They asked me to leave. I asked why. I didn't know where this bag went. It was missing the whole time. >> Okay. >> And I asked them. I even asked the bartender. That's fine. >> You can yell at me, but >> your ID. >> They don't have ID. >> I asked you for your ID. >> I don't have my ID. >> Okay. Where is it? >> When's the last time you >> Why are you talking like this, sir? >> Okay. First of all, I'm a ma'am. And second of all, where's your ID? >> I don't have it. >> Where's it at? I understand. >> So, you also tried to walk away from me on numerous occasions while we were investigating. I didn't understand what was going on at that point. Like I I was so >> because you're intoxicated and you told me that you were intoxicated. So I'm here telling you that youated. >> Okay. Well, I'm doing you the courtesy and I'm telling you right now you're going to jail for disorderly intoxing resisting an officer without violence. >> Do you have any questions, >> please? >> No, it's already done. Do you have any questions? >> It's not. >> This Karen was ultimately hit with multiple charges for her behavior. In addition to being cited for disorderly intoxication due to her disruptive and impaired state, she was also charged with resisting an officer without violence after refusing to follow commands and making the officer's job more difficult. With such a crazy situation, the comments that followed after the video was released are also noteworthy. Everyone in her life sigh with relief when she leaves. It must be exhausting to be this terrible drunk, loud and obnoxious. Parents must be proud. The lesson is that acting out of control and refusing to cooperate only leads to more legal trouble for yourself. What a stubborn Karen, right? If you enjoyed the subscribe to Law Frame for more content, stay tuned because the next Karen reacts even more aggressively. >> You can just go to jail. >> No, no, no. I'm not going to jail. Stop. Stop. I'm not going to jail. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. Are you kidding me? On February 16th, 2025, suspicion of DUI is immediately raised when a lady is stopped for excessive speeding. >> How's it going? >> Good. How are you? >> Great. My name's Officer Hansen. Is there a reason you're driving way over the posted speed limit? >> I honestly have no idea where I'm at. >> So, you're drunk? No, no, no. I'm not at all. I'm I live in Tampa. >> Okay. So, the speed limit back there is 45. I was doing 80 and I wasn't even catching up to you. You were gone. >> Oh, really? >> The woman was asked to step out of the car so the police could question her. >> So, right now, I'm going to ask you to step out of the vehicle. >> Do you have a driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance? >> Yes, I do. >> And you clearly smell of alcohol. Driver's license, registration, proof insurance. Thought we had a 1031 going on. [ __ ] your 50. I flipped around and all of a sudden she bolted. >> Yeah. I've asked you for your registration, proof of insurance. >> How How did I bolt? >> Cuz when I turned around, you weren't doing You were doing 50 mph when I turned around and then you were gone. Straight up just gone. >> Well, I honestly I don't know if you're I live in Tampa, so I don't know where my >> And you're still in your speech. You smell of alcohol. Step out of the vehicle, >> ma'am. I'm not going to ask you again. You're going to step out of the vehicle or I'm going to take you out of this vehicle. Walk back to the car. >> So, where are you guys heading to? >> I'm heading to my parents house in off of Alligator Lake. >> Where y'all coming from? Alligator Lake is way over there. I know, but I I just had corial transplant in my eye, so it's really hard for me to see through this lifetime. So, like >> So, that doesn't If you can't drive at night, you shouldn't be driving at night. >> I'm happy to send a letter to the DMV to take away your license. >> If you can't drive at night, you should not be driving. >> I know, but I I can't I can't help my situation. >> So, you smell of alcohol. Straight up. Just going to be blunt. >> I was at a bar with Well, I can tell. >> Yeah, >> I can absolutely tell. >> I initially clocked you at 50 mph. >> And when I turned around, you were gone. >> I have no idea. >> My car was recording and I was doing 80 m hour trying to catch you. >> I'm sorry because I have no idea. I >> However, she refused to perform the sobriety test, forcing the officers to place her under arrest, and she immediately argued back. >> I'm going to ask you to do some exercises. >> Okay. I I can't do whatever you're going to pull out with your flashlight. I can't do that with my eye. I can't. >> What up? >> I just had a cornal transplant. Like, what do you not understand? >> So, are you refusing to There's more than just the eye. >> No, there's not. You cannot do that. >> You can just go to jail. >> No, no, no. I'm not going to jail. Stop. I'm not going to jail. