behind started hitting me. I don't know the cousin name. >> Okay. So, why'd you go in there and just grab her >> because when we I had I we got into it on Duvall >> tonight. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you just walked in. Were you guys there already or you guys just got there? >> I had just got there. I didn't know she was there though, but I had just got there. >> Okay. So, you got there, found out she was there. I saw her and then just walk right across and then what were your intentions on the cousin? >> What do you mean? >> Like what were your intentions with her? >> I didn't see the cousin. Okay. >> I I was going me and Christina was going at it and then the cousin came from behind and say don't hit my cousin. I was like what? And she pulled my hair and hit me. Okay. >> I didn't even see the cousin. >> All right. How did she get a buddy eye? >> Who? >> The cousin. >> [ __ ] Christina probably swung and hit her. I didn't I didn't hit the cousin at all. If you see the if you watch video, I didn't touch the cousin at all. >> Okay. Well, we we watched the video. That's why there's Christina. >> It's off. It's off in like the camera view, but we can see. >> Yeah, because when Christina me and Christina was going to I had already they the bouncer somebody had already grabbed me and the cousin still was coming and Christina was coming and still was swinging. So, she probably hit her cousin. I'm thinking I didn't hit the cousin though. >> Okay. >> I only grabbed Christina and I didn't I just choked her. >> How hard did you choke her? >> Not even hard. I >> not to block her airway or anything. >> No, she would have been laid out. >> Yeah. No, you know, we got access. >> No, I literally went I was like, "Don't play with me." That's it. >> Okay. And she fell out the chair her damn self being extra. >> Okay. >> So she fell on the ground. I I did it literally like that. I said, "Ho, stop playing with me. That's it." And she fell out the chair kicking and doing all that extra [ __ ] I ain't even barely touched you. >> Okay. >> Then the cousin seen Christina, right? Me and Christina like that. Christina fell out the chair and the cousin came and yoke me and hit me from behind. I don't know how the Christina probably hit her cousin cuz she was swinging. >> Yeah. We're going to get the video again and they're going to send it to us. We can upload or whatever, but that'll be for the state attorneys and all that. Um, but I don't know what their what the bar per se is with obviously you guys going back in there. I think they just wanted you guys out >> um for tonight and they all everyone got removed. >> Um, especially them two. But >> no, they were still in there. They still >> No, they they got him out. Yeah, they all got him out after all this got over with. So obviously she wants to press charges. >> I ain't getting charged for both of them though. Only >> I mean [clears throat] based off the video and whatever stories. Um, >> are you pressing charges against them? >> I'm pressing charges. because Christina can press charges on me. I'm pressing charges on the cover >> because she hit me, >> right? >> Okay. Well, well, like I said, we got the video. I I record it on my phone. So, I'll go back and and pull it up. >> You literally I ain't got no pony still here. >> I mean, that's all simple. If she did if she did hit you and I can see on video, it's not says nothing for me to simply pull it back up and add an additional report to that. All right. So, obviously, you got to do it get it done. Um, it's going to be just two counts of battery. I'm not going to do this just just off of the hearsay. All right. >> Oh, that's >> it'll be it'll be it'll be it's like I said it'll be all minimum and I mean it's like I said nothing I can do. I just get called there. I got to watch video, get all the evidence and you know do what I need to do. All right. >> Unimpressed by her creative spin doctoring and armed with crystalclear video proof. Officers officially wrapped up her night out with an exclusive pair of handcuffs. >> I'm going to take you get you get it all done. Get the report done and then you'll be processed before 6:00 and then she can come there right away. Yeah. And all that she didn't hit the other girl, the other char is going to get dropped. >> Yeah, it can be. Like I said, it just they're both going to talk [ __ ] like this. I mean, she's like, "Oh, I don't want to press charges." So, like, "Oh, I don't care." Like, it is what it is. So, >> um with the cousin, the cousins the cousins say, like she can just be like whatever. Or again, she's got Christina in her ear. So, Christina is the one hyping her all up to, you know, to do whatever. So, >> but let's go. So, you >> Yeah. after all this, like if they see it and the state attorney till Monday. >> State attorney is like, "Oh, well, we didn't we didn't see it." Yeah. Not till Monday. It's Sunday. The judge should be in tomorrow. >> I'm just saying, but if she doesn't make it, >> right? No, she we'll get it done. This I'll get it done before 4 4:30, 5:00. All right. >> I'll be there. >> So, I'll have her She'll search you and do all that. Just make sure nothing on you. And then I I'll get it get you out there. All right. >> Oh, the video. >> You they got your car? >> Yeah. >> You got everything taken with you? >> Yeah. >> Just your phone? >> Yeah. Yeah, I was just I just want to keep the jewelry with them. >> Damn. Those beautiful Jesus Christ. They going to burn you down. >> Oh, damn. >> That girl hit me. >> Yeah. And if anything, I I let my sergeant know about it so I can I'll send a video to him, tell him watch it, see what he says. And you don't have to do. >> Yeah. If he's just like, "Oh, just charge one, whatever." But >> yeah, cuz I did not hit that cousin. The c I ain't even see her. She got me behind. Good. Cuz if I would have seen her, I probably would have whacked her ass, but I didn't. She got me good from