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Are you kidding me? Stop. Stop. I won't do it. >> Put your arms back. >> Amber, stop. >> Just relax. >> I just like my eyes. >> And I said there's more exercises than your eyes. And you said no. Clearly. >> No. I will. >> Don't move your eyes. >> I won't do it. I will do whatever you want. >> Hey, Amber, just calm down. >> Just relax for a second. >> Relax. Right now you're in this position because you want to be. >> No, I don't. I won't I I won't cooperate. I'm just saying I can't do anything with my eyelash. >> And I said there's more. >> And I said there's more exercises. >> Okay. And I will do them. >> But you just told me no. >> No, I said I will do them. >> You just told me no. >> No, I said I can't. No, I cannot do anything with flashlight. I said >> tell me your situation. What's my situation? >> This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. This is >> because she's resisting. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I said I cannot do anything with my eyes and I'm flashlight. >> I just got a transplant. Like, are you out of your mind? And ma'am, you said that and I said, "Okay." >> And I said, "I would I would say I would do everything." I would I would do everything. >> Exercises. >> I said I would do it. And now you slam into my car. >> Well, we tried to put you in handcuffs out here. >> Why? >> And you didn't. Because you said no. >> No. I said I will do everything I will, but I cannot do anything with flashlights to my eyeballs. And I said there's more exercises. >> Okay. And I said I would do it and now No, no, no. I said I would do it and now you're having handicucking bizarre. So >> let's look at me, man. >> I mean, I don't do anything. Like, why? >> So, calm down and take a deep breath. All right. >> Okay. But like, I'm just telling you I can't do anything with flashlight. >> You explained that to me and I said, "Okay, I would do that." >> Hold on. I said there's more exercise than you said. >> And I said I would do that. >> No. You said no. >> No. I said I would do that. I would say no. No, I said no to flashlights to my eyeballs because it is going to hurt my eyeballs. >> Okay. And I understand that deterioration. >> So, at this time, I'm requesting a voluntary breast sample. >> I'm requesting a breast sample. If I need, I'll read you and consent. It's 100% up to you, man. I'm talking to you. If you don't want to talk to me, you're just going to go to jail, get charged with a DUI refusal if you don't want to talk. Are you going to talk? >> You already? >> No, not yet. >> Yeah. No, I mean, unsh so this is what he does. So, I'm trying to ask you >> really ask me anything because I just asked my car. >> I just asked you, >> are you going to do any damage to my car? >> No damage to your car. >> I just asked you, will you give a voluntary breath sample? >> It's yes or no. >> It's 100% up to you. >> Why? when you guys are just being straight. >> I didn't come here to take you to jail. That's not >> Yeah, pretty much you did. >> That's not at all why I came. >> All I wanted to do is go back to my house, guys. >> In the end, she was escorted to the patrol car to be taken to the station. >> So, he is perfectly calm. He understands the error of what he did and why he's in handcuff at this point. Um, if you want to talk to him before you make the decision on what you want to do with him. >> I don't I really don't want to say. >> No. And he I told him, you know, she's being kind of angry. >> It hurts. Hey, stop pulling women. >> Ow, you did that. You did that. That was all you. >> You were just really drunk. >> I'm not drunk. >> This Karen ultimately faced multiple charges for her actions. Not only was she arrested for DUI due to her impaired driving, but she was also charged with resisting arrest without violence after refusing to comply with officers and making the arrest process far more difficult than it needed to be. This [snorts] is indeed a chaotic situation, isn't it? Let's examine what viewers have commented on after the video was circulated. I'm not drunk, but I can't see anything, so I'm okay to drive. What an idiot. Don't drink and drive, kids. That whiny voice should be illegal. To slur like that, she's completely hammered. The lesson is that refusing to cooperate only makes the situation worse, as she ended up being arrested for DUI and also charged with resisting an officer. This Karen is already a mess. To follow more cases like this, please subscribe to Law Frame. So, what about the next one? Let's keep watching. >> I'm set for bus route. >> Yeah. No, I can. >> I couldn't do anything. I can do it. >> But she doesn't. >> On September 21st, 2023, officers were called to a report of a woman acting out on a school bus. Sorry, I'm not. She caught me up here, but I'm not. >> Who jumped on the bus? >> I did. >> Who's trying to go to jail? You are. >> I'm not going to jail. >> You get If you're threatening my getting on the bus and you're told to get off the bus and he refused. That's called trespass. This being school property. You are trying to go to jail. ID card, please. >> It's in my car. >> Go get it. Go get it. I'm giving you a lawful order. I'm only going to get to you once. >> You can walk with me. >> No, I cannot. I'm going to speak to the complaint. >> The officers approached the hostile woman and then got on the bus to hear the driver's side of the story. You >> good? Who wants to get off the Hey guys, it's okay. It's okay. Hey, where's your mic? >> Her daughter got in trouble together. >> Okay, that's all. >> You got her daughter. >> She persisted in arguing even after they went outside to discuss the potential consequences. >> So, I've got like 19 kids balling on the bus right now because of your actions. Explain it to me. >> That's my child. >> She's not more important than the rest of these children on this bus. Do you want me to explain that or do you want to over >> I'm listening to you >> cuz I know what rights I have and what rights do you I don't think that you do if you're jumping on a school bus and not getting off when you're in >> Why is she not leaving? She's in such a hurry >> because I'm going to have a conversation with her to see if she wants to press charges. No, ma'am. I've been in route to you for 7 minutes. So, you've been here longer than that. The bus barn manager called and I came from down near Navar School Road to get here. 3 minutes. No, that's >> I'm not having anybody scream the way she is screaming at these kids. >> Then deal with it. They're the school and they're not answering the phone. >> Then drive up there calling me and telling me that she's getting headaches from that woman screaming. I know kids are a pain in the ass. You couldn't pay me enough money to be a bus driver, but I'm not going to have her. I came up here very respectfully and I asked her, "What's the issue? What is my daughter doing?" because she's not always forthcoming with information. So I asked her and she said, "Well, your daughter's crying immediately." Yes, I get defensive and pissed off because of how she's coming off. I'm respectful and asking, "Hey, I know she's not always truthful, so what is she doing so I can handle her?" The woman is a flat out [ __ ] So tell me at what point you decide it makes sense to jump on the bus, yell at her, and make children cry and refuse to get off. I am run here, please. Okay. Again, there are ways to handle it. This is not it. Okay. So, if the school decides to press charges, you very may well may likely go to jail for this. I need you to understand. >> I get that. They don't answer the phone >> can drive up there instead of coming up here and upsetting 20 other people's children. >> Not every child on that bus. >> Listen, I just looked at them. >> They're not crying. >> Okay. I said 19 children. Did I say every child on the bus? >> I can't help if they're overly sensitive. >> Well, you can help your actions as a grown adult, >> right? And that's my child. I will protect it when I need >> if they would advance the go to the other number. In addition to being cited for public intoxication due to her impaired and disruptive state, she was also charged with disorderly conduct for creating a disturbance and refusing to control her actions, further escalating the situation for everyone involved. In light of this bizarre circumstance, the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. That is a voice of a drunk woman that hasn't shut up in the last 8 hours. You can tell by her voice that she hasn't shut up all night. A drunk cheerleader from the class of 2000. The lesson is that aggressive behavior only makes the situation escalate, leading to an arrest and additional charges. This Karen is such a stubborn person.