behind there. That's my good weave out. >> Yep. Just a shitty position for me. So, like I said, we'll just get this done and you know, whatever. Yeah. But I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble right now. Like it's kind of like my It's my first night to Florida. I'm still a little like I just want everybody to have a good time, you know? >> Yeah. How long have you guys been >> officer that's going to talk to you? >> Yeah. How long have you guys been seeing each other? Um, we're okay now and everything. It's just our first time being together and so close and everything like that, you know, but um Okay. >> What do you mean by not didn't go very well? What? >> Like we we got into an argument and stuff like that. So, we aren't really like I'm I'm just going to do my thing till he wakes up in the morning and we're going to talk and figure everything else out. Can you can you elaborate stuff like that? Like what does that mean? >> Um, so we we went and picked up uh we got here to Florida. We went and got um like food. Uh what is it? Um I'm so sorry. Uh >> you have to get specific about >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I just want to know like you said argument and stuff like that. So >> nothing bad. Uh we got we got we got sandwiches from Subway. Sorry. Yeah, Subway. Uh and then we ended up chilling for a little bit and then we ended up heading over to I think a little bit further down there, but the bike place. We got bikes for the next day. Like everybody was hanging out, you know, was everybody's like having a good time. And then next thing you know, I just was not, you know, and I just wasn't doing what I was supposed to or I don't know. >> Uh-huh. >> But >> okay. So, what just happened in the parking lot? Can you break all that down for me? >> Really nothing serious. We screamed at We yelled at each other a little bit like, "Leave me alone, this and that." And then I walked off and he walked back to the room. That was about it from the living like from that room. Do you mind just putting your hands out like this? >> Yeah, for sure. For sure. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> I'm not even sure if you should have probably been out here, but >> he is. >> So, when I showed up, your boyfriend was sitting out front. >> Yeah. >> Okay. The hotel manager doesn't want you guys in the hotel anymore. So, you guys are now kicked out because you guys were screaming at each other in the >> park, which it's understandable. Okay. >> Okay. >> Why don't you tell her what you told him? >> Uh, we just kind of got into a fight. I'm not trying to really get anybody in trouble, but we kind of we just >> You just prolonged our situation here. Just tell her what happened. >> We got into a fight and I was trying to walk away and he was just screaming at me, yelling at me and I didn't I don't know. That's really I don't know. I'm like thinking about too much. I don't know. It's just too much to right now. >> Well, what did you tell him? >> That he was just screaming and yelling at you or >> Yeah, like I think screaming and yelling at me and it just wasn't a good night. like we it turned into a real shitty night right as soon as we got to the hotel room and then I was just like I'm not going to sit here and listen to all this manager say happened. >> So he said that he heard the screaming and yelling came out saw him kind of like trying to keep her at the hotel and they were just screaming and yelling and she walked off and he went back. >> But how about >> he did not see the punch. That's when he actually grabbed me cuz it wasn't really never that serious until he he actually like grabbed me after that. Then that's when I actually like like swung a full fist on him because he actually like grabbed me that time. Okay. >> And I did punch him after he punched me and like like you know what I mean? I guess it wasn't I don't know. It wasn't like technically a full punch, but he grabbed me and like destroy like it was it was a physical fight for sure. But I'm not trying to press any charges, so it really doesn't matter anyways. But um it matters a lot. He ended up grabbing me like this, like around me, you know, and I had this arm and I was just like waiting to I didn't know what was going down, you know what I mean? So I was just like this and he grabbed me like my whole body and my arm and I just like was chilling. Everything happened, you know, whatever. And then after that, once we actually started like physically like I guess you could say fighting because we were like grabbing on each other and you could talk to him right now. It was just stupid. He wouldn't even he would never put a hand on me like that. Like for real real life like he would never put a finger on me like that, you know? He just he's not the type of guy to hurt somebody, especially in something like that. But never really been in this type of situation. Do me a favor. Have a seat. >> Okay. I have to >> after after first appearance, you somebody can come pick you up. >> Okay. >> All right. >> You guys have to take anything in my pockets. >> I'm sorry. When will I get out? >> Uh about 9:00 in the morning. >> So, like he said, like you're only going to be in for about 5 hours. Okay. How long were you guys in West? I'm telling you all we have to we have to go off of is what we heard is what the witness is telling us and it's saying that that there was mutual combatants. Okay. >> What's that? >> Nobody does. >> You have a mark on your eye. >> I told you I >> Yeah. Okay. That might work in Illinois. It's not going to work here. All right. So, you're trespassing from the property. You can't come back tomorrow. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Of course you have. >> Okay. You're going to jail for for battery. >> Battery. >> Battery. >> I don't touch nobody, bro. >> Stop. Turn around. >> Didn't they say they saw that on the video or whatever? >> Get in. Face that with.
